So this point guys i’ve been playing minecraft for over five years i mean that that’s a long time so i’ve decided that i am now qualified enough to teach you how to be good at minecraft and what better way to do that than to show you The best way to find diamonds lots and lots of diamonds okay i’ve got diamonds loads before and uh today i’m going to show you all the quickest ways to do that and also don’t forget to go ahead and click subscribe if you’re new to the channel because statistics tell me that Most of people who watch these videos aren’t even subscribed what’s that all about so yeah i’ll leave a little i in the top right hand corner you can vote to tell me are you subscribed yes or no if you vote no go ahead and subscribe and then tell me down below in the Comments and that would be much appreciated so here we are in a brand new minecraft world don’t know the seed don’t know where everything is and of course the first thing you want to do is punch a tree that never changes in minecraft i’m afraid whether you’re going for diamonds or whether you’re Going to just uh build yourself a little house you just got to be punching a tree first and then once you’ve gone ahead and punched a tree you want to make yourself your wooden pickaxe and then arm yourself with a bunch of stone if you know what if you don’t know how to Do that you should just not even be watching this video you’re not ready for diamonds yet and go and craft yourself all your tools because you don’t know what you’re going to be facing on this journey all right yep you need a sword you never know okay we are going to need One more stone but i don’t want to go back down there so we’ll get that later date now of course you need an iron pickaxe so uh we’re looking for a cave although it seems in my quest for a cave i have located a village perfect i do i Really surrounded by a jungle that’s pretty cool all right i i’m also a bit peckish but today we’re going vegan all right you you pig sir you’re completely safe so instead we’ll be mining up wheat and we’ll be uh we’ll be eating bread for the day all right yep a bit of a Boring meal i know but you’re gonna do what you got to do okay these poor pigs they deserve better now unfortunately this village doesn’t have a blacksmith that would have been a good way to get some iron and diamonds for that matter but uh instead The design golem is going to be on the menu so uh if you want to take out an angle actually i need some wood i didn’t think this through hold on yeah just uh just just just bear with me gollum okay okay i’m gonna being attacked here all Right do a bit of uh okay we had we had blocks anyway that doesn’t matter so yeah if you want to take out a golem you should just build up three blocks and then you look at it can’t reach you but you can reach him so that’s that’s like The op strap and there you have it you’ll get three iron from this guy also some puppies so we’ll go plant those in remembrance of him freeze it’s great and worthy sacrifice hopefully these villages are gonna be okay right we’ve got nine pickaxe we’re ready now to find Some diamonds so first we’re gonna be trying the classic way to find diamonds not just mining them obviously there is other ways that are quicker and easier uh are we at the bottom right what we’re gonna do is we wanna dig down and we wanna get ourselves to about level 12 That’s kind of the perfect uh place to uh to get your diamonds tomorrow i also don’t recommend you dig down like this i recommend you kind of uh do something like this it’s just it’s a little bit safer to do a kind of a staircase it’s Also very very dark i oh oh well we can make some torches brilliant make four of them i’m uh i’m not gonna use this wood because i actually need to craft myself a trapdoor okay and that is that is another secret part to uh to the diamond strategies all right so we’re gonna Carry digging down we only get to level 12 we’re not too far away from that in fact we’re on level 12 now look at it stays right there so uh the next thing you want to do is get your trap door go underneath it and look at this now You’re in a bit of a a strange crawling state and then you just dig along and this is like the most efficient way to strip mine all right this is okay apart from when you find gravel you know if you find gravel i just turn the corner To be quite honest with you um so yeah this is like the best way to uh to do it if you’re gonna strip mine um if you’re on bedrock edition you need to use a bucket of water to do that you can’t actually do it with trapdoors for some Reason so uh yeah now to prove my point we’ll probably just find like zero diamonds now but we are we are efficiently covering the ground and it’s brought me out to some sort of cave so it’s it’s worth going into this cave having a little look around seeing if we Spot anything and uh i’ll be honest with you it’s it’s a bit of a rub but yeah it’s a very rubbish cave back to the strip mining on another note it’s actually a good idea to take your trapdoor with you as well because i uh i Left my other one behind and okay well this this is this is gonna be annoying