Hey guys welcome to uh minecraft 101 episode 2. today i’m going to be showing you how to make a trap oh no there’s creeper outside your house and you don’t want it to blow you up so well i’m in creative so it’s not going to blow up but if there is if you

Gently stand on this on mysterious sand you could uh simply press this lever and the creep is gone how he fell into the void so to make this trap you will need four sand two pistons sticky no four pistons sticky or not you don’t need them at least 50 at least 20 redstone

Really really deep hole so when they hit the ground they die build um put your pistons in position hold on let me change my i can’t fly down my sprint key i’ll just put the um just backslash all right kyle fly down now why can’t i slide down

Alright well put your pistons like this and don’t fall into the void don’t be an idiot go down until you see your pistons then mine one block under until you reach bedrock or until you’re one block distance put your redstone repeaters there get out your redstone and go one two three

And then go down to where you can see oh all right go to the other place and put your repeaters at the same place like that and hook it all up with the redstone so now you have something like this and then you want to take one two

Do like a little pattern like this and cover it up put your leather there and cover this off if you want now if you press the lever it should activate those pistons now that is where the sand comes into play i mean like if you’re trying to like trap a person

Then if i were you i would just put plain old pistons because they’re gonna notice that put sand above it so they won’t really suspect anything and then sort of if you want build it like right in front of your door so creepers can’t get in so let’s test this

Let’s test this all right put it creeper on there and he’s gone and then just refill your sand and this works with like almost all knobs uh let’s see let me see we’ll do skeletons it works with spiders too so that’s a big advantage i hate spiders uh
