Hello everyone and welcome back to another minecraft update video this is snapshot22w07a unfortunately it’s a smaller one and we also didn’t get a bedrock beta today either so it’s going to be a short video and over on twitter we had a few developer tweets here and there but There’s only one that i’m going to be showing you in this video and it covers the ancient city and the warden from the deep dark and we will get to that later in the video because first of all we’re going to check out what’s going on in This snapshot as you’ll see here on the website we have a new snapshot and we’ve got a desert temple inside of the mesa biome this is in reference to the technical changes where biome tags can now determine what structures spawn inside of that biome and of course That’s how we got this desert temple naturally generating inside of a mesa biome and this isn’t a change to the regular vanilla terrain this is just a new enabled feature if you’re doing custom worlds of data packs now before we get to the bugs i want to point out That there is no mention here of a pre-release or approaching a release date so got no information for you on that front and the first of our bugs relates to world generation specifically grass blocks that are generating underneath water which they shouldn’t do they should always be dirt blocks when they generate underwater If you’ve played in a super flat world you might have seen glow squids spawning in your water sources which according to this bug they’re not going to do anymore there was another world generation bug which was causing rooted dirt to replace the cave vines which you should no Longer see happening in your worlds now in this game we have water elevators made with soul sand and magma blocks to move entities up and down the bug here being that tropical fish could spawn in them if you are in a lush caves of biome and that has been corrected now Enchanting tables are able to interact with the bookshelves to manipulate the enchanting level at both this level and this level here the bug in question that’s been fixed is that having blocks at this level could stop the enchanting table from seeing the bookshelves at the bottom which it’ll no longer do and just To prove a point let’s uh throw this in here and you can see all 30 levels are available and none of the bookshelves are blocked and one of the more amusing bug reports i’ve seen relates to falling blocks when using the do immediate respawn game rule and uh this is what You would see from those falling blocks they are clearly glitched out and the last of the bugs are more technical relating to client-side desyncs command blocks and game crashes and that brings us up to speed on this snapshot so now let’s head over to twitter and check out A little sneak preview of the warden and the ancient cities and the tweet here gets straight to the point this is a warden an ancient city sneak preview now the image is rather dark and gloomy and the warden is taking up most of it so What we’re going to do is go ahead and enhance the image and now we get to see things way way clearer you can tell a lot of what’s going on in this image although the warden is taking up the most of it so down here we can see that We’ve got some spreading skulk and more candles but the thing that caught my eye is just what’s up here that that’s a texture i have actually seen before but now we’re seeing it placed in the game here yes this is it right here inside of the bedrock game it’s known as A mysterious frame and i guess this has been observed somewhere before because it’s a large open frame at the center of every ancient city so that would suggest that in this image we are near the heart of the ancient city very cool right so that’s everything snapshot and minecraft News related cover for this video i do have a little secret for you though if you’ve seen my guitar videos in the past over on my second channel well later today i’m gonna be uploading another one i had a bit of fun playing guitar today if you Want to see it there’s a link to the second channel in the description box down below thanks for watching and i’ll see you again soon another one bye-bye Video Information
