Minecraft’s Deadliest Mod?! Shizo’s Kashiaka Dungeon Review

Hey everyone its Kashi here and welcome back today I’m going to look at a new mod and it’s called do like dungeons ok and first of all let me just explain what this is this wouldn’t usually be here the lapis blocks and the quartz pillar this is

Literally to mark out where the dungeons have spawned and it’s something that you can change in the config but you wouldn’t really necessarily need to use this is kind of cheating it’s normally used you know for tests in or whatever that kind of stuff as you can see here I

Found an entrance to one of the dungeons and I’ve had to block it off because it was spawned under the water anyway just before I go down I quickly tell you what the mod is it’s based off a random level generator for doom hex inherited quake 2 and other retro first-person shooter

Games so that kind of gives you an idea of what you might expect in the dungeon so I’m on I’m on survival and I’ve gotten some iron armor just to kind of gauge the difficulty of the dungeon so you know see if it’s easy or hard

Probably hard but I do have a diamond sword and I’ve got my ball and I do have a pick as well because I’m expecting spoilers let’s see what we’ve got also it’s like you can see it’s been randomly generated and it’s got sandstorm walls here Oh zombies right I

Quite like this I can see how it kind of is inspired from doom check out this spawner actually I’m gonna get some torches oh I can hear a spider Luke so we’ve got gold iron don’t want the rotten flesh some borns cool I really like the feel of this

I can hear spiders oh here we go wow this is quite big actually where’s my sword right so we’ve got more sandstone in this room for walls but it’s like a wooden roof I quite like that Oh Oh more Lutzer ooh discs we read stall Oh a saddle and a bucket so

There’s some good loot oh god is that an Enderman oh this one’s quite tough take the spawn as out right so already I’ve got Lords of loot and I’ve literally all you just came down the dungeon and I’m doing okay actually even with just the iron armor saw it’s not too difficult

There was all new zombies spiders scout using all your regular there’s some Enderman as well the kind of regular dungeon spawns I’m gonna go on a creative now just to kind of have a little explore so you can kind of take in the dungeons more and have a look at

What they look like right let’s go through here that’s right so I’m through there there’s more spawn as more Lucy emerald so I really like the way they spawn with kind of pillars and doorways what’s up here oh this is cool it just seems to go on for a just this is really

Good and it’s kind of like your water traps and there’s also I’ve came across kind of a kind of find one I’ll show you the lava pits and stuff and it just does kind of have the feel of doom it’s really good so you can actually in the

Config change the kind of themes of the dungeon you know you can make it you can put whatever blocks you want for the walls and stuff like that whatever mobs you want in it and the best thing about it is you can actually put a modded

Blocks and modded mobs so you know if you want you to put like a nice mobs in for instance his doom inspired mobs would record really well you could so I think I might try that actually okay the latest version of like a Knights mobs version 142 was not working

With this mod so I’ve been very lucky and like and I has made me a special build it’s kind of like an unofficial release of 143 and it has added support for this mod which is brilliant so I’ve got an exclusive for you guys Lulu right

Like I said before and I’m glad actually this is a different kind of entrance it’s a spiral staircase down so you’ve seen the one with the ladders you can also get kind of this spiral staircase which is really cool just get a torch because it’s very dark right so

Hopefully at the bottom of the stairs we should find some and we’ve specifically added the demon mobs because you know doom and the doom inspired mobs it’s probably gonna look really cool oh here we go here we go I can hear pinkies you pinkies guys that sounded like it seen

Just three does remind me of it more demons I look at group of elves Oh God it on my face man [Applause] it’s like a reinstalled expand to him sounds So I’m sure you can probably add more slobs from other models as well Just insane these dungeons are od isn’t right In a week This is actually not quite another sort I like that assault so you can actually go really in depth with this and bring your own themes for dungeons you could have maybe in never for worse in the overworld underground somewhere and just add whatever mobs you want to be in it and whatever you know just go crazy with

It it’s really good I actually really do like this this mod and I think I’m gonna play it for a while right so I don’t think I’m going to go to survive mode there’s nothing much quite see me just die if that wouldn’t be very well actually will be entertaining but let’s
