Hey guys welcome back to another video on my channel today we are going to be talking minecraft 1.19 pre-release 2 which did release once again these actual pre-releases do not release on wednesdays they can release any day of the week as long as it’s a weekday they Are unlikely to release on weekends if they can release on weekends but this is once again just bug fixes and changes so let’s just quickly talk about this important to note that in the recent change made it is possible for more types of mobs to spawn inside of nether Portals which caused them to instantly change to dimensions after spawning we will not be making any further changes to this before the release of 1.19 but our intent for the future is to prevent most mobs from spawning inside a never portal block and the ones that do will not Immediately travel through the portal expect to see these changes in an upcoming version so this will not be in the 1.19 update it might be in 1.9.1 1.99.2 or it could be in 1.20 they haven’t specified what version it will be and it’ll just be an up-and-coming Version and now to the actual decent bits changes in this pre-release if the wallet is stuck in a liquid block water or lava it will angrily despawn instead of digging down reverted using generic equip sound when equipped in blocks in the head slot i don’t know why that’s Been reverted maybe to fix a bug but that has been reverted and they’ve added a game event teleport with a vibration frequency of five so i’m guessing that’s probably with ender pearls maybe or some may even maybe using commands but vibration frequency of five means it Will give a redstone output of five and in the bug fixes death attack with a scolded item displays raw text instead of its translated text death attack sting once again displays the raw translation not the actual translated text dog senses don’t detect stripping logs tilling dirt or passing puffing Grass gold sensors block place that doesn’t trigger with villagers placing crops skulk sensors at block place doesn’t trigger when snow golems that place no layers skulk sensors block destroy doesn’t trigger when blocks are destroyed by pistons skulk sensors are not activated upon placing food onto campfires skull sensors are not Activated upon inserting or retrieving music this from a jukebox skull sensors are not activated upon throwing isa vendor it seems like there’s a lot of that skulk sensors not activating when they’re meant to so skulk sensors are not activated upon pointed drip stone filling cauldrons skull sensors are not Activated upon harvesting a sweet berry bushes wall in cana okay so yeah it’s just a load of bug fixes to do with a skulk not activating when it should there’s another one another few right there this will be linked in the description so if you do want to read All the bug fixes then you certainly can the warden ai doesn’t function properly when it rides on entities goat horns don’t snap on copper ore that has been fixed baby goats with horns lose their horns when fed goats loaded baby goats with horns i didn’t know that Baby goats could have horns maybe that’s with commands goats loaded from older worlds lose their horns a darkness of fog flashes at high duration values wardens darkness to players in the same team okay so once again this will be linked if you do want to read them i’m just going to quickly Go through and see if there’s any decent ones there is also a load of bugs with a gear equipping sounds played when they’re not meant to as you can see right here it plays when a horse you take a saddle from a horse it plays When a fox picks up an item it plays when dolphins mess around with items it plays when mobs pick up items and it plays when single bottles with honey it plays also when you fill a single bottle of water from a water source so it will no longer play in them cases and It will only play when equipping armor now also as you can see it also plays when milking cows mushrooms or goats and there was quite a few so check out this patch notes in the description and let’s jump into the game so we are now in minecraft pre-release 2 for 1.19 and the Bug fix or the thing with never portals it basically means mobs will spawn on these blocks right here so they can spawn on these obsidian blocks inside of the nether portals and obviously when upon doing so they will go straight to the actual nether or they’ll go straight To the overworld and that i think will obviously be fixed in a future version no clue what version that will be but that could break some farms using never portal spawns like gold farms or it could obviously give you some more drops i don’t know what Mobs can spawn on them as they haven’t specified that they just said more mobs apart from pigmen but i don’t know what mobs exactly the next thing is equipping at these skulls we’ll no longer play the generic equipping sound as you can see there is no sound being played and there Is also no subtitle being played i don’t know why they reverted this change that seems maybe it was to fix a bug fix or maybe it’s just they didn’t intend for it to happen but it’s still what have they reverted it playing when equipping armor in your inventory no okay equipped An army in your inventory still actually plays the sound it just no longer plays when equipped ding at skulls of any kind also when you equipped a calf pumpkin but it does play when you equipped armor still and obviously the last change within this pre-release is wardens upon Wardens being stuck in water this i think mainly means like oceans or lava lakes if you somehow have a leader warden out it will now just despawn in the actual water if it can’t path fine to land as you saw that warden to pathfinder land and then it went Straight back in the water to get that salmon but if for some weird reason they can’t pathfind to a solid block because there’s none in a radius it will just despawn in the middle of the water and then obviously it disappear it will no longer try to dig down or it will no Longer dig down which obviously makes sense because how can you dig down in water blocks or lava blocks and this doesn’t change it seems i have made the warden a bit faster in water as the warden seems to be going at a decent speed now it used to go really slow and I don’t know if that’s the same with lava we can maybe quickly just go down and test that i think the bug fix is mainly like areas like this where there’s no solid blocks near it will obviously just dig down into the ground and it will no longer just sit there Forever or it won’t dig down to the ground it will despawn and it won’t just sit there forever let’s try and find a decent sized lava lake and here we go here is a decent sized one so spawn underwater in here as you can see it Does still bob and okay still smooth it still moves quite slowly inside a lava it’s a bit quicker in water than it is in lava but it seems to just bob there so the bug fixed also means here so if the warden couldn’t pathfind to any Solid blocks it will just despawn out of anger and it will no longer try to dig down or it will no longer just sit in the world forever and then that is really it within this snapshot there is obviously a load of bug fixes to do with skulk sensors not activating when they Should so mainly when like things would happen in the world one of them is obviously when a no not when a dispenser activates when a pointed drip stone that feels a cauldron i’ve done a dick speed up and when this cauldron actually fills with water it should activate the skulk sensor as you Saw right there the skull sensor got activated when the actual cauldron did feel it also now works when snow golems place snow layers so if we obviously summon a snow golem the actual sensor will obviously activate let’s quickly break that it will activate when a snow Layer is placed so if we quickly just do that as you can see it’s doing it every time obviously it’s broken and it’s also placed and it will also now work when a piston breaks a block this is in cases like leaves that obviously can’t be pushed so when that piston activates it Breaks the leaf grass so if i was to till this as you can see that now activates the skull sensor and the same with if i was to strip a log or if i was to turn grass into grass path so as you can see doing that actually activates the scope sensor and So does making grass path last few things i am just going to quickly cover and then if you want to test out anything else once again the patch notes will be linked in the description so you can go and read them and test anything else but this is the main things They will now be activated when throwing a vendor as you can see is it still activated when crouching no okay if you crouch and throw the eye vendor as you can see the actual skull sensor don’t register it so you have to be standing up for it to register the Actual wire vendor being thrown and upon actually harvesting uh berry bushes it will now also send a signal so if we quickly just bone mill that up and if i make no noise at all and then pick the bush as you can see that set off the actual skulk sensor Anyway that is where i’m gonna end this video once again it’s a very small uh pre-release which is expected because pre-releases are them just fixing bugs and polishing the updates and then there was obviously the change to the warden and the change to never portals which is Technically a bug that they will be fixing in a future version so if you did enjoy this video leave like
