we spent a long time in Old Town and there’s like nothing even there yet they had like they were they they were just basically in the planning stage still uh and it was pretty cool to see how they planned out Their entire city uh they had like lines in the sky marking out roads uh and then I think some for walls and then they even had lines laying out like sewers underneath like that are gonna go underground and then they had places all over just laying out uh like style guides It’s really cool really cool to see definitely going to be using some of those ideas whenever I eventually start be doing that can’t be doing that hardcore yeah that’s why I mean that’s one of the many reasons why I don’t have hardcore I just AFK all the time without pausing yeah when I was playing on one shot back in like December or November whenever it was I uh I did that multiple times luckily Mo gave me some totems so I was fine but yeah I was not I was not being very very wise with that Foreign One shot looks so fun yeah it was pretty fun I didn’t get to play on it as much as I wanted to in that season because I was working at the time and then the season back in May also didn’t get to play as much as I Wanted to because I had just got laid off I was not too worried about playing on uh just another Minecraft server Can you just cheat with it respond with the command on it uh I don’t know Haws welcome to the Stream what was the inspiration to create your texture slash data pack slash Channel um well my channel originally it’s kind of embarrassing but originally it was probably well it was probably a mix of things the channel name though well not the not the current channel name but Ah never mind it’s too embarrassing uh but besides the thing that’s too embarrassing uh chimney swift definitely inspired me to yeah a bit at least to do some Minecraft videos and definitely inspired me to build early on um and then to start this series I would say mainly B-Dubs back in the day Um the texture pack also probably well it did start I didn’t like it started with at one point they changed the texture of tall grass and I didn’t like it this is really really long time ago uh so I changed it back to the old one It was much it was like more contrasty like let’s go to actually I might be able to know what the old one was if I have no I don’t okay let’s go program art uh yeah they changed it to this texture from a different one that was just more Contrasty and I much preferred the old one uh looking at it now I actually this one’s much better because it just blends with the terrain much more but at the time I like the old one better so I I made it the first texture I did was swapping back to that old Tall Grass texture again long before the texture update this is like we’ll release 1.8 so like 20 well 2014 yeah would have been 1.8 came out right before I started this series so it would have been 2014 yeah um but then when I started making my own textures it was definitely inspired by B-Dubs The data pack I don’t know I just didn’t I didn’t think the 118 terrain was varied as much as I was hoping it was going to be uh so I just learned to learn to make my own data pack what piece is playing in the background uh what was it Al Luna C-a-l-l-e Luna l-u-n-a on epidemic germ dogs that’s not the name of texture pack where you’re trying to make your dog oh yeah yeah I don’t think I can’t really show it here but oh I can’t show a screenshot though yeah I was trying to make my dog Cooper But uh I tried to animate it and I don’t remember how to do that with OptiFine um the op Define settings so it’s just kind of broken right now um and then also I think I made it too big I want to try to shrink it down a little bit Because it doesn’t really look like my dog that much Uh yeah that was made of a black bench oh there’s actually one thing I really want to see them add in Java Edition which I know they never will uh it’s the ability to remodel and reanimate entities like you can do on Bedrock Edition and I would love to see them I would Love to see it work this exact same way because that’s the way I know but uh yeah I kind of doubt we’ll ever see that combining the grass with moss wait am I in that grass and Moss with the concrete powder no there’s no concrete powder here Oh are you just asking like in general Yeah I think that’d be a good plot combo God I imagine I did that’s what I did use concrete powder here that would be such a pain Um like I saw it in a video downloaded it and checked your channel out that’s how I became a fan interesting yeah I know way back in the day a lot of people found my channel from the resource pack Um I know there was there was a really big mod pack that had it in the pack and I got a bunch of downloads from that and a bunch of views from that I think the I think the pack was called rad something like that Um and my uh that video was my most popular video on the channel until the uh Rhodes video see where it’s at now curious I think I found your resource pack from your channel and used it for a hot minute yeah there was a lot of people using it for a minute Let’s see yeah that resource pack video is at 174 000 and my Road video is 177 000. the latest video is actually still at least when I checked this morning it’s still performing better than that video Like the trend that it’s on right now it’s it’s going better than that video is or that video did Look I genuinely hate people who make lazy survival packs which they just usually which just usually contains Stone textures from vanilla tweaks yeah you wouldn’t believe the amount of extra packs that I’ve gotten removed on uh Planet Minecraft that were just re-uploads of my better leaves back just like Two weeks ago I reported one got it removed literally all they did was just you shift my textures and it looks horrible uh yeah this is still this video is still one of ten the video where we started the cliff it’s at 30 almost 35 000 views foreign watching your content Winston building YouTuber talked about you they give us whip