25 Minecraft Build Ideas to Improve Your Survival World

Today we’re going to be taking a look at over  25 different build ideas for you to build in   your minecraft survival world when it comes to  building it’s easy to get caught up in one large   project however this can often lead to boredom  due to the repeating of the same process  

Over and over again so to break things up a little  bit why not take a break and work on some other   builds to keep things fresh and keep you inspired  and above all motivated to play now if you haven’t

Because they’re generally a small build that has a  big impact they can be built in various shapes and   sizes and they can be placed in many little spaces  making things feel a little bit more lived in  

In a town or village wall founders also make a  great small build these are pretty easy to build   and they can fill in any little empty gaps they  work great in parks and can be really cool as a  

Centerpiece for a town square decorative planters  are another great way to fill in empty spaces   simply section off a small area with a wall and  fill it with some grass or dirt add some bushes  

Flowers or even some trees to make a nice little  area and these are great to add in nice little   features around your towns while it may seem a  little bit harsh gallows was a common thing used  

In medieval times they were used to punish thieves  and criminals so if you’re going for a realistic   medieval look why not considering adding one to  your town just be sure to keep your fingers clean  

Like any town the villagers need a space to relax  chill out and do a bit of yoga so why not fill out   some of these empty spaces with some small gardens  add a few seating areas so that your villagers  

Have somewhere to sit i’m sure this will keep them  quiet for a bit one of my favorite small details   are decorative ponds they give a really relaxing  vibe and just generally make a nice focal point  

For any build so if you’re looking for a small  space that needs decorating why not add a small   pond to store some of your fish collection  if you’re looking for something a bit more   chilled then why not go around and detail all of  your pathways this can be as simple as adding in  

Some textures and some small details such as dirt  grass and flowers this really adds so much detail   to your paths and the towns in general now before  you guys pull me on this one i know you guys are   guilty of this too we all have them they’re  hidden there amongst our villagers somewhere  

You know what i’m talking about no interiors  in your builds i know they hit them there guys   we’ve all got them so if you guys are bored why  not go around and fill all their interiors in  

Yes sometimes it can be a little bit of a big job  and it’s not so easy coming up with so many ideas   but filling them in will make it so much more  enjoyable to go around and browse through your  

Town so it really helps keep up the inspiration  if you feel like your builds are looking a little   bit plain then why not add some small work areas  with some carson workstations things like this  

Make the build feel more like they are being used  it can be as simple as adding some barrels outside   for storage or building a car to make it feel  like items are being transported around the town   this can really add a lot of atmosphere  and make the place feel more alive  

Let’s take a look at a few things that  are a little bit more helpful in survival   automatic storage systems are super helpful  when it comes to staying organized in survival   but they do have a problem with causing  a lot of lag especially on low end pcs  

So why not build a storage system using barrels  you see barrels are not classed as entities like   chests are therefore they don’t contribute towards  lag now this means that you should be able to   build one that has minimal effect on performance  but you still get the benefits of all the storage  

The only difference here is that you can only use  one barrel whereas you could have doubled up with   chests but it’s a small price to pay when it comes  to having much better performance in game if you  

Are playing in survival then you know the grind  when it comes to gathering up materials so why not   ease up some of that process with some automatic  farms great thing about automatic farms is they  

Save you a ton of hard work leaving you more time  to do the things you love such as building houses   and stuff like that so go ahead and build yourself  an underground bank or an underground farming area  

Set up a bunch of automatic farms and this  will save you so much work in the long run   villager trader is a huge must for those that  are planning in survival not only does it make   gathering certain materials easier but it’s  also a great way to get those enchanted books  

Making it so much easier when it comes  to grinding for resources in the caves   or staying protected in places like the never  either way a villager trader is a huge win   we all love getting in those early game crop  fields for resources but sometimes they can  

Be left looking a little bit plain and boring so  why not make them look a little bit more realistic   with some farm-related guilds such as farm houses  barns storage silos and windmills these alone   create such a beautiful atmosphere it’ll make you  just want to stop by and just watch the sunset if  

You’re one of those who likes to mess around with  redstone or maybe you just want to make a huge   automatic storage system then you’ll likely want  to build an iron farm first these are so simple  

Now and even the smallest one can harvest a ton of  iron in no time you’re probably gonna need a ton   of hoppers so why not gather up a few villagers a  few beds and workstations and there you go you’ve  

Got yourself an iron farm now let’s take a look  at a few builds that really stand out when it   comes to making a realistic looking town if you’re  building up a village then you definitely want to  

Consider a church of some sort not only do these  look great but they serve as a great focal point   that really stands out and just improves the look  of the place but make sure that it’s a good size  

As you want to be able to see this from afar  you want to make sure that it stands out above   all of those houses you know this will really  generate a really nice atmosphere and make it  

Feel like a center point of your village how about  taking on a larger scale project such as a docks   yes i know you guys know how much i love my docks  and harbours but these are great because we can  

Add so many details that just add so much life  to a town you can include higher and lower levels   to the docks themselves you can include boats  ships storages cranes warehouses lighthouses   and so much more so having so many things  to build really helps keep you motivated and  

Keeps you inspired to continue building arenas or  gaming areas are a great build to add to any city   they’re pretty big so they create a nice focal  point and they have been around for many years   the romans had gladiator arenas medieval times  have had jousting arenas and so forth so they’ve  

Always been a pretty big part of entertainment  so it should fit pretty well into any town or sea   in many cases you’ll often find that a village  becomes packed with small houses and shops but  

Why not include some larger builds such as a town  hall or a travellers or hunters guild of some sort   maybe a watch tower with some city gates or  city walls remember the larger scale builds   always stand out so they are great to spread out  throughout your town or city because they’ll serve  

As several different focal points really  creating a nice bit of interest in general   if you’re looking for a challenge  then why not build a floating island   no it won’t be easy and you’re gonna need to  make sure you have a ton of scaffolding ready  

But they are super fun projects to build add a  huge hole beneath it to make it look like it’s   actually coming out the ground and it’ll create a  super cool effect so i highly recommend you taking   the time to create something like this because  it’s a very different project and something very  

Different from what you’ve probably built before  how about transforming a swamp or a village for a   fun side project these sort of transformations  are always fun and they can often help ignite   new inspirations for building ideas whether it’s  just a transforming of a dirty swamp and creating  

The entire nice a really sort of magical  looking swamp full of colours or if you’re   just transforming a village giving it a complete  overhaul and changing up in all the houses and   changing the placements and everything like that  it could be a great project and it usually always  

Ends with a bunch of inspiration which often  leads to creating new ideas and new projects   without building in the same style and it’s time  to try something different maybe try something   completely out the ordinary something chinese  or japanese maybe maybe this inspired town or  

Village will give you some new ideas a new way of  building and it’s usually when you try something   very different out the box in a different style  when you come up with new building ideas new   building tricks and stuff and this gives you ideas  for other things so trying something new is always  

A good thing so don’t be afraid to mix up a style  and try something that is out of your comfort zone   and of course i know you all love building castles  i love building castles and these are super fun

When building a castle guys just be prepared that  a castle is usually a very large project to build   it’s not something that can be built in a very  quick time so if you’re looking for a quick build  

A castle is definitely not the option for you what  you want to do is take your time and plan it out   slowly i often plan my castles in creative i often  come up with several ideas and then take all of  

My favorite parts from each one to pile it into  a final design now you guys don’t have to do it   that way yourselves you can just plan one castle  out in in creative first this gives you a much
