What’s up everybody its victim here within the minecraft dungeons video this time we’re gonna be going over everything that you can do once you’ve beaten the game this is the time that most people call the in-game in the action role-playing game genre or a RPG now I know that minecraft dungeons is For a lot of people their first experience into a RPG genre so I’ll try and keep things simple and straight to the point I will briefly compare minecraft dungeons in game to other popular a RPGs like Diablo 3 or path of Exile but I won’t go into too much Comparison as I know many people have not played those games and you can’t really compare them too much just because it’s kind of a different feel for the game even though they are both a RPGs and still play relatively similar okay so before we get started just real Quick if you do end up enjoying this video I’d encourage you to check out some of my other minecraft dungeons videos and guides and hit that subscribe button and the like button this is a new channel so every little bit goes a long way and it’s greatly appreciated Alright so let’s get into it first things first what is minecraft dungeons or MC d for short MCD is an a RPG that can be purchased on all consoles so PC ps4 Xbox and the switch and it either costs $20 to purchase the full game $30 To purchase the full game plus the two upcoming DLCs one that’s coming in July and another in November of 2020 or lastly you can just pay one dollar if you sign up for the Xbox game pass and you essentially are renting the game monthly you’ll easily Be able to beat all the content that game has to offer and even get into some great in-game content within that one month minecraft dungeons has up to 4 player online co-op but sadly no matchmaking right now the devs have said it will eventually come but just not right now Minecraft dungeons is based in the Minecraft world but it’s not like the original minecraft at all since it’s a different genre entirely really all that means is the vigils look very similar there being a whole bunch of blocks for the world and the characters and some of the monsters are definitely the same Like creepers but in Minecraft dungeons you can’t build there’s no survival elements none of that it’s much similar to other a RPGs like Diablo 3 or path of Exile where you play through a campaign and what’s called default mode doing different dungeons up until you fight a final boss once Defeat that final boss which will take you about an hour or two you unlock the next difficulty were you going to campaign again this time its enemy called adventure mode and this difficulty the monsters are gonna be more difficult they drop higher power level loot and there’s more monsters in General to fight and some of them have a little bit different of abilities same concept here you fight through the campaign again on adventure mode and beat the final boss again which will take about another two to three hours then you unlock the last difficulty which is Apocalypse mode and fight Through the difficulty once and finally more and beat the final boss for the third time that difficulty should take you anywhere from an initial two to four hours so all in all if you’re just interested in playing the campaign through the three difficulties you’ll have essentially beaten the game this Will have taken you anywhere from eight to twenty hours for that full campaign completion but do note that minecraft dungeons even though at first glance is a very simple game there’s a ton of extra things you can do in the endgame if you’re coming from a different a RPG Do know that there isn’t as much to do as in path of Exile or diablo 3 is this is a new game whereas those games have had years and years of expansions and there’s also just a lot less to do in comparison to those energy a RPGs but There’s still a wealth of things that you can easily do to get another 40 plus hours 50 hour 60 hours upwards of hundreds hours if you’re really going into it which I personally have done but victim what exactly is there to do an end game maybe you want to know before You purchase the game because you’re an experienced a RPG player and want to know what to expect before spending any money or maybe you’ve already beaten the game and you’re loving it and want to know what else there is to do well I have good news this game is deceptively simple it Actually offers a good amount of pokes campaign content and that’s what we’re gonna be going over in this video so let’s dive into it first on our list is simply and gearing up so you can take on the highest difficulty in apocalypse apocalypse 6 now this one kind of goes Hand in hand with some of the other things that we’re going to distress because in general gearing up and looting gear is always one of the main focuses in these types of games in Minecraft dungeons your end goal is to get all your gear to at least power level 107 with power 1:08 you’re being quite rare to get ultimately of course getting a full set of 108 gear for the in-game players that really want to take it to the next level this will easily get you another sixty to a hundred hours if you’re gonna go for that level 108 gear because it is Pretty rare and takes quite a while you can also try getting different gear sets to a higher power level maybe you want to mail a focused gear set or maybe you want to arrange dear set or maybe even you want a speed farming set and after getting the gear itself maybe you want To refine those enchants that you’re getting on the gear and get them to be perfect for example it’s widely accepted that the best speed farming chess piece is an EVA keishon row with to cool down and chance and one speed synergy enchant to make you really fly through the level So learning with the best enchants for each gear piece is also another fun aspect of the game now as you’re gearing up you’ll be leveling up too and there’s no cap on levels in this game which is really good because with each level up you’ll earn an enchant point and each Piece of gear to fully in Chan will typically cost around 20 for enchant points and there’s no way of refunding them or switching them out you’ll have to either Salvage that piece of gear to get those enchanted points back or you’re gonna be pistache ng it and Earning more in champ points to enchant your next item by leveling up having no level camp gives you the ability to farm as many enchant points as you want so you can fully enchant tons of items the sky is the limit on that one you can Play as much or as little as you want to get as many pieces fully enchanted as you want now if we’re talking about