Now the new tube and the Toph man and welcome back to my thumb craft guide four point two point two point zero has now been released guys and it has some cool additions in that I’m really sure that you will absolutely love and I’m going to be covering those additions

Today and in subsequent episodes as well of the new stuff that’s been added into thumb crafts so without further ado guys why don’t we get straight on into it okay well there’s a couple of things that I want to take note of guys there’s a couple of things that have changed

That you guys will need to know straight off the bat if you have a world previous with 4.2.1 and the there’s a couple of these changes basically gognitti ER now is Ignace and spiritus and tell them now is Ignace and instrumentum mainly because Ignace wasn’t used a great deal

When it comes to you know the beasts and stuff like you know actual aspects it wasn’t used predominantly much so he’s gonna change to cognitive and tell them to involve Ignace this time there is also a something that is worthy of not guys if you have a thaumcraft dungeon or

Any dungeon anywhere within your world and you will not see the new cool stuff that’s been added in but by thaumcraft in the dungeons that you can get hold of now these and I’ll show you later on in in this little bit of a series that I’ve

Got going on and you will see bit later on that it adds some new stuff in there so if you’ve got any previously generated terian and I’m afraid it you won’t be able to find the new loops and stuff that’s involved with that but if

You get new chunks or if you load up a new world you’ll definitely be able to find all the new good stuff that you can find in loot chests now there’s part of a thaumcraft well guys the first thing that i’ve got a cover and really i

Didn’t cover it in the last set of episodes which i should have done this one slipped under the under the net here so this isn’t part of 4.2.2 but it’s called essentially a crystallization you can get this essentially of crystallizer right here and basically allows you to

Pump in these and get the crystallized essentia at the aspect of whatever is that it’s broken down from whatever object it was that’s gone through there into its own bit of crystal so I’ll show you anyway in a second you have nearly mastered the art of turning concrete objects into

Liquid essentia so doing the reverse is a simple matter the essential crystallizer draws in liquid essentia from a pipe network and slowly converts it into small shouts of crystalline essentia crystalline essentia is safe to handle and very stable the crystallizer either ejects the crystals into the

World or into a container it can be disabled with a redstone signal supplying it with terra visa will greatly increase its speed and it can be crafted pretty easily with some planks essentially tubes a couple of balance shards will come out chemical construct a dispenser and a couple of pieces of

Iron in got 15 terra 5 akwa and 5 odd or get you one of these now this thing right here I will get to shortly but I just want to show you what this thing can do the essential crystallizer I’ve got cobblestone here which you guys know it’s predominantly made of terror and

Perdita so I’ve got 16 each of that in there because I was testing this earlier on and what this basically does is it turns your liquid fils into crystallized face which is pretty awesome now you can see it’s doing some stuff over there and it’s got a nice little color on the side

So you can see what’s going through it at the moment there is terror and there is Purdy T oh I love these shadings and love the colors in this and of course if you’ve got an inventory right next to it we’ll go ahead and put that in it

Doesn’t need to be hungry chest it can be just a normal chest as well and that will get you terror and Perdita out what are the the the upsides of doing it this way what are the upsides well you can get exactly what you want then if you’ve

Got something that requires in you know a recipe that requires say for example something in the infusion that requires 15 Terror or something like that then you can come along you can grab 15 pieces of Terror melt it down get it into your system get it in a jar and

You’ve done the same goes for crucible recipes and stuff like that you can get one of each type of everything do you not I mean and it just makes things so much easier and you spend less time dealing with ten because there isn’t any if you use exactly the amount that you

Need and of course this is equal to one piece each so that is the essential crystallizer Oh okay guys the first thing that got added into 4.2.2 point oh well I said the first thing it wasn’t the first thing but it is one of the first things that

I’m covering and that is vocal manipulation if you guys have been watching my thumb craft of Britannia unite series you’ve already seen what this thing can do but for use it for those of you who haven’t and are just watching this to try to catch up with

Them some farm craft this is amazing I love I love this because it gives a little bit of difference in towards using fork I and so on and so forth but vocal manipulation one fork I are capable of amazing feats but they aren’t very flexible a single focus is seldom

Capable of performing more than a single function you have discovered a way to upgrade basic foci to alter the way they manipulate magic you simply need to place a focus in a focal manipulator and choose the upgrade you wish to apply to it you also need to provide it with visa

From relays and spend experience points to get the process started but after that it is a simple matter of wetting each focus can be upgraded up to five times but each rank is double is doubles the cost and a little bit of English though while some upgrades can be

Applied multiple times or any rank many foci of upgrades that can only be applied at certain ranks or only if certain requisite upgrades have been have been taken at lower ranks experimentation is encouraged upgrades are permanent you are not aware of any method to remove unwanted upwards so

Care so care must be taken when choosing them it’s pretty expensive unit of primal charm so a couple of golden got stable and smack in stone blocks of stone slab and a couple of pieces of iron and thirty two of each aspect best aspect that’s right there guys to make

Aspect involved in that one so that’s pretty good I’m going to go ahead and slap that right there because that’s now going to use that hopefully you can see one two three four five is lit up at the top there with a little space to put in

