That’s how effective this form of time travel in Minecraft really is so I’ll show you the only thing you actually need this right here is the only thing you need to time travel in minecraft a world it seems simple but let me show you what I have been doing for a very

Long time ever since this world started every now and then I would make a copy of the world as it was so I have a hundred and fifty-eight copies of the same Minecraft world as time progressed throughout my time in Minecraft basically so let’s say in this world

I built a castle if I go back in time here the castle would not exist that’s time travel so a really good tip I have for you is as you go along in your Minecraft world continuously make safe files that you want to maybe time travel back to because that’s what this

Whole method is based off of now I understand that maybe you don’t have copies of your world to time travel back to but that’s ok because everyone has at least one world they can go back to the beginning let me show you something if you type slash seed

You make a world with that seed it’s basically a copy of your current world as it was before you even built anything so for the first example we’re gonna time travel all the way back to the beginning and I’m gonna show you exactly

How to do it so all you have to do first enter your time machine ok cool now exit the game now go into your minecraft files and go to saves these are your minecraft worlds this is the one we were just on so we’re gonna enter that one

And this folder is the secret to time travel in Minecraft this is the nether your time machine you’re gonna want to copy that right and move it into whichever world you want so technically you could travel in space as well but for now we’re gonna

Go to this world this is a copy of my world before I built anything so in here delete the nether and paste in the one from your main world now we’re gonna enter that world it should be this one now when you spawn in this is what you

Should see just your world before anything was in it now unfortunately you will have to make a nether portal of course if you’re in creative mode it’s not too bad and if you already have a portal it’s not bad at all but for me I just made this already so in here here

We go we’re in the same time machine and to prove it time works the clock so that’s time travel that’s the gist of it there are only a few flaws with this method one you don’t spawn within the time machine now I’m sure there’s a way

To make that happen but I have no idea how and second anything within your inventory will disappear so you have to make sure before you time travel to put your things away in a chest or something you know but yeah check that out look where we are we’re here before anything

Let’s time travel again let’s go a little bit more into the future remember we’re taking the time machine going a little bit more into the future and replacing the nether okay and check it out we’re in the time machine and look at that even these things are here oh my god

That’s cool so let’s um actually yeah let’s check out where we ended up what time have we ended up oh why are these doors iron I guess I mess up my build it looks like my city has evolved to at least a little more civilized thing

Future world 7.1 okay here we are time travel oh it’s raining in this time period where are we so as you can see the castle is now fully built in this time period civilization is looking a lot nicer than before there’s trees not the horrible jungle the city isn’t there

Yet so basically if you make copies of your Minecraft world as you go along you can time travel back to them whenever you want and you can duplicate items as much as you want now let’s go back home oh actually no let’s grab something from