gearing up it’s very important to mention the camp vendors as these will be great sources of you getting higher power level gear in your camp you have two vendors the Armor vendor which two sells normal gear or the artifact vendor which sells your spell like abilities that are your artifacts because the way minecraft dungeons works is you farm specific dungeons for specific gear to drop and it tells you before you go into the dungeon which items can drop from those Dungeons it’s great for target farming specific items but the vendor gives you a chance at getting any item from any and in my experience the vendor is the best way to get higher power level gear and up your overall average power level okay so we’ve talked about general Gearing up but let’s not forget to mention the uniques you can compare these items to Diablo 3’s Legendary’s or path of Exile also uniques these items aren’t as crazy as some of you might think in the other ARPGs as they will only add one free additional enchant to Your item now it might not seem like much but some of these can get pretty crazy like for example the harp crossbow which lets you fire additional projectiles so getting the enchants chain-reaction and multi shot on that harp crossbow lets you fire up to 50 projectiles sometimes and honestly it’s Pretty crazy fun or maybe you’re interested in getting some Fighters bindings these gloves will come with additional attacks beta by default so getting say crit swirling and radiance enchants turns you into a self-healing damage dealing madman and another super fun play style that I’d highly recommend there’s 68 current uniques in the game And are all obtainable by target farming there are some that are a bit or rarer than others but none that are so rare that you’ll never be able to find it yourself they can add a great extra layer of fun to your preferred play style so get out There and target farm some uniques and I guarantee you will have a lot of fun doing so alright next let’s go over some of the different activities you might want to do in the endgame whether that be a boss farming obsidian chest running speed running or secret level Unlocking first boss farming it can be an excellent way of unlocking uniques fast and there’s some bosses you can run to very quickly and get fast loot so fast uniques as well because bosses have a higher chance to drop uniques for example you can do the soggy swamp cave and run Quickly to the cauldron boss and defeat it for a chance at that awesome double axe unique your wanting or maybe you prefer running to the fiery forged giant elemental box and defeating it for some great unique armors or maybe you want to unlock the secret cow level and farm the mushroom boss Whichever dungeon you choose farming bosses are a great way of getting some really good consistent loot or you could decide and do obsidian chess farming runs where you speed run through the dungeon straight to the dungeons of city and chests for guaranteed loot and a higher chance of dropping a unique item If you’ve equipped a set of speed running gear most of these obsidian chests runs can be done in one to three minutes and can give a great return on consistent uniques and gear upgrades I highly recommend this method maybe you’re more interested in exploring a bit and unlocking the five secret levels In Minecraft dungeons these levels are unlocked by running normal dungeons and then finding a secret area in that dungeon with a scroll that unlocks a brand new secret level two of the five are pretty difficult to find as they only spawn randomly in the dungeon Though it might take you one run to find or it might take you 50 but either way you’ll be rewarded with that awesome new secret level once you finally find it one of which soggy cave is the best place to farm gear in the game right now Also one of the other secret levels requires you to find a secret room in each of the ten different normal dungeons once finding all tin runes that unlocks the famed and super-fun cow level which is currently the best place to farm XP in the game and maybe instead Of XP farming you want to farm emeralds while there’s a place just for that farming the secret level creepy crypt you’ll have the best chance at finding a ton of emeralds to then spin at the vendors encampments next there’s speed running and my personal favorite by equipping certain gear combos you can Absolutely fly through dungeons this kind of goes hand in hand with gearing up fast because a lot of the speed runs you can do will reward you at the end whether it being a boss or on city and chest loot but for those that don’t need the gear you can compete with yourself Or others by running dungeons as quickly as possible from the start to finish there’s tons of awesome speed runs right now on YouTube of people finishing dungeons super fast and clever ways it’s pretty cool and I advise you guys to check it out lastly but not least you Can always just make it your own there’s four player co-op and if you want to just hang out with some friends playing some dungeons without any stressed just do that or if you just want to play casually through the dungeons on apocalypse 6 yourself that’s totally fine too that’s the best thing about This game in my opinion is that it’s a great new take on a RPGs just being a little bit more casual than say Pat the bags Diablo 3 where it’s a little bit more hardcore and a little bit difficult to get into as a new player well you get Hundreds or thousands of hours of content like path of Exile Diablo 3 not necessarily but you can easily get 60 plus hours with the content that’s in the game right now and if you really want them in max your gear like a whole bunch of us bar doing you can easily get Hundreds of hours because that process still does take a while to get up to that level 108 gear and in general it’s just a lot simpler of a game and it’s more chill than like I said these other a RPG so I find it quite enjoyable because of that you can really just Relax and have fun with the game and honestly it’s just a nice change of pace from the hardcore RPGs that dominate the market right now but all of this of course is just my opinion and for $1 to rent the game or 20 to own I absolutely Think it’s worth the money and it’s worth giving it a try I highly recommend it the in-game might not be as crazy in-depth as path of exile or Diablo 3 but is that really a bad thing as long as there’s good content with some replayability there and you’re having fun with it That is a absolute win in my book and I know that I am for sure having a whole bunch of fun well if you’ve made it this
