How to Build an Iron Farm in Minecraft 1.19+| 600+ Iron/Hr

Iron is such a crucial resource when it comes to crafting and villager trading allowing you to get stacked very quickly and that’s where the item firm comes in this iron farm produces between 450 and 600 iron an hour and it’s super simple to make but before we get into that i

Need for this farm now it may look like a lot but don’t worry trust me in the end it is all worth it now the first thing you want to do is find yourself a plains or a desert biome now doesn’t have to be those bombs but just to be an

Area that’s kind of flat but you also need to make sure the farm is at least 64 blocks away from any nearby villages then go ahead and take out some of your blocks and build up 16 blocks in the air now the reason we built 16 blocks is

Because we need to make sure no other spawnable blocks are within a 16 block radius that’s because iron gums can spawn on those blocks and actually slow down your production of your farm and we want this to be as efficient as possible then you should go ahead and build two more

Blocks at a size you should have three by one lane right here then you’re gonna stretch that lane either six blocks this way or six blocks this way and by that i mean you’re building it so that it is six blocks and you know it’ll be like

This like a three by six platform basically now if you’re done it should look a little bit like this after that on both of the longer sides you’re gonna put a two block tall wall so that your build looks like this now now you need to pick which side you want

The actual iron golems to go to um it doesn’t actually matter just pick whatever side you want it’s it’s whatever and then on the side that you don’t want the iron going to come from you’re going to put that two block wall around there as well so

Look or come out kind of like this now on the edge where the yarn is gonna be coming from go ahead and on the other side you know place three blocks once again do the same thing on this side as well and then finally on the edge over

Here i fill it in so that it makes a little hole here now do not fill in this hole we’re gonna go ahead and do the same thing that we did here six blocks in this direction and six blocks in that direction as well Once you finish with that once again go ahead and put the two block tall wall around it but this time you’re gonna surround the rest of the build so at the end you should have your farm looking like this go ahead and take out your 14

Trap doors and only on your main lane so this one right here is the only landing action they trap doors on go ahead and place trapdoors you know on the top edge like so place them down on each side what’s like this then with the other two oak track doors

You’re gonna put them each on the edges on the outside like so and then you’re gonna click each of them so that they are all facing downwards and what this is going to do is this is what’s going to trick the iron golems into actually walking into the water now

Go ahead and head up to the top area of the farm and then once you’re on this area you’re going to go and fill in this little square that’s on the side kind of like right here to be a six by six block area and there should be one on each

Side so on this first side let’s just go ahead and finish filling this in real quick um you can see we have this nice little platform that’s all nice and done then on the other side you now have a second platform that is right here nice and done

Then you’re gonna take out your 18 stone slabs and on the edge right over here on the very far edge you’re gonna place them all down in a line like this so the form should now go ahead and look like this now we need to do something which is a

Little bit maneuvery but we need to make an eight block deep stem and by a stem i mean we need to fill around the outer walls of this hole eight blocks deep so if you’re already like up in the sky like this it’s pretty easy to do this you just need to go

Ahead and get this water bucket right here place it down like that and then just go down so one two three four five six seven and eight then you can just go ahead and look at the top row up here and you can see where the hole is and just outline the

Hole kind of like so now once you have this hole and you know it lines up with the one that’s up top you just go ahead and fill this all in now you should have a stem that looks kind of like this now finally at the very bottom of the

Stem to just go ahead and finish it off you’re gonna take out your stair on whichever side that you want your chest to be facing and i wanted to face out this way you’re gonna place down the stairs so that the back side is on you

Know inside here and take out your chest and just shift click them both down right under the stairs so they can still open up the chest and this last part is pretty easy you just need to put the hoppers facing into the chest not like that but facing into each other into the

Chest and now this chest area should look like this now one more thing before we are done with this thing is that we need to go inside and on the second level so right here so one two place down your signs across and then all the way to the back

Like so and so after you’ve done all this you should now have the nine signs placed down right above the hoppers then go ahead and take back out your lava and on the middle sign it has to be the middle one you want to shift click it on

