Hi everyone in today’s video I’ll be showing you how to build an aquarium in Minecraft We are going to start by placing a 6×6 square using smooth quartz stairs which is three blocks away from the outer walls on all sides Make sure that all the stairs are connected and facing inwards Now fill in the inner blocks with sand creating a 4×4 square Build up five blocks at the corner using temporary blocks and then place an upside down smooth quartz stair on the fourth block as shown Connect the smooth quartz stairs all the way around to create another 6×6 square which is four blocks above the bottom one Place four sea lanterns in the middle of this square and then place more upside down smooth quartz stairs around these to finish off the roof of the aquarium To keep the fish inside this aquarium we will have to place light blue stained glass panes on the outer layer of the Sand Build this up so that it’s three blocks high and reaches the top of the aquarium Once the water is in place the stained glass panes will hardly be visible The easiest way to fill in the middle of the aquarium is to remove the sea lanterns on top I have filled in each layer with sand and added water sources to each layer separately so that there are no currents Now add water to each of the stair blocks around the bottom of the aquarium you can miss a block in between each water source here and it will fill in on its own do the same for the stairs that are on the roof surrounding the sea lanterns directly above the glass panes And again for the outer set of stairs on the roof this time the water will flow down and connect at the bottom without spilling Now fill in all the gaps where the glass panes are make sure that you’re careful with your water placement here some of the blocks fill in on their own Do this all the way around until there are no air gaps left Place any underwater decorations you like in the tank I’ve used kelp, coral and buckets of tropical fish Make sure not to place the bucket of fish on the glass panes as this will add A water source block which would cause the tank to flood Add the sea lanterns back onto the roof and that is the aquarium finished Thank you for watching my video please feel free to leave a comment and subscribe for more videos like this Video Information