let’s uh like this there’s methods to this you place that there oh we picked up the trapdoor perfect right back uh back to strip mart okay we’ve come out to another cave now There’s not really any way for me to make strip mining exciting we’re not really uh geared up for going cable we’re more in a strip manning face but having said that we’re in an amazing ravine and it’s a pretty amazing place to find diamonds as well so we’ll check This out well i found golden lapis this isn’t looking too good if but down you’re gonna be like coming away from this light yeah i’m just gonna disregard everything this sp guy said that makes absolutely no sense speaking of which though make sure to subscribe because I’m telling you now sooner or later we will find diamonds i’m telling you now i don’t know where i don’t know when but um yeah you know i should have brought a water bucket as well that would have made things way way easier um but yeah this is uh This is not looking good okay i don’t see any over there any see any round here it’s um yeah this isn’t going well at all but whilst we’re here we might as well get some gold to at least feel like we’ve achieved something on this mining Journey but don’t you worry okay um i mean i’m showing you the best ways but like i say that doesn’t make diamonds easy to find by any means okay um you know we’ve got well i know you know what did i tell you i said diamonds are on the on the market And we have got one diamond here no two no three diamonds look at this beautiful stuff okay one two three all right well i guess this ravine wasn’t as bad as i uh i thought it was gonna be we might as well carry on doing some dive mining We’ve got ourselves our trap door so let’s go and stand underneath there uh okay did my pickaxe break i don’t know i’ve still got a tiny bit left but i better try and save that for uh for any diamonds maybe so there we go we picked Up the trap door carry on doing a bit of strip mining or a bit of gold you know what we’re just gonna we’re gonna use design pickaxe okay we’re gonna try and not break it do it grab or go we’re grabbing gold now as well i am an idiot And i have to get myself back into the dive mining state there we go perfect all right where were we all right mine is setback guy that’s the guys that’s all that happens so after this i’m gonna show you some ways to find diamonds without having to go mining which is um I guess a pretty handy way but hopefully okay i’ll just pick actually okay i was about to say this pickaxe is gonna break to swap please let me get all these diamonds what oh no well we’ve we can make a diamond pick no we can’t we don’t have enough you know what this Another tip guys when you go mining bring enough wood and bring enough pickaxes but it’s alright guys i’m just going to trigger you really bad here there we go there just mining up these diamonds you know having a great time look at that oh there goes another oh There goes another diamond lost in the abyss of uh of being destroyed look at how another one’s gone yep yep and this is what i’m doing to you now i’ll be honest with you guys this just feels it just feels completely illegal i should not be destroying diamonds like That right we’re gonna get back to the surface and uh i’m gonna show you some ways yeah to find diamonds without even having to go in a cave well i’ve made it out of that cave i’m getting some more wood we’re going to make ourselves a diamond pickaxe i think it’s uh it’s Well earned at this point so we’re going to craft ourselves some sticks there we go and uh next plan is well we’ve got iron smelting we’re going to make a water bucket and then i’m going to show you how real gamers go to the nether i Will also mention that there’s no way to trade diamonds from villages and you can get diamond armor from trading with an armorer but that’s the only way to get anything you can give them diamonds they’ll happily take diamonds off your hands and give your emeralds in return But that’s that’s about it right i’m sick of waiting for this we’re just gonna mine it up okay take the crafting table you see there’s a lava lake right here i feel like you didn’t believe me that i knew there was one here so this Is like the fastest way to make a nether portal and not the fastest way but the easiest fast way if that makes sense so you kind of dig a trench like this all right you dig this little structure all right and then you build up one two three four Put a block there and put some water there so there is faster ways to do this but it’s harder and then you just do this it doesn’t matter what order you’re doing or anything like that you will just fill in a nether portal perfectly okay so it’s it’s a good little method It’s a skill worth learning i’m telling you now re-watch this video and uh learn how to uh to make another portal like that because yeah i might have a diamond pickaxe right here i don’t need it although i’ll tell you what i do need which i forgot to bring on i need some Flint and steel you know what instead i’ve decided to do it the way that uh pro gamers do it we don’t even need something steel we just use lava and