Hello everyone sally here and welcome back to another bad rock edition tutorial today i’ll be showing you how to build a very simple cheap and easy to build one wide tileable one touch potion brewer that is quite a mouthful isn’t it anyway a one touch potion brewer is the Most convenient type of potion brewer in minecraft as you literally walk up to this thing press a button and then you instantly get three potions of your choosing and that’s literally all there is to it as you go about your day playing in your world this thing will be Brewing up potions you come back to it press a button and then it delivers those potions directly to you it is really the simplest build on the planet and as you can see this is actually a one wide tileable version as well one wide tileable means that each potion Brewer is only a single block wide in that you can put as many of these things next to each other as you like and every single one of them works completely independently of each other so as you can see we have an entire array of these potion brewers and every single one of These can brew a different type of potion as you can see we got like seven eight nine ten different types of potions over here we press a button we instantly get three of those potions into the chest and then the system starts brewing up the next batch auto Magically we can do that with any of these potions if we want some slow falling press the button we get three of them bam magic you want some invisibility splash potions press the button you get three of them absolutely instantly another bonus of the system is That you can brew any potion in the entire game so no matter what you need for any project in your world this brewer can handle it this tutorial is part of my advent calendar for december of 2020 so every single day in december i’m releasing a brand new tutorial on The channel something small fun or useful for you guys to build in your bedrock edition worlds if you’re enjoying the series thus far then of course so make sure to leave a like on the videos share them around your friends and watch it longer most of These shorter videos don’t do as well on youtube because algorithms are bad but also if you do really like these videos and you want to see a lot more of them on the channel then consider subscribing there is many many more tutorials on the way for you to enjoy so let’s check out This system in detail shall we as you can see it is completely one wide and this is what you’re gonna see from the front of the build you got your button to activate the system your storage container for all of your different potions you can access your brewing Stand to double check your ingredients or your potions and also refill your blaze powder you also have access to your bottle chest back here for all of your water bottles ideally you’ll be standing upwards a block so it’s not as difficult to reach that but as you can See that is where all of your water bottles go anyway swing around to the side we can check out how the redstone activates so if we press the button all of the redstone is going to activate and then deactivate which will fire out all of the ingredients all of the Ingredients will always arrive in the proper order so it will never mess up your brew as you can see we got netherwarts golden carrots fermented spider eyes a redstone and gunpowder to make ourselves a splash potion of invisibility long version and of course right after you press the button all of Your potions go directly into your storage container you’ll notice that the build is also only four blocks of deep if you don’t count the button on the front it’s incredibly compact and there’s barely any dead spaces in the redstone at all in fact there’s only one annoying dead airspace and that’s that Block right there but we need to be able to open the chest so we can’t really have anything there anyway and you’ll notice that it’s also a little bit tall this version is 11 blocks tall i believe however it can be made shorter depending on how many Ingredients are in your potion brewer so if you only have three ingredients it will be shorter if you have six ingredients it’s gonna be a little bit taller as you can see there but the reason why it is so tall is that way you can actually access your droppers and Refill all of your ingredients with mild ease this isn’t going to be like the most convenient thing in the world but it’s also not super painful either in case you think that this system right here is going to be too annoying to use and too annoying to refill all of your Droppers i designed something with you mobile players and console players in mind where it’s harder to aim as you can see only two of the droppers are behind a hopper so they’re pretty easy to access already this one that one and that one are just completely out in the Open super easy to access so if you want to build this version is the more accessible version you can totally do that i’ll be showing that in this tutorial and if you don’t quite care then this version right here is more compact and cheaper as well real quick i Want to explain the redstone to you that way you understand exactly how your system works for easier troubleshooting and just so you can maybe learn a little bit of something anyway when you press this button which we’re going to assimilate with the lever that is going to power this redstone unlocking this Hopper to drain out your potions and locking this hopper that way none of your empty bottles go directly into your storage if this were unlocked then you just have bottles going straight into your storage and that’s a bad thing so we kind of alternate unlocking and unlocking of those two things we also Unpower this entire torch tower right here specifically this torch and this torch because those activate these four droppers right here this one does get powered so that actually shoots out your first ingredient which is perfectly fine that just goes into your brewing stand after you’ve pressed your button it will Unpower the entire system powering your torch tower which will then power these four ingredient droppers shooting those into the system and allowing them to go down into the system as well in the correct order it will also lock this hopper right here and unlock this one so Your water bottles can go into your brewing stand and then it starts brewing it’s really as simple as that and let’s hop into the tutorial shall we for those of you who are interested there’s gonna be a full materials list down in the description for your convenience you’re Gonna need a one wide by four deep build area and it’s going