Hello my name is green and today i’m going to be showing you some armor stand tricks to make some cool little builds to decorate various things or you know they’re pretty unique in the way they own so thank you to the crew for putting these together for me and I’m going to show you how to make them so let’s start with this like potted plant for interior use you need to make a quick pillar and add a bunch of armor stands in a neat rotation so that you get the full circle you then add a Piston above it and some oak wood and activate it with a redstone block to push the block all the way to the ground that does mean using two pistons to do so once you’ve done that you finally have your base and then you can add a fence underneath it To get the full plant base after that all you need to do is add a couple bits of decoration on it such as the leaves and of course some trapdoors just to decorate the plant pot a little bit it is obviously just wood you may want to Use another block maybe a grass block completely up to you but then you have a house plant right there just with a small decoration you could remove the armor stands and just have a tree there but the little bit of armor stand intricacies make it a lot nicer to look At and it’s of course something different now the first couple i’m going to show you are relatively simple but we’re going to get some cooler tricks later on this one here is a very simple fireplace just like you know on a normal campsite but you need a dropper using Exactly the same technique that we just used placing the armor stands in a full rotation into the hopper and then you need to place the coal or whatever your base block is going to be via the pistons that we made before exactly the same technique and all the dropper does Is make it so that the armor stands fall into the correct position because if you didn’t have the dropper there they would be above the ground but with the dropper it sits really nicely so you need two lots of pistons to push down that base block and then you have it just sitting Above the coal block itself which you can then place a torch on to simulate the fire altogether or you could actually you know use like a netherrack and then light it literally on fire and the armor stands will look like a nice log fire that’s you know pretty cool if You can find a situation to use it in but we’re gonna go into some more modern details and tricks and that kind of thing with our next couple ones and they’re using exactly the same techniques that we just done so there’s a computer here and it’s exactly the Same technique except we’re going to be doing it under a different circumstance so we simply place another armor stand but this time with a chainmail helmet on the top now this is going to simulate the keyboard and we can add a mouse later with a button so you just place it on oops And you just place it on and then you use the same technique as before by getting a piston that’s going to push down the table block or whatever you’re using just one block above power it up and boom it pushes it down onto the armor stand and you’ve got what looks Like a keyboard there is going to be a better computer design later on but this one is a little easier to make than the one we’re going to be making later so if you want an easy way out this is kind of the one you want now we use a custom Painting for the screen just full of black there is a separate tutorial on how to make these custom paintings which i will link in the description and then we have a full pc next up we’re using exactly the same technique literally exactly the same technique but this time We’re going to be making a chess board so it’s something that you could perhaps put in a park or in a study something like that you literally do exactly the same thing with the piston put the white wool over the top power it and then you have a nice chess board Which you could decorate with a couple of chairs after you’ve removed all the extra blocks the armor stand base makes it look like a nice table although it’s weird having too little stumps as the table legs but nonetheless it looks fairly effective and it makes a nice Little chest table and then you could decorate it with signs or however you want the idea is to use the texture of the chainmail helmet as the checkered effect on a chest table which is a pretty good use if you ask me so next up we have a little trick here Where you can just put a helmet on top of a crafting table if you’re doing some sort of decoration around a cave or anything like that so you need to place specifically for snow then place an armor stand on the top now this raises it up just the right amount so that you Can make a crafting table sit just underneath a leather cap that you put on the armor stand and again you use pistons to push the block into the correct position now the only problem with this is that it does sort of create a little glitch on the other side of the block so You can just decorate that with crates and you get a nice little effect there now you can do this so much more neater with command blocks and placing armor stands in a more unique fashion you know with the commands and all that kind of stuff now that’s way more complicated this is sort Of just teaching you how to do it almost the easy way out just placing them and shifting them around but next up we have one of my favorite ones now this is a pretty cool looking computer and believe it or not this is all armor stands this Might get a little bit