Minecraft Raid Farm 1.20 – SIMPLE DESIGN

Today i’m going to show you how to make the best raid farm in minecraft 1.18 with this farm you can get hundreds of totems thousands of emeralds and so so so much more you can also get a ton of xp this farm is 2op i’m here today with

My assistant yellow so let’s get right to it first you want to find yourself a pillager outpost you will want to build the farm somewhat close to the pillager outpost because you need to get bad omen in order to start the farm so write down the courts and remember where it is

Next you’ll want to know where a villager is so get in a boat or whatever you got and go get one you like minecraft content i do too you like minecraft tutorials i do i i like them so just just click the like button and make sure you’re subscribed uh just

Wow that would be really cool once you’ve grabbed yourself a villager head to a place to where you can’t see any land for about seven chunks so you can set your render distance to seven and if you look around and you don’t see any land then you’re in a good place

All right here are the materials that you’ll need to build this farm this farm is pretty easy to make but if you need a schematic world download or anything like that join my discord there’s a download link section and you can just get it right there

First you want to build up until you reach sea level and then break the blocks underneath [Applause] then you’ll want to create a three by three platform next make sure you’re facing south and place a soul sand block exactly where i place it then place cobblestone on all sides of

The soul sand block then build up 31 blocks on each of these corners like so you should end up at y94 once you’ve done that jump back down with those two fence gates like so then build all the way up to y94 Then place one block to the west and place a chest on top of that then surround that chest with blocks and build up the rest of the pillar so it’s at the same level Then waterlog the chest next you want to build up two blocks on each of these corners like i do then place four blocks in between both of these sections then place two signs just like so once you’ve done that place a block above the two signs and build up 64 blocks including the

Block you just placed you should get to y level 161 make sure when you drop back down you go on the part where there’s a waterlogged chest so you don’t die of full damage then just build the rest of the corners like i do all the way up to y 161 Then place a water bucket down to the tunnel where the soul sand was once you’ve done that jump all the way back down once the water has reached the bottom start placing kelp all the way up to the top then jump back down and break the kelp at the bottom

Now your bubble elevator should work next place slabs in a rectangle fashion like i do kind of looks like the bottom of a lego piece then on the south side of the structure make a four by five platform out of slabs Then on the south side of the platform place a double chest then waterlog it so then you can place a block on the bottom of this chest then break this block in front of the chest and place a double chest underneath just like this then you can break this block you placed

Earlier and place the hopper out the back next you’re going to want to place a hopper directly on top of this chest and place two blocks on both sides of the hopper like this then out the back you need to place a 3×3 area slabs then place three blocks on the back

And three slabs on the front just like how i do next place these three slabs on the side and then place it on the other side then you’ll want to place boats just like this now they don’t have to be perfect but these boats help prevent vexes from killing you when

You’re using this farm so maybe push them together by scaffolding around or jumping into one of them and moving them back forth or whatever might work for you Once you’ve done that you can get back up using this water bucket and then you can place in trap doors like this then build a ring just like so Then place boats on top of the trapdoors similar to how you placed it on the cobblestone below just as a warning this boat method does not work 100 of the time you can still get hit by vexes and maybe even killed so always wear armor be on guard this

Only stops most of them Then build this tube all the way up to y189 then build six blocks out to the west Place a block at the very edge and then surround the block like i do then you can break that block then you want to raise this entire section by two blocks it’s kind of hard to explain exactly what i’m doing so just watch the video carefully Then place a small sign right here Then place stairs facing into the area where the mobs will fall then raise everything by about one block once again you’re just gonna have to very closely look at where i put the blocks and follow that then in the center of the stairs start placing slabs

Five blocks out you’re going to want to make a 5×5 area out of slabs then surround this 5×5 area with glass next place cobblestone on the back of the glass like so then place one block on the west corner so then you can create a brace like this out of seven blocks

You then want to add these two walls on either side watch closely what i do to understand next place these trapdoors and flip them up then build two blocks along the back like i do then build up four blocks on all the places where i place blocks

Just watch the video carefully like i’ve said so jump back down and place signs exactly how i do you’ll then want to build back up to the top and place slabs across the top like i do make sure to break the cobblestone slabs on the corners you’ll then want to place one lava

Bucket one block above the center sign then build three cobblestone blocks out to the west then place two blocks here and it’s sort of a mess how you place blocks here but you just have to do exactly how i do It should look like this when you’re done you’ll then want to break this block and then place two slabs against the bottom block Then build out eight blocks on both sides so the area slabs should be nine blocks by two blocks then use one cobblestone block like this and scaffold around to then create another 9×2 area this doesn’t count the slab that you just placed in that little corner there Then place a redstone torch under here Then place red stone along the back like i do then fill the area with water where there’s trap doors and then place one block of water down the chute All right time for the redstone first you’re going to want to place one redstone dust here and another here then place repeaters all along facing that way and then all along facing this way just make sure they’re facing the right direction all right and set them to four ticks so you can

Click it three times And then place two redstone dust on the end then you’re going to want to place comparators facing the exact same way that i’m placing them two redstone dust at the end and then comparators the way back now just place in two trip wire hooks and string across the two trip wire

Hooks and then bam you’ve done all the hard redstone look at you you’re so dang good at the game then place cobblestone across the top of where there’s trapdoors and you’re pretty much done just a few little things left also the system accidentally activated when i tripped the tripwire but it’s

Okay you don’t have to have this happen for you you can test the system by standing where the tripwire is for a little bit and waiting for the water to come and push you then you know it’s working alright now it’s safe to jump all the

Way back down and float back up to the killing chamber Then place one white carpet here oh and then place iron bars across like so you’re basically done you just have to add the villager once you’re down at the bottom build out five blocks from the structure and built up three blocks then place a composter all right here comes the most annoying

Part of the entire farm so you need to transport the villager up to where the composter is and make a little cocoon like i do so you’re just gonna have to watch carefully and um i did this using rails in a minecart but if you come up with a

More creative way then let me know in the comments that would be sweet i got kind of lucky because the villager went in the boat in the mine cart all the way up then remove the mine cart and then any other blocks that don’t protect the villager from getting killed

By like drowns or zombies or anything like that And once you’ve done that the farm should be complete you have to go to the pillager outpost and get the bad omen effect first to start the farm so let’s go do that Hmm Huh Okay
