Android you’ll be pleased to know there is no delay this week absolutely no time to waste starting with experimental features sign improvements signs have improved customization options sign text can now be edited after being placed in the world this can be done by interacting with the sign both sides of the sign can

Now have separate text and colors allowing for further customization options science can now also be waxed with honeycomb preventing any further edits to its text I’m telling you now this is the greatest feature ever introduced to the game this might just be my favorite feature in 1.20 now this

Works with regular signs it also works with the hanging version as well so what I’m going to do here is grab a bunch of colors let’s say I put down a sign and I’m like hello YouTube remember to like and let’s say I spelled like wrong and I

Accidentally did this previously I would have to break the sign no no no no no no now I can tap on this and I can just get rid of that hello YouTube remember to like the video please and I can close it and maybe I’m like you know what that’s

This one as well and do loads of these but I can also do this and I can have a completely separate color I could then go back inside of here and edit it again honestly this is a very overdue feature but what an absolute game changer now

Will enjoy this we now have vibration resonance it says blocks of amethyst have a new behavior when placed adjacent to school sensors if that skog sensor receives a vibration the block of amethyst will re-emit its frequency as a separate vibration at its location this behavior is called vibration resonance

And allows players to move vibration frequencies across long distances without having to recreate the vibration naturally so again I’m still learning this and I might do an updated video on this but from my understanding squawks and Amethyst blocks are just going to be so useful for Redstone users so first

Off skulk down here now if you place this here there is absolutely no difference at all but if you place this adjacent to this as you can see the sound is different here now we do have a new skulk block introduced which makes this makes even more sense so basically

What we are going to be able to do is have wireless redstone on an even bigger scale so if we put this here put this inside of here what do I prefer this on the floor okay so they bounce this bounces to this and bounces to this

You can also see the kind of bouncing off each other but again this makes more sense when I show you this next feature check this out calibrated skulk sensors a new variant of skunk sensors which allows you to filter vibrations based on their frequency level they are not found

Naturally and can only be crafted they can be crafted with one spook sensor and three amethyst shards in the crafting table one side of the calibrated spook sensor can receive a redstone signal as input the strength of that Redstone signal is the only vibration frequency the scope sensor will listen to so if

You want to craft this new thing this is what it has to be like inside of a crafting table so what you want to do is open up your crafting table put this there one two and three and say hello to the calibrated skulk sensor this is what

It looks looks like and what it can do is going to be truly incredible for the Redstone players and I want to show you how this works so very similar to what I’ve just showed you there if I was to place this down and just do this as you

Can see it just has pretty much a regular skulk sound if we put this here again watch this you can see here it then does some kind of vibration now what I do want to do here is just set something up and show you that this can then bounce from this

To this to this so let’s just quickly set this up so we have four of these set up which include the block of amethyst but also the calibrated skulk sensor so when I drop this here check that out the vibration shares all the way along now I did test this on

Java and it’s nine blocks still because of the skunk sensor but I can take a signal from here to here to here to here to here to here and you can take that signal across so many different chunks and it’s honestly a mind-blowing feature again I’m still learning this and I’m

Still messing around with it but I imagine there is going to be some incredible Creations over the next couple of weeks now what I do want to do is see how far I can get this to go as you can see it goes all the way across

Now currently one two three four five six seven eight so that’s too far away again it needs to be nine so that’d be one two three four five six seven eight and we’ll put this one here otherwise it is going to be too far so you are going

To have to keep an eye on how far away that you actually do this so what we’ll do is I’ll put that there this time so if I was to drop this block as you can see it’s gonna share the vibrations all the way across completely wireless and honestly it’s just gonna be

A game changer moving on to archeology they added the trail ruins a buried structure from a lost culture yes a new structure has been added to the game so you can do forward slash locate structure and then do the trail ruins and it’s going to tell you exactly where