eventually fire spreads we’ll burn this up i’ve got a sick of waiting for this it’s taking forever so i i went and Mined some gravel got myself some flint we’re just gonna do it the uh the normal way there we go yeah i thought i just threw that in salah then that would have been very awkward i’m trying to tell you my pro gamer all right next phase we’re Going to find some some diamonds in the nether fortress okay i nearly just walked off there that was that was close right so um yeah find the nearest near the fortress usually you want to go east or west how do you know which way is east or west if you’re minor block it Makes the shape of a y can you see that so uh that’s the shape of hawaii so that’s east that’s west that’s north that’s south i think i did that right yeah okay it’s all that’s west of these i don’t know but anyway so we’re to go i think in this direction And there we have it we have found ourselves a bit of another fortress anyway so we need to get down there and then find the right part of the fortress i’m just going to run right past these blazes so i’m going to tell you something about fortresses you might not know there’s Two parts to fortresses an outside bit and an inside bit this right here is the outside bit so uh even though it’s covered in netherrack it’s not got a roof it’s not got a nether fortress roof okay you can see all around here no roofs and um we’re in that we don’t want To be in this part that’s the part if you want to find blaze rods but there is a a room that connects the inside and the outside okay this is all still outside um so let me try and find the the inside of it okay i was literally Just looking at it so yeah this is where the inside bit starts so this room here with a lava thing in it’s always the thing that connects the outside to the inside so you if you in the outside bit you’ll find blaze spawners that’s that’s the main reason to go there inside bit You will find chests with diamonds and here we have our first chest please give me some diamonds just to prove up there we go all right so uh we found diamonds in the fortress i bet you didn’t think you’re going to get a lesson about how nether fortresses work will you how they Generate you know i have just a wealth of knowledge in minecraft look at that we’ve got a blaze rod as well brilliant although all these things i’m telling you just because i i had to do with what you learned from spade room in the game All right we only found gold in that one i mean yeah i mean finding your diamonds diamond horse armor that’s that kind of counts but not quite i like you know you don’t get loads of diamonds in the nether fortress but you get a decent amount and i wouldn’t recommend this to Be like your main way to find diamonds if you really want to find diamonds you’re probably best doing the dive mine i showed you earlier or one of the things i’m going to show you next but like i said it’s still a good way to find those extra diamonds if you’re a Bit sick of going mining and stuff and well there you go a few more diamonds there plenty more gold as well which who doesn’t like some gold let’s go and see what’s down here never mind it’s a dead end but there you go i think you get the Point so we’ll go back to the overworld and we’ll uh we’ll find some diamonds that way so for this next way to find diamonds you’re gonna need to make yourself a boat and then find the ocean well this looks like an ocean to me perfect so yeah you guessed it the next Thing will be fun right on cue we’re looking for shipwrecks okay shipwrecks are like a really really fast way to find diamonds again um the room you’re looking for on a shipwreck is the room that’s the cabin the captain’s quarters and that usually has a treasure chest in it they’re not In all shipwrecks um so you know it’s not like a guaranteed thing but yeah if you if you get it right you you can find a thing so let’s go and have a look see if he’s if we’re going to find a chest or not is this the captain’s quarters What did i tell you okay all right there’s no diamonds in here but good treasure on the lesson yeah sometimes you will fill it five dimes in there now the the quest is to not drown so just a little bit of research and it turns out that there’s about a 15 chance of Finding diamonds in a shipwreck so you know you know in every shipwreck is that right down there no so yeah this is probably the easiest way to find is that what is that a wreck on an iceberg okay we’re finding some cool stuff here Um i made some food as well um but yeah the uh you’re gonna find on every shipwreck but every now and again you will find them and it’s pretty easy to find shipwrecks quite quick as you can see we’ve already found two so uh you Know you can do this you don’t have to have any resources either you don’t even need nine pickaxe to do this wow this is uh this is like nothing i’ve ever seen before okay every minute away this is this captain’s okay very treasure that actually brings me to my next point uh Finding buried treasure is another good way so we only oh the berry traders are just there well we might as well go for this i don’t think there’s