nice Yeah aside from Legacy of course flip has given me a couple shout outs in the past The reason why he did not that long ago probably a year or two ago uh where he did a build and kind of inspired by one of the builds over in this Austrian area I think it was this build Legacy for me yeah those were the days yeah that was a fun time Honestly don’t know if I could do a s p anymore it’s tough especially the way I make my videos now like I don’t know it it’s it’s really difficult to translate this type of content to an SMP foreign like I know my core audience will always watch but Like I don’t know about the a lot of the newer ones so I can see yeah perhaps I don’t even know I don’t even know if I would want to join hermitcraft if I was at the point where I mean I guess I mean it’s not gonna happen but if I were invited I probably would say yes that’s just like making your career but uh yeah I don’t know s p content is super fun to me I just enjoy Shenanigans with other people that you just can’t get a single player but I understand my audience prefer it to yeah I think for me it’s just that I’ve done it so so many times and it’s always ended maybe not always but it’s a lot of times ended badly where I don’t know it’s like almost almost every time I’ve been on an s p I’ve lost friends uh so yeah I don’t know I’ve had too many bad experiences on smps when back when it was um back when I was just on like really tiny smps it was different like it was when it was just a group of friends and we were just making fun videos together not caring about about um Not caring about the content we’re making then that was fun but uh righthaws yeah um but yeah Whoop let’s jump straight in there It’s just there’s always something stupid that happens there’s always or it’s like poorly run and you just get a distaste for you know some of the people or something or somebody blows up and they just disappear from your uh friend group or whatever yeah I don’t know just happened too many times Some people don’t realize how much work goes into organizing s PS though that stuff needs to be tight these days absolutely like I’ve told myself I don’t want to join an SMP again unless it’s people I already know thank you and even that’s tough because there’s Always going to be people you don’t know but yeah whatever and then also SMP content always does terribly on my channel so foreign there’s also that uh what do you draw the line between people you know and those you don’t not exactly but it’s just like if it’s majority people I don’t know Oh where do you draw the line um yeah if it’s like majority people I don’t know I’m probably not gonna join um except for like I don’t know it really just depends there’s no like black or white I guess it really depends um hey make that gradient texture with World edit I didn’t use world edit I used Axiom but it was just a noise brush noise brush that you can use thank you I need to know people to play with them playing with strangers has never went well for me yeah voice cracking that was it for the gradient The noise just used to them you prefer them at that point I like vanilla gy I think it does the job The hot bar I don’t think I would want it any fancier I am interested to see they’re hiring a UI artist I’m interested to see what they’re planning curious if they’re working on I mean I’m sure they are working on an inventory overhaul for update at least People not like that I mean that’s like the one thing that everybody agrees it seems like that they want I don’t ever see anybody saying like no I do not want that I think majority of people do want an inventory update Don’t get bored of so much grinding I used to but I I’m kind of I kind of like it now it’s relaxing why is there pink there I guess I didn’t oh I think that’s supposed to be air increased stack sizes hmm that’d be interesting something I would love to see well I Guess it wouldn’t really matter for me since I use light matica but something I think would be cool to see is the the ability to scroll through each row like when really like it for the uh excuse of just building more Villages out in the world have you figured out why your sugar Block textures are so bugged out yeah it’s because the uh entity model features mod I have isn’t updated to work with the new fresh animations uh shulker box I’m pretty sure if I turn off brush animations it works yeah I could just delete the uh the model for that one but I don’t care that much I don’t think this mod uh works with entity models for um what I call block entities all right like chess chokers or whatever else is a black entity uh have you been using the Dundee with lights mod 1.20 but one keeps crashing no I haven’t used Dynamic lights In a long time I never even had it enabled in OptiFine I’m not a really big fan of that feature tile entities that’s it yeah how much fps can I have uh well right now I’m around 60 70. how much can I have though let’s go down to two 380 480. Look straight up straight down All right let’s just play like this from now on Good great FPS wow feels so smooth I don’t think I even played this low render distance when I first started playing the game unlike my really crappy Dell PC wow this is so smooth FPS that’s crazy I want I want my game to run at that FPS on 48 chunks probably spend like 10 grand on a PC for That though for Herobrine yeah true uh hater Amy welcome to this dream we’re just letting the hand kind of like out to find is what I meant sorry oh yeah I know what you meant I just never never liked that feature from OptiFine but never used it Always disabled it Okay go over here Is that right yeah I think as a society we need more Minecraft Creepypastas and auto parody songs I miss I do kind of miss the days of just awful parody songs just because they were so it was fun to make fun of them can’t play on 48 chunks but I don’t have To 16 with a v-sync is decent uh yeah 120 FPS that’s pretty good but I can’t play on that low that low render distance 16 I don’t think is gonna even cover this entire