complicated so bear with me you need to place the armor stand piston with some black trousers and an anvil in these particular places then above it you need to do exactly the same but reversed so that the armor stands are right next to each other The anvils ensure that the armor stands are pushed into the correct position so that one actually failed so we need to do that again you need to make sure that they are actually pushed into the correct position like so once you’ve done that you then remove All of the blocks out of the way and they should in theory fall correctly into position next up you need to put anvils in front of them again to get them in the right position and then at the back you need to place four pistons again So that we can push those armor stands into the wall that we’re going to place in just a second so this gets a little bit more complicated than what we’re used to but if you follow the steps it’s actually fairly easy and this would be pretty good for any kind of like office Building that you’re making obviously i’m not using kind of blocks that you would have in an office but there you have it a cool looking computer now if it’s facing east or west you can actually put down a button to make it look like a mouse is actually in front Of the computer so you got a little stand you got the monitor and a keyboard it looks really really cool if you’re you know making a modern looking computer rather than uh perhaps not like a laptop or something like that i think it looks pretty cool nonetheless And you can add a chair in front of it in whatever way you want there are multiple chair designs that you can use for this just to create an office atmosphere i have actually got a completed version over there but this sort of sums up exactly what it looks Like and it’s really weird how this is black trousers just on an armor stand you wouldn’t really guess it just by looking at it next up we have something a little bit different if you can’t tell what this is it’s a roulette table that is meant to be the little ball going Around the roulette table it’s a type of gambling so you probably haven’t played it but you might know what they look like from movies and stuff like that so all you need to do is a little bit of preparation and it’s pretty easy to set up so you need a star-shaped log and Then you need to surround the middle log with four redstone blocks and then some grass or whatever filler block you want with some rails and power railed on top of the redstone now the important part about this is you need to put an armor stand in one of the corners instead of a Rail and once you’ve placed the power rail you will be ready to start the roulette table spinning we actually get the whole thing spinning before we make it which is kind of odd but you need to get the ball rolling quite literally before you can make the roulette table because everything is Pushed into place after that’s done so you put a minecart down and you push it so that the armor stand is in the minecart you quickly place it down and it’s in perpetual motion going around the roulette table it doesn’t actually function it just continues to go round And round and round but once you’ve done that you essentially just need to decorate it so the first thing we’re going to do is get some carpets to decorate it now this is kind of annoying with the minecart there because it does get in the way but you Should be able to with a little bit of perseverance get all the blocks you need to now you want to alternate on the second layer of carpets red and black to get that pattern once you’ve done that the middle bit is where the tricky stuff comes into play Once you’ve managed to get all the carpets down you need to create a pillar and again using the same technique that we used before place the armor stands in a circle to get all the correct angles to get the full thing once once i’ve got it down and then we have the roulette Table center now the ball is circling around it but it’s not quite finished we need to get a piston again and a redstone block to push that final log into position in the middle bit so that you can’t see the armor stand working the way it is Once we’ve done that it’s kind of finished except for the decoration around the table so you do need two pistons you power the first one remove it and empower the second one to push it into place and finalizes the roulette table once you’ve done that as you can See you can just get some green wool along with the rest of the logs and finish up decorating it as you please on my original one i added some snow to sort of simulate the table itself but once you’ve got this it kind of works as you want now this could be used In other situations but the roulette table is what we thought would work best for this as i said before the team my crew came up with all of these ideas i never really went into armor stands that much i sort of remained an old school builder so thank You so much to all of those guys for giving me these to showcase to you so they’re pretty cool we’ve got the pc this is the preferable version of the pc there is the other one but easier and we have the helmet on the crafting tables we have the chessboard The other pc which isn’t as good we’ve got the campfire and we’ve got the potted plants now all of these are really cool tricks but i want to know what you know that i don’t i’d love to see some of your ideas anyway that’s it from me thank you very much for watching Everybody good boy Video Information