Your grid your foci so we’re gonna get a one focus of what we should forget we get Oh we’ll get a firewall why not look at a fire one you stick that in there guys and you can see this is now lit up it’s kind of got that

Little star effect going on there you’ve got two options frugal and pulse and see this is practically you know if you put one inside it always seems to be that the first one is frugal and potency frugal basically means that the focuses power will be ten percent less per level

The v’s cost of activating the focus is powered by ten percent per level that’s basically what it is portents it this upgrade to say it increases the dent the damage or strength of the focus is power the exact damage increased varies from focus to focus Buddha is usually about 20% per level so

That makes it stronger and that makes it cheaper basically the way that this works is you click on whatever you want to do this very instance frugal it requires experience levels it requires eight experience levels to do this particular one and it also requires you can see here two V’s cost and this

Basically sucks it from the the the Beast Network that you’ve got in there now I’m gonna have to go and get myself bottles of machan in here and get myself up to a level of which I can actually do this so let’s use frugal once again and

You can see it’s gone green I can do this now by clicking this and you can see that it’s actually taking it from this part right here you see these little blobs going in towards it and it’s all going up towards that and eventually what will happen is it’ll get

All of the v-sit needs and then BAM it is done with its first upgrade and there we go you can see the purple right in there frugal now it’s got one here alchemists fire now this is of course one of those special ones the this increases the

Potency of the elemental fire in the focus any target satellite will burn for much longer that will cost you 16 experience and this basically happens you know as you upgrade a focus it takes more and more experience levels and more and Marvis the further down the levels

That you go we run level 2 now so you can imagine that it costs around about 40 odd levels I think for level 5 once you get up that one but that is basics on how to use the focal manipulator and what it’s for okay the next thing that was added was

The tier 5 upgrade for vampire bats as you can imagine guys it is the tier 5 upgrade going off from the and focal manipulator just there it’s the T of five up cred and this upgrade changes the summoned bats into vampire bats not only will I suck the life out of

Their target to replenish their own but some of the stolen life force is given to their summoner now of course you have to research this to be able to get it as a valid upgrade but there you go that is a tier 5 upgrades vampire bats ah my

Targets I mean oh it’s a village over here that’s my little area over there but these guys are gonna be used for a little bit a little bit of an experiment right now and there is another item that was added in hey could you leave them alone place thank you another item that

Was added in in the alchemy tab is bottled tins hmm interesting it is a forbidden knowledge one right now guys cleaning 10 is one thing but ever considered spreading it by concentrating and collecting the essence of 10th into a bottle it is simply a matter of dropping

It somewhere to create a patch of 10 is up to you to decide what you would want to do this why you would want to do this should I say V tiem is the catalyst in with 8 prayer can says you’re an 8 v tiem and you will get a bottle 210 so

Why don’t we go ahead and throw this out and to apologize to apologize villagers I’m gonna come back a little bit later on guys and we’ll see how that is getting on alright guys the next item is called the flux scrubber now this thing is quite useful in your infusion chamber

And so on and so forth because this will go ahead and clean up all that little bit of tent that’s gone flying around all over the place and make it clean again even the most skilled farmer Serge occasionally leaves a mess in the farm of flux it is a nuisance everyone has to

Deal with but this machine removes the drudgery involved the fukes scrubber when powered with air visa will slowly remove any farm of flux within 16 blocks of where it is placed what is more it’s able to reclaim a small portion of the magic that makes up the flux in the form of Perconte

Shiori-san Jie she pretty awesome it’s internal buffer is very small I will continue operating even when full so it must be emptied if you wish to reclaim all the essentia 16 aqua 16 order an 8 air with some arcane stone bricks essentially two V’s filter two iron bars

And an arcane bellows will get you the flux scrubber a pretty nice neat little item there you can go ahead and you see that right there that is flux and the flux scrubber can go ahead and and soak all that up and make use of it in the

Form of prayer can’t issue your magic I haven’t got much more in the way of bad stuff going on around here guys so I can’t really show you it but sir that trust me guys it works and it cleans everything up fire which is pretty goddamn awesome the next item on the

List of new stuff guys is banners that is right some nice neat looking banners here for decorative purposes only sometimes a thaumaturge doesn’t need to create something that shakes the very foundations of reality sometimes he just wants something pleasing to the eye you’ve developed a simple enchantment

That allows you to imply to apply vomiter djegal symbols to banners you do so up by clicking by simply clicking with a file of essentia on a banner you crafted and the symbol will be emblazoned on it shift clicking on the banner will remove the symbol and you

Can do it with any color wall some sticks and that’s a slab there and five of aqua and terror you get these banners that’s a crimson coat one that don’t tell them don’t tell them let’s get a banner just a white banner we’ll do just a normal white oh I

Brought them with creative and I actually got the item back I don’t know if you meant to do that so let’s uh let’s get a file and I’ll show you what this does and I like the look of prayer can’t issue so I’m gonna slap that on

There look at that that looks fantastic oh it’s a little bit strange I have been getting a few graphical bits bits light up but I don’t know if it’s Betania that’s the that’s the that’s the problem I’ve got that installed along with it either which way that is what it looks