Mountain Nope not even close I can’t even see the cliff can’t over there but Yeah not for me I could do 32. I can handle that I think I can’t entirely render the whole thing in 32 but it’s pretty close But uh let’s go before you The more recent uh sodium updates have helped a lot too with that I used to have to stick to 32 but they did some massive uh performance updates for the last update yeah now I’m able to run at 48. as smooth around 60 FPS which is good enough for me um I also fog loves you FPS yeah that’s all right I’d much rather have slightly lower FPS and fog than no fog or vanilla fog I’m sure that is why they changed it but it just looks horrible in vanilla oh I do need to get more materials Plan on 16 for a while until I finally switched from OptiFine to sodium I plan on 32. yeah I mean 16 was I think I actually I would usually try to bump up to like 18 or 20 without defined but it was still it was tough to do that Um Yeah definitely would not be able to come close without OptiFine or I mean without sodium Okay let’s get one stack back in there foreign should be recording some of this replay but still got a long way to go Yeah there’s so many ideas I want to do in this world now after exploring exploring um westeroscraft last night I was talking about I was talking with pride about their plans for what they’re going to do along the road in their world because they’re also going to connect their world with roads um and I think it would be really cool this is totally Pride’s idea but it’d be really cool to do A couple Inns along the road just to fill out the world and then over time just build like a house here and there eventually it’ll feel like a real connected world build your own far lands I don’t know about that although Would be interesting to do like my own take on the far lands But I don’t know what starts craft uh it’s a modded server they have a a mod pack on cursed forage uh just like articraft have you never not never been on there Carson I think you would love it Bandit camps on the road would be cool that would be really cool you know what I have a dock with all the plans for this area I should do a dock with ideas for stuff to throw along the road Yeah you should Carson I think you’d really like it let’s see Road ideas so ins houses ruins um Bandit camps what else can we throw along the road Obviously like wagons and stuff throughout Oops yeah Uh it would be cool to build a monkey King statue like writing a cloud that’d be interesting I don’t know where that fit in my world though um lanterns small bane of Mines that would be interesting oh it would have to be near something though be a little weird if it was just A mine just out in the middle of nowhere on its own have to be somewhat near something great Villages Villages for us yeah I do want to actually I have a bunch of uh roads going through Villages so I want to overhaul a couple of them something oversized really big Maybe I think the road comes through here down this way I don’t have it played out here but I think I have it in my creative world could go through this Village There’s some really cool just like tiny villages on westeroscraft that we found that just doing like little revamps to vanilla villages the way they did it would be really cool a lot of that stuff too I think would be more uh more fitting for like a live stream project I don’t know how well Village revamp videos do I don’t need too many more I haven’t seen them the next update is going to be about I’m really hoping the end I’m hoping for some desert stuff too like we talked about earlier from those uh screenshots that nembom posted but yeah I’m really hoping for an end update And the one thing I want from the end of date is yellow leaves I’m hoping that’s where we get yellow leaves because they added yellow leaves and trees to uh Minecraft dungeons in the end so I’m just hoping they do it for vanilla too Like to do a cool nether Hub but that would mean I have to spend the time in another yeah fair enough I’ve thought about just terraforming the entire roof of the nether just making like my own mountains and terrain up there but I don’t think there’s a ton of room up there I think it goes up to 256 right at the top the roof of another is probably like 120 something if I had to guess so that’s not a ton of room I’m also really considering just making a data pack and overhauling the nether completely like changing it to be not caves I think I’m nice I’ve been really enjoying the grind lately it’s something that I avoided for a really long time in survival like I would be I was so lazy about actually blame the game but I’ve been really really digging it lately whoops especially with making farms and stuff I don’t know why I was so lazy about making farms for so long I mean it’s been really nice making farms and actually having a consistent flow of materials coming in foreign Ty I almost never make good Farms because of how ugly they are yeah I really like the challenge of covering Up Farms um I mean obviously this these are not going to stay here I’m probably gonna I will make another Moss farm and cover it with a build probably in this area probably over that way somewhere I think we’re gonna do some ruin build over top of it Uh like covered in Moss and stuff but these two I’m probably just going to tear down the cobble’s generator and the super smelter and I’ll move those somewhere else Remember to light it up down there yeah I will at this point we’re so far down or so far up I guess that if a creeper blows up down there I don’t need to worry about it damaging the terrain so I can uh I can wait a little longer Same here I used to just mainly gather everything all right mainly gather almost all my materials but it makes it so hard to really build anything cool yeah Oh that’s close gotta go to sleep I’m so tired going to I think I’m just gonna really try my hardest to spawn proof the whole place can mobs spawn on Moss carpet probably right For real it’s crazy how much you’ve influenced my building style