Hey guys I’m Greg bills and welcome to this minecraft build tutorial on this episode we’re gonna create an apartment building complex and minecraft and this would look good in one of your minecraft worlds now this building has eight apartments inside and each one has a little different layout than the Previous one making each one unique this builds a large project but it’s a great one for building on a large server or a multiplayer world and this bill is broken down into eight steps I’m out further ado let’s start the build tutorial now here’s the complete list The materials you’ll need to build this apartment complex also this entire build project will require 26 block by 22 block areas spacing and I mark my area with coarse dirt blocks and you could do the same and that way we’ll know how P the layout is before we start the build And by laying the building outline out ahead of time it will make sure you have the building in the exact location you would like it step 1 first let’s add in the left side of the building will need 666 bricks from the back left corner the outline move back and over our space Start by making a 10 wide row out of bricks then make the site a total of 19 blocks wide Then wits add 14 blocks on top of this pattern and now make this column 15 blocks tall in total that must make a column on the other corners as well and make a repeat for the front two corners as well then leave two blocks of spacing and make another column then leave Another two blocks of spacing and we can do the same for the back with two columns that each have two blocks of spacing in between and each one’s a total of 15 blocks tall Then at the left side of the apartment we can add two columns to the existing side and they’ll make it three blocks wide then leave one block of space then make another three wide wall section and then we can continue leaving a block of spacing and making another three wide Wall section and then we added in two more columns to the side and now finish off the last wall section we can make these 15 blocks tall in total as well Then for the inner side we can fill it completely with bricks then week ahead and crossbeams Emma can make cross beams of the fifth and sixth block up Then once wrapped all the way around the building we can add in cross women at the tenth and eleventh block up as well and then we can finish off this step with a cross beam at the 15 block up Step two thanks just add in the second half of the building this will require 666 bricks as well now this section is similar to the first one we created in step 1 and for this move over and back of space then make a 10 wide by 19 long rectangle And we can add 14 additional blocks to the corners making the columns a total of 15 blocks tall then leave 2 blocks of spacing in between each column and do the same for the front then along the inner side wall we could fill in completely then for the outer wall we Can make it 3 blocks wide then 1 block of space and then continue making 3 wide wall sections with one block of space in between each one also just like the other side we can adding cross beams and added cross means of the fifth and six Block of and wrap all the way around and then we can add in cross remains of the 10th and 11th block up as well let me get do it one more time adding a cross from at the 15th block up Also we can make sure that there’s four blocks of space in between the two buildings in the center step 3 next was add in the Stonebridge Center hallway section only 174 stone brick blocks in 28 white glass blocks in between the brick structures let’s extend out and make a stone brick Hallway in between and we can extend up one block past the top of the brick building let’s leave openings three blocks tall for window openings and these window openings on the stone brick building will line up with the ones on the brick buildings the must do a similar pattern along the backside Then for the top we could fill in four rows for the back and we could do the same on the other side as well Then extend along the sides and I’ll leave a 14 long by 2 wide opening and we can fill the center with glass blocks step 4 next we’ll add in the hallway stairs and floors we’ll need 150 stone brick blocks 20 stone brick stairs 12 oak doors and 4 Iron bars inside the stone brick hallway we go place the grass with stone brick blocks then we can edit stairs the third block back and make this staircase two blocks wide and we can extend up for a total of five treads tall then we can added strong brick blocks behind the fifth Stair up and extend to the back of the apartment building then I’m going to add in a couple of doors as well as iron rails then we can add more stairs out of two treads wide and five treads tall then we can extend the platform behind The fifth stair up on this level as well Step five experts add in the oak floors only 820 oak planks and 78 lanterns for this we could start by replacing the grass with oak planks then once the first floor is completed we can add in oak planks just below the Doors on the second level and once the second floor is completed we can add in a third floor as well now we can do the same exact process on the other side of the apartment building by replacing the grass with oak planks and then we can Add in a second and third floor made of oak planks next we can add lanterns along each of the floors and you can add as many or as little lanterns as you would like for your apartment building also we can add lanterns inside the center hallway as well step 6 Dijkstra’s add in the window glass panes in window trim will need 316 light glass panes and 144 stone brick stairs for this we could start by filling in the openings with white glass panes and we could do this all the way around the apartment filling out all the openings with white glass panes Then once completed let’s add in stone brick stairs for trim under each window and for the front of the apartment building we can add in two stairs under each window then along the right side we can add in three upside down stairs under each window then for the backside we can do a Similar pattern to the front with two upside-down stairs under each window and then to finish the last side we can use three stairs and we could place them upside down under each window as well you step 7 next was add in the roof and skylights only 228 bricks 60 stone brick Slabs and 44 white glass blocks to start let’s fill on the roof with more bricks and we can add three additional rows to this side then we can add three rows of bricks along the other side as well Then we can add three additional blocks over here and now equal a total of four bricks wide then we could do the same on the back side and that’ll leave us with a 12 long by 2 wide hole in the center and we can add in stone brick slabs for Sky light trim and then after that we can add in white glass box for the skylight now let’s do the same exact process on the other side to refresh added three rows of additional stone brick blocks on each side Then we can add three blocks along the front here and three additional blocks along the back then we can add in stone brick slabs for trim and white glass blocks after that for the window step 8 now before we start the interior we can take a look at the apartment Using different materials now this is the look of the apartment we using stone brick blocks replaced with bricks and replacing the red bricks with stone brick blocks also here’s a look at the house replaced with smooth quartz and the look of a more modern look to your house also here’s the look using Different shades of concrete and you can only and you can always use any material you prefer best for your apartment now we could walk through each of the apartments and each one is arranged a little differently and that will give each one a little bit of uniqueness also As we walk through each interior
