I have a lot of students that like to play Minecraft you know videos video games and stuff my son loves my unit I have taught my craft songs to tons of kids more minecraft songs than I knew even existed but anyway so it’s all done me that you Know maybe I could show a few people how to play one of these minecraft size so one of them is cold as ice and my understanding is it’s some sort of an original minecraft song I don’t think it’s in the actual video game I think somebody you know wrote this Song there’s a lot of minecraft parody songs there’s of course music in the video games but it’s like very new agey MIDI kind of as’ you know thing but there are parodies of you know well-known songs that people then redo with minecraft themed lyrics and of Course I’ve taught a ton of those but this I think is an actual minecraft song you know I don’t know if it’s sanctioned by the Minecraft people but whatever so it’s pretty simple there’s really only like three different parts so the first part the intro is like a synthesizer Thing and I’ll examine a and see it’s sort of just back and forth as a pause then it does three times three times with a little ending at the end that’s just the third time through is three times Then it goes into the main part of the time which harmonically the chords are a minor f c G but it’s mostly power chords that are being played you know so it’s in a 5 f 5c 5 g 5 so in the rhythm changes a bit here and there but it’s mostly Over and over and over for like two and a half minutes you know until we get to the third part and it’s sort of like a little bridge breakdown section So it’s that fine to refresh we already have those so twice Okay then it doesn’t same thing but starting with Chu sees does that three times And I’m getting that little bit higher so it goes slightly f2 but you can’t eat it and I think it’s you know most power cords for two And then it goes back into the [Applause] you know in ever need to count out how many times does that like I said there’s a little intro a bit which I played out for you then the four chord progression thing and like I said middle bridge section or whatever three-quarters of the way through the song that little Riff comes in at like two minutes and thirty seconds on the video that we were watching but you know whatever you can listen to it I’m sure count down if you need to so hope this helps somebody learn a cool minecraft sign so hope you enjoyed Video Information