any more rooms because when they’re in like land like this it’s very hard yeah they kind of only generate part of it so you know You’re never guaranteed to be careful but that’s the good thing about finding shipwrecks i will also say if you can get a potion of night vision you’ll be able to see underwater a lot better from above the water you know i’m going to just get one to to show you the point so Somehow i’ve magically managed to get myself this uh potion of night vision don’t ask how we’re going to uh drink that and you can see everything lights up so much so you can see really easy like if i go underwater you can’t see a thing but if you’re above the water you Can see brilliantly so if you want to search for shipwrecks and find loads and loads this is the way to do it just go sailing and you know you can see from miles away you’ll be able to find your ocean ruins as well um so this is this Is probably the best way to uh to find your shipwrecks get yourself some night vision get in a boat you won’t use any hunger up you won’t use too much time and what a cool biome room by the way uh yeah you can find them in any ocean Biome and just just see what you can find look at that we’ve located another shipwreck danny so we’ll go and check it out see if there’s any diamonds to be found on there well unfortunately it looks like this ship is generated without a captain’s claws it should be There but it’s a bit broken um do we have any we do have a chest here but it’s just uh it’s just a rubbish one yeah there’s a door here which would normally leave into the lead into the captain’s room but it’s got absolutely nothing in it so you know you can’t win Them all with your shipwrecks though now what we are going to go to though is the uh the buried treasure there’s a 50 chance of finding diamonds when you dig up buried treasure so it’s it’s definitely worth it okay this looks like the place that the map is pointing to Perfect so let’s get right over the x it looks like it’s a it’s about here i think let’s have a little big guy i don’t like the idea of digging underwater too much i don’t yeah you’re kind of only going to dig above you only i think you pretty much all Need to dig sand when finding buried treasure i mean it’s becoming like a full-on tutorial now to do everything in minecraft isn’t it although we don’t seem to be uh having any success let me go and look at the map again i’ve made it bigger all right we are pretty much Right over it so it should be somewhere oh wait we might okay well if you mind it up there i didn’t realize let’s see what’s in it well this looks good to me two diamonds what did i say 50 chance you know we were going to be a look if We didn’t we’ve got ourselves iron we’ve got more emeralds we’ve got fish and we’re drowning okay well that is bad let’s get out of it all right we can also go and get a sword i mean it’s it’s just a win-win-win situation when you uh you find something like this isn’t it Perfect right so we’ve got that i am going to also mention if you find ocean ruins then you won’t find diamonds in those i think you can find some emeralds though um but yeah you won’t find diamonds so don’t don’t go wasting your time with those if you’re not interested In that but yeah i mean i know we’ve only found seven diamonds but we’ve not been you know we’ve tried lots of different methods we’re not you know we stuck to one method i’m sure we’d have way more tell you what i’m still impressed with that up there it looks Amazing but anyway i’m not gonna waste time uh looking for these things but you can also find diamonds in stronghold chess you can find them in jungle temple ones desert temples and uh village blacksmiths as well so that they’re like the only other places that you can naturally find diamonds one place that You might think you can find diamonds but you can’t you won’t find him in any dungeons okay so when you find a mob spawner in a dungeon you won’t find any diamonds in those you will find them in an end city forgot to mention that and city chess have diamonds in them and Abandoned mine shafts have chest mine carts they are also there also can be diamonds in those so that’s that’s all the ways to find diamonds in minecraft if you really want to find lots of diamonds fast i would recommend going dive mining which we did first or shipwreck searching with night vision But as you can see like we’re kind of we’ve been sailing but it’s very hard to see shipwrecks unless you’re right above them especially when it’s going dark but uh yeah that is that is my guide to the fastest way to find diamonds i guess soon diamonds aren’t going to be the Best thing in minecraft is going to be netherright which is um which i’m looking forward to obviously it’s a lot harder to find and there’s less ways to find it but it’s raining yeah what a what a way to finish the video if it’s going to decide to rain in minecraft we Might as well end the video in the snow which is a little bit nicer isn’t it also we’ll mention the snow is reminding me igloos you can’t find diamonds in igloos you can find emeralds and golden apples not diamonds um so yeah hopefully did
