I can’t seem to fix this issue even after emailing mojang, contacting microsoft, and sony, they all seem to send me to eachother. I have been having issues since they released crossplay on only my main account.
I get this notification, but it does not specify the username of the account (in any other account I do it on and I use the wrong microsoft account it will tell me the correct username to log into.
Microsoft confirmed the username for me via live chat, and when I log in using that account (or any account), I still receive this message. There are some Youtube videos circling on how to fix this, but none have worked for me.
My question is, are there any working solutions to get around this, or do I have to just play on another account (other accounts can log in as normal).
