What’s up world this is good old rest i am back on part three of the wizard statue tutorial as you can see we’ve gotten this much so far the torso the head and the very base of the arms now let’s get started let’s start with the very bottom here There’s gonna be a block right there and a block right there this is going to be kind of like the sleeve sort of hanging down on it’s loose sort of rope type deal all right and now i’m going to be putting up a stair block right here a sideways One here so we get a corner piece i’m gonna put in a solid block here now we’re gonna be putting a upside down stairs right there all right we’re gonna be sit kinda doing the outside edge first to make it a little bit easier to keep track of what we’re doing Now to finish this section we’ll be doing a block here a block here and a slab here on to the next layer all right for this next piece you’re going to be putting a block here slab here we’re going to have some stairs and a block right there upside down stairs another block And then basically the same thing on the other side like so and then afterward put a slab on the bottom onto the next piece all right these next sections are going to be kind of like the same thing just kind of shifted one block over so it’s gonna be another block right Here and then a block here slab on top actually this is gonna be stairs sorry about that stairs there stairs there a block there stairs there walk here and another block here not a slab but a block so it looks like that you can see it all right we’re getting into the last Bit of the sleeve i’m going to be doing the hand afterward so this part is going to have four vertical blocks like so i’m actually five it’s gonna be a five i forgot about that then there’s going to be upright and side upside down stairs right there All right now we’re going to be doing the hands let’s go ahead and put two slabs here upside down stairs then we’re going to be putting two full blocks and then a slab on the bottom Then on top a upside down stairs and a slab then two upside down stairs these are representing the fingers and that’s the thumb the staff will be the part going between here right here i’ll be doing the staff last all right one last thing on this arm an upright Stair and a upside down one and now this arm is done now i’m going to quickly make the other one just a mirror image it’ll be just a tiny little time lapse So all right that was easy enough now for the staff now the staff is going to be pretty basic it is using some of the newer nether blocks polished blackstone blackstone stairs the shroom light basalt polish basalt and the polished blackstone slab you can always swap These out for something else to make a difference uh staff just use your imagination i’m sure it’ll look good so let’s start i’m gonna be putting a have to temporarily put a block here so that we can put well actually yeah we’ll just put it like this all the way across i think That’s how it goes and then we’re going to replace this with some stairs here and here you can always use dirt as a supplement for what those uh those blocks i was using they’re going to be putting some more of these here upside down stairs and in the middle I guess we will need some dirt go ahead and put some dirt here and then here so you can use the polish the basalt and do it like that if you do like this it would look funny you’d have to do it with this so you can see this Sort of design now get rid of the dirt you don’t really need it anymore let’s go and do the top part first one more polished black stone now we’re going to be using the regular basalt with four pieces vertical like so then another polished black stone actually two more And then you’re going to be using a upside down wax downstairs on all sides and then turn around and then have it oops not like that but like this it’s going to be surrounding the glowstone and now you need some more dirt put some dirt right there then put the Shroom light like so I guess i had forgotten what that sounded like it sounds pretty cool if you’re the dirt of course you can use just regular um glowstone or you can use some other block like uh that the aqua the prisma ring light red is called anyway all right so the staff is done And he’s staring at it with such awe because it’s such an awesome stack but anyway let’s get to the bottom i i realize this might be a little awkward if you’re doing this in survival you might need some scaffolding or some nerd poles but uh i’m sure you’re gonna you can do that We’re almost done folks we’re almost done all right in the bottom gonna be putting two polished basalts and then four of these regular basalts excuse me this was blackstone that was blackstone and then a polished blackstone and then four more regular basalt blocks oriented down oh here a chicken got chicken nearby Chucky the chicken i used to have a pet chicken cold chuckie anyway uh in the game not in real life uh two polished black stones and then a polished black zone slab on the bottom and folks we are done actually you know what i just realized something i looked at it and then Had a delayed realization these little sandal straps needs one more thing to it and then it will truly be done gray carpet to give it a slight elevation just put four gray carpets on the top so it’s slightly above it just by one pixel bit basically so if you’ve gotten this far I congratulate you because this this build was not easy even though i’ve already built it myself twice now all right that’s the end of part three and the final part for this tutorial i will be putting a schematic of this one in with the other uh map file that the other video Um has you’ll see it in the card above and uh i will be doing one more thing just to give you guys some ideas you don’t necessarily have to build it with stone brick oh you know what i just forgot something there we go now he truly is done Of course i could have always do more detail but i’m sometimes simpler is better so what i was gonna get to is this is a gray version right what if you wanted the colorized version well it’s quite simple just replace these stone blocks and this andesite With sandstone that’s all you have to do give him a a human skin color i would say use the red sandstone to give him a darker complexion like if yet if he had a darker skin color but it’s too red there’s not really a good block A good sort of brownish block to give a good skin color for a a darker skinned person really sandstone is the best one unfortunately and you can always replace his hair with um also with red sandstone to give them make them a redhead you can put some hair on them kind of Like the ones you saw in the other video but uh if you want to bake kim korres just use sandstone for the skin any sort of uh block that has slabs and stairs for the hair will really will work and stone brick you can replace that i would say the Best thing would probably be prismarine or purpur else wouldn’t look quite quite right in my opinion and of course you want to remember placing these p bits here that’s supposed to be his feet his bare feet his his shin he’s got some thick i guess you could say he has some Cankles you know but whatev whatever all right guys i want to show you before the video ends what you can do with this statue if you want to colorize them this is just one example you just use your imagination uh let me show you if i can get my camera right All right this is the prismarine thing i had mentioned the idea kind of varied the things a little bit gave him a collar um so basically whenever you you’re work building your block your your statue excuse me just go ahead and just substitute certain blocks for other ones whatever You think you want to do i substituted the diorite for quartz for his hair the sandstone for the excuse me the stone for a sandstone smooth sandstones to be exact and i believe this one is cut sandstone for its skin i replaced the staff with some of the crimson tree wood From the nether and i use prismarine as this robe i think i’ve mentioned already and prismarine bricks for the color edge and the belt is just warped planks it’s just the green trees in the nether and actually for the strap here um i used dried kelp blocks And the sandal part is just dark oak planks so now that i’ve shown you this i’m gonna go ahead and stop the video here um if you have any more ideas about uh other statute tutorials you’d like for me to do i’m not i’m not saying i will do them per se But i’ll consider it i’m the this tutorial was kind of a hard one for me because i kept forgetting where the blocks go and that’s why there’s so many jump cuts so i apologize for that so in other words i’m not gonna necessarily do another tutorial of these statues i’ll Be doing more simple tutorials of my buildings structures mostly medieval things more than likely in the future and i’ll be doing let’s builds maybe of more statues actually i do plan on doing more statues as let’s builds but not as tutorials so keep that in mind um i will be Putting this colorized one in the file that goes with the wizard statue map as a schematic it’s not gonna be i’m not going to provide this world just a schematic for it so if you’re on bedrock i’m i apologize i get i can’t really help you on that So like comment subscribe if you want to see more and i’ll see you next time What foreign Video Information