Top so the lava is like that and you can back out and cover up this hole once again now once you’re back on top of the farm once again you want to go to where the water canals are we need to go ahead and put down these oak fence gates you only

Need nine and one thing you can do to make sure that you know it always looks nice is you make sure that you place them down in a row kind of like this a little three by three row and you can go ahead and leave those shut for now and

Right now they’re going to be your barrier protection to make sure you don’t fall in this lava and well if you open these you can actually walk through and fall into that lava so just keep them there for now then all you need to do now is go and place a water bucket

Source on each of these corners like so and if you don’t have six buckets like i do you can just take this middle source like this and just fill back up your buckets head to each area and do this and by the end your water canal should look like this

And this is the main part of the farm that is done now it’s time to get your villagers and a zombie now we need to build an actual villager chamber so the iron golem spawn on these two platforms the way we’re gonna do that is we’re gonna go on the side over

Here in the very middle and we’re gonna put a block there and then we’re gonna build up one more block then one more block outwards like so then on one side you’re gonna go five blocks out so one two three four five and then on the other block you’re gonna

Go six so one two three four five six and then you’re gonna build up four so one two three four and fill in this area and it should look like this now you need to take out your ten villager jobs this could be any villager jobs except for the composter because

The composter is like really scuffy just don’t use don’t use the compost for this farm it’s terrible but a carto but a cartography table is pretty cheap only takes two paper and four pieces of wood plank you just go ahead and place them ten across a one two three four

Five six seven eight nine and ten and there you go now take out your ten beds as well and one block away from the job you’re just gonna place down your ten beds in a row like so go ahead on the edges of this place your you know block

Of choice or however you wanna do this across and leave a one block gap right there and then it’s completely up to you you can go ahead and fill this outer edge with glass or blanks or whatever you want but i like to use glass because

I like to see my villagers screaming for their lives and you will see what i mean in a second because if you don’t press that like button and subscribe you will also be treated like one of these villagers then take out your 60 other slabs and you’re

Going to go and place them down you know across the top of the glass and you know cover this whole area like so you need to make sure that these slabs are actually the bottom level of the block slabs otherwise if you go ahead and you

Build it so that the top level slab is up iron glooms can actually spawn on this block and you don’t want that to happen you want to make sure the angles are not spawning up here so go make sure you’re putting them down on the bottom

Level then as a final touch you need to make sure you have your area where your zombie is going to be at now you don’t need to have the zombie however this is what makes your farm a 600 iron an hour farm what we’re going to do is we’re

Going to put a zombie with a minecart chest right here and it’s just gonna watch these villagers as they run around thinking that the zombies attacking them they’re gonna be calling for an iron golem constantly which they will then spawn get attracted to the zombie and

Fall down this little pit down here uh burning and once you have your zombie down below you just need to go ahead and put a name tag on it i’m going to be naming my zombie beast shots gamer because bishop’s gamer commented the secret word on my last video so he got

Which i’m assuming you don’t yet um you just need to put your 10 villagers inside your farm so i’m in creative or you know whatever world so i’m just going to put down 10 villagers but usually you’d have to cart them up the same way you would card of the zombie so

One two three four five six seven eight nine and ten now if the farm is not working right away you know that there is some sort of issue one thing you can do is to make sure that you block off all of these blocks right here the

Little gap that you have so that the villagers can actually see where the zombie is the zombie can see the villagers and once you’ve ensured that the villagers are safe you know they’re not running around from the zomb anymore you just gotta wait one daytime cycle so one

Day one night and then you can destroy these blocks and if the farm should start working again so what i’m gonna do is a time set night put down my bed and go ahead and sleep oh shoot wake up come over here and start destroying all of these blocks and

As you can see another golem already spawned and once you’ve done all of that the only thing you need to do now is open up your fence o gates and voila you now have a fully functioning iron golem farm thank you guys so much for watching this video and if you enjoyed watching
