Minecraft’s WORST Feature Just Got FIXED!

Showing the major issues of RTX and it’s only gotten worse since then but that’s all changing now if the partnership of two multi-billion dollar companies can’t fix a feature in a video game then you know some guys in their basement will do it for free and comes better RTX the

First ever mod for Ray tracing in Minecraft Bedrock Edition this is not a resource pack the better RTX team literally replaced the source code for Ray tracing with their own functional code so on the one hand you have Mojang in the videos code and on the other hand

You have this shiny new amazing code from better RTA X which one would you choose not only has better RTX massively improve the visuals of Ray tracing they fix some of the longest standing bugs add in new features and overall improved Ray tracing in every way for Minecraft

Bedrock Edition there are so many ways in which better RTX is just better but let’s go over a few of the main ones the first thing that you might notice is the Sun and Moon are offset to the side in the sky so that you get much much better

Shadows especially during a noon all Shadows have been massively increased in quality as well as you can see vanilla Shadows are super blurred and better RTX Shadows actually look really really nice they also fix the entire Sky Box so it actually looks good as the previous

Skybox had these huge dark areas in it which I always thought was intentional but it’s actually a side effect of it being a tiny texture that’s been stretched across the entire Sky water and bedderoc TX actually has ripples look how gorgeous that is previous RTX

Water it just had a flat surface and it looks so boring water Reflections have also been added to the game which is a really neat feature that simulates what you might actually see in real life and it looks so good I love it possibly one of my favorite new features there’s now

Puddles during the rain and rain is actually enjoyable in RTX now previously it was so drab and boring but just the addition of a little bit of fog and some puddles really makes it look so much nicer it is actually amazing batter RTX also fixes night vision and conduit

Power previously these effects would blow out the entire game and it’s honestly the worst looking Graphics that you can get in Minecraft just look how horrible that is now night vision actually lights up dark areas and doesn’t blow anything out it’s actually enjoyable to use they’ve also fixed a

Bunch of bugs a previously a spectator mode wouldn’t be able to see through any blocks the incorrected side of the blocks would still render in and has now been fixed so spectator mode works as expected light transmission has also been fixed it used to be that color

Glass wouldn’t change the color of light in most situations but not anymore this allows you to do so much fun stuff with colored lighting mint mapping has also been removed so in vanilla RTX mint mapping would change textures to their lowest resolution as soon as they got a

Short distance away from you making terrain look absolutely horrible but that has been removed so now you get the full resolution at any distance better RTX is so good it can make anything look great seriously even this giant pile of so as you can see better RTX really is

Smooth sailing for better RTX though it seems like the Mojang IP enforcement team is already taking an interest in the project so there could be potential legal action on the horizon such as a CSUN desist or any number of other Lego mumbo jumbo there shouldn’t be anything
