I Transformed the Jungle Temple in Minecraft Hardcore!

What’s going on guys my name is wumba and today i’m going to be seriously upgrading the minecraft jungle temple this video is part one of a two-part series where i’m gonna be building this massive and glorious temple worthy of displaying the netherite beacon watch to

Well to start us off i’d like to find an area that we can build i think this right here is going to work great now i got to go ahead and remove all these trees they’re kind of in the way so we’re going to make a place to build at

With the power of a time lapse i can show you this instantly all right i’m gonna grab a tree right here i am being non-stop attacked by these phantoms oh my gosh they are so annoying do you think there’s anyone who actually likes these trees okay and grand reveal oh

This looks so cool this whole area is mined out okay i’m gonna grab this tree down here then we got one more right here and we are on the final tree right now let’s go this whole area is now done oh my gosh that took a while i literally

Had no idea how long this total build was going to take this was only the beginning and this is actually going to bring us into the next phase where we’re going to work on the framework back to the alexa storage system i like corner they just come out a few blocks

Maybe like 7 8 10 1 10 11. there we go guys this is 75 blocks long is this there’s no way that’s 75 there’s no way that’s way to the rest of this that will take us to a full 80 oh my gosh we have more phantoms after us

Uh and now these two sides they should meet up oh man this is a big square for a ziggurat okay so i i also i don’t want to go up too far on this because i want to put something at the top of this ziggurat

That one oh we did it oh my gosh let’s go perfect i was determined to finish this ziggurat the only thing holding me back was time alright and with over four hours of work i finally now have the framework done so we have all four layers here and then we

Also have the framework for the staircases the next plan is to actually build the width of the staircases it’s going to start all the way down from the bottom over here and then it’s going to work its way all the way up to the top where we’re going to work from there

Oh man i just finished one of these staircases and wow is this starting to look cool a little bit later i just finished all four of these and now we’re really starting to see some progress this base is going to be the coolest thing ever next i want to start working on the

Platforms for this ziggurat i think to do that we’re gonna start using some grass let’s see if we have any okay we have a decent amount of grass this is gonna be enough for a little bit we’re gonna have to gather some more later i’m kind of starting to get the rhythm this

Is pretty nice well little did i know at this point that i had to place over 10 000 blocks to finish this after the first layer i was feeling pretty happy there was one problem and that was that i ran out of grass the area we’re gonna mine at is right

Over here in the past i’ve done quite a lot of work over here but this is actually a really great place to just get everything we’re gonna need i’ve said it once i’ll say it again mining grass it’s so freaking satisfying and we’re back at it now i’m actually

Going to be using some dirt and i am hoping that this grass is going to spread over the dirt mainly just because i had it lying around now that all the grass is placed i need to actually light up this lower area i think the best way to do this is going

To be with torches and i also don’t think we really need to worry about the water portions we’re just gonna kind of spam torches now we begin phase three we have to get enough stone to be able to do the walls for this entire base right over here we

Have our cobblestone farm this farm produces 120 000 cobblestone an hour which will be plenty for what we need let’s go ahead and flake this on and now we can wait for this tnt to drop down and just like so we’re about to start getting ourselves a bunch of cobblestone

This is going to be crazy efficient for what we need here we are with a whole bunch of cobblestone let’s go ahead and cook this every time i come to this ocean base i just love how it looks but we’re actually not coming here for the ocean

Base instead we actually need to go inside where we have our super smelter on the lower floor right down here and this thing is going to cook all of our cobblestone let’s go ahead and get the cobblestone and then we’re going to throw it in here where it should

Automatically cook just like so when i first made this farm i could not believe how fast it was let’s go ahead and come down below where we are gonna flick this on just like so and now all of these droppers are going to be dispensing their items like that but we

Actually have one more on this side to flick first and then let’s see what we’re getting oh my gosh we are getting so many items i can’t reiterate how nice this farm is in two minutes we got this many cracked bricks after cooking all the stone i

Needed to get some vines to make mossy stone breaks i just realized something extremely important we need some enchanted shears why do we need enchanted shears i don’t know man okay all of that aside let’s get ourselves someone breaking three and then we’re gonna come over here get

Efficiency five and finally some mending now let’s go ahead and combine all of these just like that we’re going to put efficiency on and then we’re going to put mending on to get ourselves some stupidly good shears up until this point we haven’t really done anything major now is the time

Where we begin working on the walls so we got a few different types of blocks here all of these shoulders are full except for this one here but we can now use my mouse scroll wheel and just kind of do something like this all the way up

To the very top so this is going to take a while but i just want to do a small little part to see if this is going to actually look good or not after just a little while of work we’re pretty far up now oh okay here we are let’s fly out

And see what we got oh i do like it i think it’s looking good the grind continued i spent many hours working on these staircases and then it was finally looking how i imagined it would let’s go ahead and get some more blocks right over here i think that’s gonna work

I think we should get some down here yes this is looking nice it wasn’t necessarily hard placing these blocks it just took a long time I was starting to get the feeling that i was gonna finish this project this wall’s gotta go and then we’re all done after much work here is the grand reveal this is the beginning of the jungle temple i think it looks so good how it is right now i cannot wait until it’s

Done right now i’m at our basalt farm because we’re gonna need a lot of it for what we’re about to do i now want to use the basalt to create little water canals that are gonna go throughout the entire jungle temple i almost think what if we use stone bricks

