Today we are doing another mod spotlight and this one is called the no more cubes mod basically the ground is realistic to an extent i mean you won’t go in the real life and just see like humps everywhere but minecraft is meant to be squares these guys give a good attempt to make

It a realistic ground type so let’s get straight into this mod somewhat don’t think many people will be using this in survival mode but let’s give them the satisfaction of the doubt and go check it out oh that rhymed that did as you can see look at this

Look at all the smoothness and did you like my rhyme i can’t even remember what it was now something like let’s let’s check it out or like let’s let’s give him the satisfaction of the doubt and check it out yeah that was it look at this so basically it’s made the ground smooth

And you don’t have to jump now as you know minecraft is made up of squares so this basically rounds off the edges and i don’t really know how to explain it to be honest you can see it like it just makes the ground more hilly and

I don’t know easier to walk on and i have made a shitty little house here look so there is a few problems with this though like because it’s so slanted and stuff you’re left with things like this where it’ll just be a really thin bit of block with a hill on top

Going into the water and stuff which is not the best but what can you do like i’m not too sure if this was a serious mod or not but we’re going to go into our test facility which is his house and this is what happens when i place down a grass block

Now it goes into a half triangle right if i place one at the back it goes into a full one so if i place two more and then like that it will make the corner blocks all slanted so if i put another one here it will be flat

And now it’s all flat blocks but now if i go outside it’s weird like let’s do something like let’s upgrade upgrade the terrain it’s so weird let’s get sand like it doesn’t do it with all the blocks it just does it on with like ground types i think it does like

Gravel dirt grass sand and all that stuff like that it doesn’t do it with trees it doesn’t do with leaves or ores because that would just be weird but this is this is sand stone where is sand his sand so let’s see what it’s like if we place

Down some sand and it’s exactly the same it will put down a flat layer until it hits another object and it needs to round off so if we break this block it will reveal a flat well it won’t reveal flat layer it will kind of reveal a flat layer

So let’s go down a few blocks there we go like so one more there we go and it is kind of smooth kind of and it it won’t ever be smooth because look now it’s just like a little hole here and i don’t even think can you put water in here hold on

This is now you can’t because if you put water in it will automatically go too flat again so that’s a good way to flatten out the land so basically it will contour to the sides or contour to the blocks around it so now i’m standing

In a pit put water in there it will go flat again so if we fill that up go like this again it’s very hard to talk over this mod because it’s so like simple to understand but it’s just realistic it’s i wouldn’t play it in a series because it would

Just be too annoying but props to the creator for trying it look at this look let’s go for a run look how easy it is just put some put some water down let’s ruin it see what happens nothing i just added a little pond look at this waterfall man

Look at this goes nicely down into there oh yeah look at this rock cliff let’s jump off this cliff it looks so weird didn’t it oh my days you wouldn’t expect there to be like 100 blocks just looks like one cliff side so this is this is very good though

Like from out here on like the meadow bottom and stuff it looks really nice it looks looks hilly terrain it looks nice and lush but ignore that chunk i don’t know i don’t know if i like it or i hate i don’t i dislike it i think i like it

Because could you oh could you imagine this mod what is that nah look at that cave system that looks sick but could you imagine this mod with like i don’t know with like a shaders mod and i don’t know how else to explain it like an acid trip mod where

The world just moves up and down that would be so trippy it will it will hurt but look at this even the mine systems are messed up it’s so weird this is crazy i i actually enjoy this i’m liking this so look at oh the snow biome is really

Hard to see though it just looks it looks like proper snow whereas before it was just flat but now this just looks like really proper snow this is crazy but yeah guys i don’t think i can really say much more on this mod except go check it out link is in the description

This is i don’t know i have to rate this much six out of ten six is a good number for this not bad not not the best mod not the worst mod but go troll some people man install this into their minecraft and when they when they go into the world jesus they