germ more dark spots right here it’ll be a while before I tear this out so light this up Foreign Considering starting a channel focused around Minecraft building if you have any tips experience to share um I would say try to be as consistent as possible try to make uh intriguing thumbnails and titles And uh I don’t know I don’t know what else I’m still figuring this out too I don’t really have I feel like I don’t really have the knowledge uh like a lot of it’s been real luck especially with the videos lately getting recommended um I think I have somewhat of an understanding on how to make a good looking thumbnail now Uh and that’s definitely helped I think but uh how many tips adult friendship friendships no I don’t still figuring that one out um Yeah adults can have friends what okay I think think foreign Welcome back Brayden 1.21 the deserts and desserts update yeah there you go Speaking of desserts something I would really like to see them add in the game is like more placeable Foods that’s something else I was talking to Pride about last night Like the cake It’d be cool to finally see an update to all the promised biomes but I feel like that’s a bit of a uh pipe dream at this point I don’t know we did get the swamp which was one of the promised biomes we got that in 119. I feel like there’s still a good chance what else are we missing desert Savannah wasn’t there another one oh Badlands and all those biomes would work in an update together yeah I think if when they do it it will be a bunch of single updates yeah I don’t think they’re gonna do Like one massive biome update again if they do it’s probably gonna be a long time before they do that but I do kind of like the trend that they’re on now like adding one biome update and a uh I’m gonna set an episode a an update Like obviously I would like more but I like that they’re at least doing a one for update got the Cherry uh biome in this update swamp in the last update Mangrove swamp and then uh well 118 was before that change the entire world That’s the thing I get most excited about these days and updates I think is biome updates because they always add new blocks I love new blocks Like the smaller consistent biome updates a lot feels pretty old school nostalgic yeah exactly That’s what I really liked about 120 in general it was just kind of all over the place um but not in a bad way it felt like it felt like an old Minecraft update Where they just added a big variety of small features We need to do a trail ruins there’s one right over here there’s one on this side too pretty close yeah right here sticking out of the water there is another one nearby somewhere but I didn’t mark it I can’t remember where it was uh Minecon is usually October Brighton I Saw someone talking today rumor uh talking about there was a rumor that Minecon was supposed to be announced today but I don’t know where they got that I don’t remember who it was Um I don’t know yeah we definitely should be getting one soon I would guess at the latest next week okay out of Adam Moss again uh Hey chicken nugget welcome to the Stream great name yeah I said I was going to end after that layer but I just want to keep going Something else I need to do is fill in start filling in the cliffs too I saw there’s a way to use Axiom on servers now I think there’s a plug-in that makes it work I need to figure out that I uh I downloaded the plugin just the other day like right before I had to go do something I tried it and it didn’t work So I just gave up for the uh for the time being then forgot about it until now uh but I need to do that because I need to plan out the roads for this area and if I can get that working then I won’t have to just keep switching back And forth between the server and my single player version 1.21 will be caves and cliffs art five and we’ll literally just add bundles oh nice I’ve been waiting for bundles God he imagine you know you say that but I’ve seen a lot of uh uh pretty interesting theories that they are going to be working it on the deep dark again so it will be it will kind of be caves and cliffs part by five or four or whatever it is Okay let’s just place the last of these and then we’ll be done time is it oh yeah Uh your coding snake welcome to the Stream Honestly there’s a lot they could do with the deep dark so I wouldn’t mind yeah I just want something different right now it still feels fresh I do agree that it has a lot of potential to be even cooler but I just want some different stuff right now Like it’s only been a year since we got that uh we got the deep dark Vogue let’s go this year yeah I’m gonna write in I’m riding in glow squid for my vote like they’ll accept writings All right we did make some really good progress I think we were at somewhere around here somewhere around that layer Around here yeah can’t wait for the filling in the ground video that’ll be fun I don’t think I am gonna fill an underground now actually my uh the reason I wanted to initially was because of the Echoes but I realized realize I realized if I don’t have mobs under Here then I won’t have to worry about there being crazy Echoes under here Foreign For today’s stream Got some decent progress done about we’re probably about halfway there maybe a little less because we still have a lot of blocks to place Um or probably close to halfway I can’t wait to get this done though it’s gonna be so sick actually before we go I want to get this A View from over here I’m gonna run out of rockets but that’s okay I want to see what it’s going to look like following this road into the area Oh yeah that’s gonna be crazy Oh that’s gonna be a crazy View I wonder if we’ll be able to see the the school from here Yeah it’s gonna be sick but all right that’s gonna do it thank you all for watching hopefully you all enjoyed if you haven’t left if you haven’t leave a like leave a like on the stream we got uh 47 people in here there’s 54 likes so leave a like if you haven’t already And I’ll see you all in the next one bye bye Foreign Video Information
