Hello my name is aekta and welcome back welcome back just welcome back hello how is it going this is gonna be a brand new series this is my twitch and patreon server so all the people all the lovely people who support me on Twitch and patron and this is like

The fan server basically and we’ve been going for about two weeks we are playing vanilla with some data packs and it is going rather well and so I’m gonna be doing a series from here but it’s not gonna be a normal series it’s gonna be a little bit different in

The sense of stuff that I’m building so I’ve been away from minecraft for a little bit and one of the reasons is I sort of you know I still like building this is my little starter house in the village we’ve been everyone’s been basically doing up the village houses

And you know making making the village look a little bit a little bit different you can sort of see little you know little noise villages and them so I’m still doing that but I sort of got bored with the whole just doing houses and cities and even though I still quite

Like that I just I don’t think I can sustain just doing stuff like that all the time anymore I it just doesn’t always hold my interest so I thought would try to do some more random building in Minecraft and I start doing it on Twitch a little bit if you not

Subscribe to on Twitch or if you don’t know that I do twitch as well I do I just scream 3 nights a week mainly from the server at the moment so have a look there as well but yeah we’re gonna do some some interesting builds so

This has been my base of operations and this is one of the data packs that we have from mr. voodoo beard which is an elevator there are some more data packs around as well but that is this has been my base of operation so I need I need a

Better one I need a better one so that’s what we’re going to be doing today so here I am at a well a Plains area of the server a few thousand blocks away and you can see I’ve got like these little spruce bits here and what I thought

Would be a nice little thing like a nice way to start off the series start off building a bit more in the abstract is – one of the things I ever much like is surrealism you can tell from my skin if you don’t know it’s by a Belgian

Surrealist called Rene Magritte and it’s based on a painting of his called the son of man and surrealism is it’s an interesting one so realism can be a lot of different things but one of them is like the irrational just juxtaposition of images and what that means is

Sometimes and not always but sometimes is like in a dreamlike world you might see a lot of images together that don’t necessarily belong together so that’s what we’re going to try and do and what I’m gonna focus on is using the chunks so chunks we’ve got three I’m gonna have

Three chunks this is this is the idea don’t know how this is gonna work I don’t know if it’s gonna look good but I think I think it will be interesting and what I want is and this is the slight irrational side I thought it would be

Very cool to just move a trunk more upwards like move an entire chunk upwards and for I don’t know aesthetic purposes I thought doing it three times would be a rather interesting look and so that’s what we’re gonna try and do basically folks we’re gonna I’m gonna excavate three these three chunks and

Then move them up further up into the sky so that they they will they will form and that’s f3 and G by the way if you don’t know how to show the trunk borders f3 and G and we’re gonna move out because I think from you know a way

Away you know say from round here having three chunks just randomly hanging in the sky will look rather striking and a little bit different just you know quite a cool image and that is sort of at the heart of surrealism taken taken fairly normal things but showing them in a way

That would be maybe a little bit more abnormal so that’s kind of thing that I want to do with this series I don’t know if it’s gonna be a you know a popular series I don’t know this is gonna work I don’t know but I thought I

Would like to try so I think what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna start with one chunk and start easy so I’m gonna excavate it down and then move it up basically so I am gonna try and do some time-lapse see stuff and see how this

Works but yes let let us try let us begin [Applause] Oh wow look at that that has taken me quite a long time I realized when I was about halfway through that man I need I need to get a beacon I need to get a weekend so I will be be trying to get one as soon and but yeah we’ve I’m just

Basically getting rid of like all the little extra bits we hit bedrock very exciting and yeah and I’m just sort of finishing this up just going through getting rid of everything else we hit a lot of caves I’m hoping that the time lapse went well I used the replay mode which I haven’t

Used in ages like absolutely ages it’s all quite a bit different now and but I was having a few issues with it but so I think I think I should I should be able to do something something fairly cool so I’m hoping to use the replay here and

There to do like cool little time lapses yeah so we’ll see how that goes but yeah this is taking me a fair while to do I and so now we can see this a lot by the way by the way a whole entire chunk eight diamonds pretty rubbish pretty

Rubbish four diamonds and there are a lot we hit like so many caves you can see so many caves so I’m wondering whether to really the rain I’m wondering whether to add the caves into the mix in the you know the raised chunk basically

I don’t know I think maybe one or two I don’t think I want to use I do as many caves as there are here because I think that I look too much like I’ve tried to put caves in you know sometimes to make something look real you kind of have to

Fake the realness and if I make sense and and I think this is one of the cases where we’ll have to we’ll have to fudge that a little bit which is you know I think that’s okay okay but I do I do think we’ll have a few so I’m going to

Find mimic the sides a little bit so we’ll have you know diorite patches on the side gravel and then a couple of caves and now I’ll need to figure out how tall this is we shouldn’t be too bad because I think yeah so the first the first

Bedrock level is y5 that’s like about 64 so it’s around 60 60 high and then we’ll have to do some kind of weirdness for the bottom here as well using stone and you know just like little so like like the bedrock has been removed like it’s just been lifted out basically and

Obviously I still need to do this another two times why not get to all of it today and I might need to work on getting a beacon first but yeah so is that is that part of the thing that is part of the thing that is also part of