Like this to create barriers for the water just like this we can come in with some water and then we can go ahead and now start using infinite water sources to actually spread this throughout the whole area as i crossed 15 hours of work all i had

To do was just rinse and repeat i just had to finish the water inside of this design now after a little bit of work i finished the whole first quarter i think this is looking really good and it’s starting to make the whole jungle temple look like it’s actually alive

And now we’re already on phase four it is time to begin working on the trees and bushes so we’re going to need quite a few resources to do this and we’re going to start out by getting some jungle saplings right here i’m going to go ahead and start planting some trees

As you see we’re going to be using some jungle trees and then some normal oak sapling trees now i think the easiest way to get jungle saplings is actually going to be to plant the ones that we already have and then to harvest the trees and collect those

Hey and look at this we already got a few so we’re gonna go ahead and keep repeating this process until we get enough to do our whole area okay and then if we maybe throw in some bushes like this this can start to look a little more overgrown

And well you may have been able to guess what time it is we need some vines so we’re gonna use our super awesome mega upper uh scooper shears and now that we have enough saplings i’m actually going through and i’m placing some more bushes and some leaves and

Stuff and it’s starting to look really nice it’s looking very overgrown i think the best way to show you the rest of this is actually in the form of a third person time lapse the whole process of placing these trees was actually very satisfying because this was where we

Were starting to see the most detail come in with the least amount of work this was where the whole project really started to come together with a little bit more detail right over here we are just about done with this whole bone meal with the temple looking how it is it

Looks really cool but there’s one more feature i want to add and those are gonna be some towers on each of the corners i’m sticking to the same block palette that we had before and i’m just building some box shaped towers up to the top

Oh man i can’t wait to see this base when it’s done this is the second to last tower i’m still going pretty well it’s only taking about 20 minutes per tower which isn’t that bad but i will get back to you guys once i finish the last one here we are

Ooh this is all this work is finally coming together i love this bill do we want to do this or maybe yes i think we’ll go with this with these final few blocks i’m finishing up the last tower and there we go it’s all done let’s go

Here is the full base let’s fly out right now and take a look at this come on we’re just gonna get out a little further and there it is oh my gosh this whole base looks so cool and now we move on to phase five now we

Are going to do the chains with the crystals that do the entire base and make it look permanent this is going to be really cool but we actually need some deep slate so what we’re gonna do is take a trip to some new chunks here we are in new 1.17 chunks we just

Found a cave let’s see if we got anything oh we got a zombie spawner looks like it oh wait come on oh kill these guys there we go and let’s actually light this place up just like this here we go not bad now we’re gonna look for some deep slate

So let’s go ahead and cross this lavan ooh diamond all right let’s go up here in more diamonds oh my gosh all right and i found some deeps let’s go ahead and mine as much of this as i can get i literally just found a deep slate

Emerald i was looking for one of these for so long and now we’re back out in front of the jungle temple and look at all the deep slate we got we got a full shulker box of this let’s go ahead and craft this into wait wait

Oh no i have to convert all of this into cobble deepsite alright and now that i converted it we can get building on our project now i decided i wanted to start working on some torches that would go on top of each of the towers i think this is going

To be a cool add-on because it’s going to make them look like they actually mean something we’re using the deep slate that we previously just collected and then some campfires to get some smoke all right i think this looks pretty cool and with all four of these done i think

This build is really starting to come together now let’s actually come down here onto this gravel and we’re going to begin working on some chain designs just like this and these are going to be two by two chains uh as you see there only is a two block gap inside of this and

Then we can sort of do something like this and this would be our first chain link i kind of figured out that if we use these black stone walls it makes the chains look round and now we need to go ahead and gather all the blocks that we’re going to be

Using for the crystals i kid you not placing these chains took me so long they were so complicated and had to be perfect and now we’re working on the first of the crystals i’m kind of just using glass and going from there now we’re using a mix of different pink

Blocks for the insides it’s really just basic but it’s looking pretty good and with everything done we can now work on the entrance to this whole place i’m so excited for this Alright so i’d like to begin by mining out a little hole just like this and this is gonna be where we’re gonna start our doorway mining and opening right over here this is looking pretty good now we’re adding a pillar this is gonna be holding up the whole thing let’s go

Ahead and do some more pillars just like this now i’m counting out where i’m going to be putting some walls in a second here we go adding in the walls looking good creeper what are you doing over there let’s get rid of him the jungle temple

Was really epic but it didn’t have an epic entrance so that’s what the whole goal of this was okay let’s go ahead and connect these and add some stairs just like so There we go with our entrance done this whole thing looks really really cool i am really liking this oh my gosh this whole base looks really awesome i can’t wait for the roof which is next building the roof would complete the temple here we go adding on the roof we’re using the

Same block pallet now i’m adding in the little torches that are going to be on top of the whole roof Let’s go ahead and put hay on top of these torches this is going to make it so the campfires on top will shoot up higher into the sky okay and now that all of the hay is done let’s go ahead and start adding some stairs

And now we have to put the campfires on everything is done let’s remove everything and wow this is it guys this is the completed jungle temple transformation this is amazing A long time ago a temple was built for the gods after ten thousand years one man decided to search for this temple He journeyed for months and finally arrived walking up it he was not prepared to find what he did the temple held the greatest treasure of all the netherite beacon all right and thank you for watching the video this was a ton of fun to make i absolutely love what we did to the
