Yes the rumors you’ve heard are true i’ve finally built a genuine minecraft prison and as my community posts have been hinting at yes this prison gives prisoners items it gives them the ability to build it gives them the opportunity to pvp to receive mail from people from the

Outside and even just to freely roam basically the entire prison so how and why am i giving the prisoners in this prison all these luxuries well i’ve had six months since before even since fenn to study the concept of an unbreachable minecraft vault and looking at so many different kinds of minecraft prisons

I’ve realized there’s a fundamental flaw with every single one of them it’s not stasis pearling it’s not jerry lum’s end exploit it’s not wither cannons or pearling from below or bed faking this flaw doesn’t even come close to any of those reasons it runs much deeper than

All of that you see most prison builders are trying to build a dark unbreachable containment cell that can hold somebody in minecraft for the rest of eternity but if your prison really works that way you’ve successfully trapped somebody but what’s the point of playing i mean

Either leave the server or log on on an alt account it’s either that or find a successful way to escape and then your prison didn’t even work do you see there’s no objective reason to have a minecraft prison it’s a flaw that every single prison up to this point has had

And don’t get me wrong i have great respect for other minecraft prisons in fact the exterior of mine is built inspired by every single other minecraft prison i could think of it’s a work of art and celebration of all the great prison builders out there but there’s one more huge difference

Between my prison and all of these and it’s even bigger than just the fact that i give items and building rights and whatever to prisoners is that the goal of my prison is not to lock someone away forever but to rehabilitate that’s right the objective of the prison is to improve

The lives of people on the inside rather than just punish them we’re helping them to become better people so that they can go back into society as functioning members of your minecraft server i guess i don’t know so how does this prison give all these opportunities to the inmates without risking security well

Let me share to you the secrets the sophisticated systems inside elios citadel The entrance itself is very simple and as you can see there are actually no two player checks and that’s because we don’t need them the first thing that happens before a new prisoner enters is that two guards will log on into the nether one in the lower room and one in

The upper room they will each open f3 and stand at one edge of the room they will first look horizontally and then around them you see there’s one line in the f3 menu it starts with e colon and then a number that shows you the number of entities on your screen it doesn’t

Matter if they’re displayed it just means they’re in front of you the guard at the bottom will only see two because there are two boats in the kill check if the number that this guard sees is any more than two he’ll know there’s someone else within range of the prison likewise

The guard above will be able to tell if someone has snuck into the prison before the entrance process started and yes this does work on invisible players either way these two guards will stay online for a total of eight minutes before the prisoner even enters the area

Just to make sure no one’s invisible anyway during this eight minute period the lower guard will check the composter to make sure that nothing is being built in the nether area below everything should be completely empty from bedrock to bedrock except for a layer of lava at

The bottom which is too low to build a portal inside you will also mess with the controls just to make sure they haven’t been sabotaged while the guards were offline at this stage in the game two players will walk towards the prison one will be a prisoner and the other

Will be a player who works for the prison this isn’t necessarily a guard because they don’t spend time in the prison they just bring the prisoners here and ensure the safety of the entrance process when the guards give confirmation this player and the prisoner will begin the entrance process

Note that there are exactly zero air blocks inside the area of the prison that the prisoner will be traveling through as soon as each player is in stand-up position in the area with the cobwebs trapdoors will flip up behind them and pistons will push them into crawl mode they will then enter the

First airlock when the airlock door closes the guards will check f3 again to make sure that no one is inside this two by two area except for the prisoner and the other player if the guards cannot confirm that there are no invisible players the entrance process can not continue any excess entities random

Ghasts or arrows must be removed just to verify that there are only these two entities and of course the boats after this the prisoner will go through the second airlock while the escorting player will stay behind also in f3 at this point they will enable audio subtitles and get ready for the display

Of the sound of somebody setting their spawn the second airlock will close and a respawn anchor will be exposed to the prisoner both the guard and the escorting player will be able to tell with subtitles exactly when the prisoner sets their spawn so it is impossible for

Them to fake it once this can be confirmed they will be killed with a rapid spam of harming potions and then sent nearly to the top of nether in this room where we can ensure they cannot bring any items or other players with them the prisoner will be locked in this

One block room right next to the nether portal but not able to enter it yet there are just a few things that need to be done just before the prisoner enters the portal first the guard down below we’ll look down at the open nether once again and check for any entities or

Structures that have been built since the process began if the guard detects any entities once again they must be removed just to verify that there are zero below and only the prisoner and the guard above above him at the exact moment that the lower guard gives confirmation to the

Upper one two redstone signals will be activated at the exact same time first this player will pull a lever that will push this player into crawl mode and force them into the portal the other thing that happens simultaneously is that a guard in the overworld will unlock the nether portals you’ll hear

The sound of pistons retracting three times before the lock is completely unlocked once he hears all three he’ll pull a lever to activate the portals and at nearly the exact same moment the prisoner will enter the overworld at the exact instant that overworld players receive confirmation that he has entered

The overworld the portals will be disabled most likely only enabled for less than two seconds now our dear prisoner will be escorted up this elevator where visitor and prisoner entrances will differ once again note that every single gate in this entire prison including these iron bar walls