That I’m trying to not remove parts of the wall just about done it so III haven’t I haven’t so yeah so this is what I’m doing and then I’m gonna start I might do another time-lapse for the upstairs chunk the upstairs trunk the raised chunk I don’t know chunk art

Maybe that’s what we’ll call it so I got myself three skulls that took me a quite a while and I’ve come to the nether not the nether the end come to the end and someone’s already set up on the server a little with a killing station which is

Rather excellent so this is how all the cool kids are doing it nowadays and that tail end needs to be under the central the central bit here for this to work and basically we spawn him in like that and then he gets stuck we get stuck so

This is like an easy chichi way of getting a an ender start and in the star and never stop man and the nether I don’t know what’s what today and so basically we can get a beacon then and all of my work is going to be a lot lot

Faster which I’m excited about so I am I will spawn this in let’s just see let’s just see if that let’s just get out of here quickly just because we can still get hit by the initial blast and then I will skip through this fight there we go there we go

Yeah I will skip through this and then we’re on to beacon II goodness So that beacon was great so this is the original hole that you saw me build there we go there it is a whole number one then here we have here we have hole number two can I get that there we go hold on to and lastly we have by no

Means least leastly leastly we have hole number three so there we go so um yeah beacon very very good must have taken me less time to do those two holes on it did the original one so now now comes the bit where basically we we

Build the chunks but up there and what I am thinking is if your um and if you remember we have a lot of we have a lot a lot of holes here um and I think I’m gonna cover them up I think I’m gonna cheat and cover them up because that’s

Sort of there’s too many in this one way too many and the other two don’t have them so I think for a uniformity sake another thing I’m gonna cover them up so yeah so we’re gonna start doing the chunks up here and I think each of these

Chunks is gonna be on a slightly different level uh I think and I’m trying to been trying to figure out what the what the first level is and I think something like that for the first one so that would be around the bottom then maybe this one is a little bit lower and

The last one is a little bit higher ah I think or maybe not maybe not maybe this one the one in the middle shouldn’t be like the medium height one hmm that is a good point okay I clearly need to think about that then yes I need to

Think about that but basically what I’m going to do is probably do a little more time lapsing in the sense of at least building the the outside structure now the one good thing about this as well is that I can make I can make it like an

Empty shell per I don’t have to fill the entire thing in I’m not gonna I’m not that crazy so I can just make it a shell which is gonna be a lot easier like a lot easier so that is what I’m about to do So a lot more time has passed and Brown we have we have three chunks fully sort of made I well I say fully made there they’re fully here you can see three wholes and then three three chunks that have been elevated and which I think looks really cool so the only thing that

Is left to do is I’ve got to do the bottom bit and then we’ve got to do all of the sides and just make it look a little bit more irregular so putting like andesite and granite and diorite in there bit of gravel bit of dirt and some

Like chunks of ores but I do I do like the look of all of them I think they look rather marvelous if I may say so myself so yeah we’re almost there and yeah so far I’m pretty happy with them I’m pretty happy with them it’s taken a

Fair while to do I sort of underestimated how long it would take to get all of this done but now they’re here I like it I like it okay I am basically just finishing off this top and that is pretty much it and too many flowers right let’s cut this back a

Little bit I’m getting too many flowers out of this and there we go so I’ve done I’ve done I’ve done the bottoms there you go you can sort of see that and I’ve done the sides and I base I faked I faked it so you can see like I start

To have a look to see what you know what was actually there no one’s gonna really notice so I sort of just faked it I took some pictures of those and then just sort of recreated them and I think they look they look fine and the size weren’t too bad to do

Now we’ve got scaffolding like that helps a lot and actually the bottom wasn’t too bad either um so yeah so it’s not being too bad actually just building all of this and and digging it out has actually been the hardest part of this project by far and

That got a lot easier once I got a beacon as well and I’ve got to say so in a second we’ll we’ll fly it down and see what this looks like I was going to I was going to time-lapse that as well but the episode is gonna be running

Wrong I’ve already got two time lapses so I thought you know what we won’t we won’t do that we’ll just we’ll skip that bit we’ve had we’ve had enough time lapse see stuff and that’s not too bad that’s like that’s okay that’s an all right thing and I’m hoping someone

Sleeps right now this isn’t maybe a bit empty no too many flowers so many flowers so many flowers there we go right let us jump off and then just have a look-see around um oh I think they look cool I think they look rather nice a little bit different and again I don’t

Know what everyone’s gonna think of this a random chunk art but I think they look quite imposing let’s just have a quick gander round yeah I like them I like them and then the holes obviously as well I mean the probably would work without without actually having the

Holes there I think they do look rather splendid though and what I should do is let’s let’s land and let’s sleep quickly mmm let’s sleep rather fast because stuff is gonna be spawning there we go and lovely stuff I’m from down here you can see yeah they look cool they look

Rather cool and especially the bottoms look rather quite interesting so what I did I went into mcedit she lifted a chunk like this just to sort of see how it would look and how the bottom would look if I did it without bedrock and so that’s what I

Modeled those on so there we go first first kind of big project and I’m probably gonna do big itch projects like this or in this series on the twitch and patron server I also stream from the server and streaming wise it’s it’s a very different very different kind of