to be a minimum of seven blocks tall if you have one ingredient for every additional ingredient that you need for your potions you’re going to need to add a one block extra height to your potion Brewer up to a maximum of 12 blocks tall so keep that in mind the more ingredients you have for your potions the taller your system is going to be we’re going to get started at the front of your build area with a solid block place a wooden button on the front of That block any wooden button will do but it has to be wooden for the timings to be correct place a repeater out the back side of that going into a block redstone torch on that block a solid block right there and then an upper slab right there place yourself in your storage barrel Right there hopper above that and then your brewing stand above that right there get yourself a repeater going into that hopper on one tick that should power your hopper and then you need to get yourself a hopper right here and a double chest for your water bottles Right above that place in yourself a redstone torch right above that block and then a hopper right above your brewing stand finally place a barrel on top of your hopper like so and this is where the tutorial now splits either way you need to build this in your worlds But if you want to build the simpler system for item distribution we’re going to build that right now we’ll build the more user-friendly item distribution system in a moment so let’s build the simpler and cheaper distribution method you want to start with a redstone torch right there block above that torch block Torch and then a block place in your first three droppers most potions in the game are only three ingredients so we’ll start off with that for now place a hopper there a chest there and then a hopper there and then get yourself a redstone torch and a block right there As well now this chest is just here to save you a hopper and also has a small enough hitbox that you can actually reach around it and access that dropper if that is not accessible enough for you simply replace that with a hopper there’s significantly more room to reach Around that and refill that dropper if you’re brewing a potion with more ingredients than three let’s go ahead and chuck on the next three droppers up top here of course chest in front of that one hopper in front of that one and chest in front of that one we’re now Gonna put a torch right here block above that one torch here block torch here block and then finally a torch so this is what the completed build should look like when you have your simple distribution system in place and your torch towers as well your ingredients go In here in the exact order that you would think this is your first ingredient your second ingredient your third your fourth your fifth and your sixth so just fill in each of your ingredients for whatever potion you want to brew into the correct dispensers and then of course go ahead put in some Bottles put in yourself for some blaze powder and then you can actually test the system and that should brew you up that potion perfectly the more user accessible one is a little bit more complicated so bear with me first of all we need to place in a sticky piston Right there off the side of that block with an observer facing downwards right there place in a solid block redstone torch and then a solid block right there your first ingredient dropper will go right there your next ingredient is gonna go right there and your third Dropper is gonna go right there like so we’re now gonna connect this up with a hopper there barrel and then a hopper this does need to be a barrel make sure you use a barrel anyway and now we’re gonna place in a redstone torch there and an observer Facing of that redstone torch this is going to detect the torch changing power the barrel and then power this dropper for dispensing your ingredients finally place in a solid block right there and that is your first three ingredient droppers installed if you have a four ingredient potion your next dropper is Gonna go right there barrel in front of that observer facing away from the barrel facing a redstone torch if you have a five ingredient potion then you need to place a dropper facing downwards directly into that barrel now for this specific configuration this is your first ingredient this is your second This is your third this one is your fourth and that one will be your fifth ingredient a little bit counterintuitive but it is what it is anyway if you have a six ingredient potion brewer then you need to place your dropper there and your other dropper right there hopper in Front of that one a barrel in front of this guy solid block right on top of that torch another torch above that block and then finally an observer facing that torch and then for this configuration first ingredient second third fourth fifth and sixth just as you would expect so of course and now You need to add in your blaze powder to your brewing stand put in some water bottles and put in your ingredients so if i want to make a standard long fire resistance potion you would put your first ingredient nether wart in there second ingredient magma cream in there Third ingredient redstone in there and then we don’t even need like the entire rest of all of this redstone so we can just straight destroy all that press the button we’re first going to get ourselves the three water bottles in the chest that’s just gonna happen the first Time you activate your system and then your system is going to start brewing up whatever potion you have told it to brew with your ingredients so if we speed up the footage a little bit you’ll see that the game is indeed brewing ourselves a potions that thing is now done dusted we Can go ahead and press the button and get our three fire resistance potions and the thing is now going to cycle and repeat that action of brewing many many potions for you so once you have all of your potion brewers installed you should have something a little bit like this i Would suggest setting up some stairs going downwards so you can easily reach your button easily reach your barrel your brewing stand and of course your chest with all of your water bottles too you also likely want a second floor up to easily restock your first couple of Droppers and then a third floor to easily restock the rest of your droppers as well as you can see this does actually look pretty snazzy when it’s all done and dusted so if you have any questions comments or concerns about today’s onetouch microbrewer then let me know in the comment section down below I’m always trying to help you guys out as best as i