It is before we explore it and check it out ourselves this is what it’s going to look like it is quite a mess and there is a lot of things going on with this but these generate all over your world so I’ve checked this out both on Java

And bedrock and I can safely say the Bedrock structure generates so much better now this will also generate in the ground and you can find ladders here you can find sand and gravel and the Saucy variations you can find terracotta as well we’ve got a forward slash game

Mode C here we are going to check this out you can also get mud bricks this one’s generated in a really really cool location of course we’re gonna need brush so when we start to do this now a few things that you can get here is I’ve

To be the way finder one so I’ve just been dismantling this bit by bit and again a lot of the stuff that I’m getting is quite repeated so it is really gonna be like a lucky Factor you can I think that’s going to be wheat yes

Well like I said this goes quite far down in fact this one’s actually a pretty good example because this one again is like in the water and it’s not destroying too much of the structure and it’s not going to be too buried but you are gonna have to be really patient with

Ruin it also said added suspicious sand to warm ocean ruins and added suspicious gravel to cold ruins so when you’ve been out on the oceans and you’re trying to find yourself a ruined structure the ones that are covered in gravel the Deep cold ocean ones you can find Saucy

Gravel and this is going to be another location for you to obtain artifacts now some of these will have one or two some might have three or four different ones that you can Harvest so we’ll do this one we got a couple of different blocks here it looks like it’s going to produce

The exact same thing now from my understanding I’m playing on Minecraft Java the warm ocean ones are much better because that is actually going to be the location where you can obtain the sniffer egg unfortunately this week Minecraft Bedrock did not get the sniffer egg like Minecraft Java but I’m

Seen not one inside of the loot table before anything else before we leave here anyway I’m gonna let you guys go and do the exploring because there’s some pretty cool things to find let’s see if these two also produce anything exciting for us that looks like it is

Going to be coal and I think that is also going to be cold so it’s completely RNG some of these locations you will get lucky and others you’re gonna be very unfortunate so alongside them introducing a new structure and the underwater ruins being improved it says added 16 Pottery shards now 20 Pottery

Shards in total these have been distributed between the five archeology sites which are the desert Wells desert temples cold ocean ruins warm ocean ruins and the trail ruins and these are all of the new ones that have been introduced to the game they all tell a completely different story honestly

Lastly I would have been happy with only 10 being introduced but they went above and beyond and have introduced 20. so the names of these we have the angler Pottery Shard the Archer which we’ve had before arms up which you’ve had before newly introduced blade Pottery Shard

Brewery Pottery Shard then which is a fire danger which is a creeper now this one is Explorer people have debated whether this is a bundle or in fact a treasure map let me know in the comments section we do have the friend Pottery Shard which is actually the face of an

Armor trims have been updated this is what it says they’ve added five new armor trims new armor trim smithing templates have been added to the following structures the newly introduced trailed ruins you can find wayfinder armor trim Razer armor trim shaper armor trim host armor trim these

Are what the new armor trims look like and I decided to place them all with gold or netherite armor and these are your new designs that you are able to find in that new structure that I’ve told you and showed you and these are the icons that you are specifically looking for but

Check this out ancient city they’ve added silence armor trim which might well be the rarest item in the game King B dogs had this to say new trims got the drip the new silence armor trim to the left is now the hardest trim to get with

Only a one percent chance per chest to spawn in ancient cities definitely gonna be a challenge to get trust them to make fine also the hardest one to find it is so beautiful and I went ahead and placed it on again all netherrates with the color combinations that being iron

Like there and this is what it looks like with gold and netherrite trim it says Dunes armit trims old pattern is now used by the century armor trim and again that’s what it looks like and this is what looks like on your armor a new icon has been made for the Sentry armor

Trim smithing template to fit this pattern Sentry armor trims old pattern is now used by the new shaper armor trim so the armor trims are still being slightly tweaked so don’t get used to designs just yet because they might be changed again also cherry blossom biome new petal particles the Cherry leaves so