Can be traveled through by guards who will all have several pearls at all times this means in places where prisoner movement is slow or impossible guards can travel instantly the prisoner will now be instructed to set their spawn in a room which will bring them to the unique prisoner identification spawn

Hallways now the reason these exist is because this prison can actually hold up to eight prisoners technically more but it would be a mess and obviously each prisoner has to have their own bed so that the place which they spawn can be changed independently i’ll explain why that happens very soon

Every bed will be blocked off so it’s impossible for the prisoner to set their spawn in an incorrect location soon enough the correct bed will be exposed the player will set their spawn and die one more time and they will respawn in this cell now look i know this looks like a

Traditional cell it’s made out of zero tick cobblestone generators and it’s actually pretty small compared to typical cobble cells this is not a very humane cell this is actually the special housing unit which is the official name for actual real-life solitary confinement this is the place where we

Keep prisoners who break any of the prison rules especially repeatedly it is also where every single prisoner will spend their first hour after this hour is up the prisoner’s spawn will be updated by retracting blocks out of the way of the column in which they can respawn they will then be

Shot to death and respawn in their normal cell this is the humane one and look there’s a clock along with a clock on the wall every single prisoner will also have their own personal storage container where they can store any items that they get mailed or just find in the

Prison there’s also a pressure plate which allows the prisoner to go to the outside world okay no i’m just kidding it’s actually more prison but this means that each cell is a one-way door so no prisoner can enter someone else’s cell this is why there’s a hopper path so that you

Can send items to your storage without having to kill yourself to get into the it’s just it’s it’s more efficient just hope no one clogs your hopper chain from this point the prisoners have access to six or seven floors of all kinds of opportunities including a building room which you have to respawn

To get into a parkour room with a challenging and slightly scuffed parkour route hey if it was a good parkour map everyone would go to prison pvp arena a mail office where a mailman can use stasis chambers to go in and out of the prison and bring mail a visiting center

Where prisoners can go through this airlock door so that the guards can verify that only one prisoner is entering at a time to visit a visitor i’m going to note that i won’t explain the entire visiting process because it’s a little bit technical but it should all

Try and find ways to escape well first of all every single block this prison is made out of actually has a longer break time than five seconds at least which means with mining fatigue that’s more than half an hour incidentally every single room of the prison that prisoners

Can access is checked by guards every half an hour so it’s impossible to break a single block milk is obviously contraband as well as pearls and chorus fruit and boats and mine carts and any kind of block and any kind of tool except for a wooden sword and any kind

Because that is a penalty other things that send you to the special housing unit uh attacking guards at all killing prisoners attempting to steal from prisoners attempting to break blocks succeeding at breaking blocks because there are a few that you can break it just doesn’t do anything refusing to get

Out of airlocks and um lockdowns lockdown is also a reason that you can be sent to solitary confinement well i guess it’s time for phase three of a prison video let’s explain the security so first of all as i’ve discussed i’ve done basically everything i can to stop

Entire bedrock floor of the prison with this uh actually wait actually i have a bottle right here um it says yeah yeah it says it’s supposed to prevent people from purling through bedrock so uh that should be impossible it’s um what was the brand again

Oh yeah right on the front it says uh paper mc hmm that means the last place somebody could reasonably attack from is from above and this is where the guard system gets advanced first of all i know there are some people probably saying oh canadian you’re just copying vault 69

Well let me be clear there’s one huge difference among many others which i’ll get to very soon and i will address it when it comes if any one of these soul sand blocks is broken by the escapist it will trigger an alarm to the guards which sounds like this since this alarm

Is heard lockdown will be triggered and the guards in the lower half of the prison will kill every prisoner and send them to solitary confinement temporarily one guard will stay behind in case any prisoners offline log online and every other guard will come up to the top room

Where the alarm is oh did i mention there’s actually a second part to the alarm along with this really loud noise there’s also this yes that’s right this plays the actual wii music theme if someone tries to break into the prison but that’s not all the escapist here’s an alarm too there’s

An alarm right up near the block limit now you’ve got to be honest whether this prison is inescapable or not have you ever seen a prison that plays able sisters to the escapists attempting to escape i i don’t know i’m just you know kind of hard to compete with

The escapist will now be exposed to a progressive congo line every five minutes of a guard pearling up to his exact location and either winning the fight meaning they’ve successfully defended the prison or losing but resetting the escapists mining process it is completely impossible to mine even

A single block closer to the prison without being attacked by guards and having to restart and has the guards resources slowly deplete and deplete their chances of killing every single escapist mining down increases exponentially if somehow they managed to fend off every guard until all their resources were depleted and continued

Mining closer and closer till they got towards the guardians which were making their mining so slow to begin with they’ll find a small room full of scaffolding there will be a little texture on the floor it’ll be hard to see but once they remove the scaffolding they’ll know it’s an uno reverse card

The ultimate defense for a minecraft prison any escapist who gets to the uno reverse card gets sent back into the stratosphere this is the most inescapable prison in minecraft that’s not entirely true there is one escape to this prison eventually after spending weeks or months or however long a prisoner’s

Sentence is to be set one day this prisoner will be brought into a private room with a guard and ask to get in bed they’ll be asked to get into a private room with a guard and reset their spawn their bed will be destroyed they’ll be killed one last time and finally
