What is up everybody today we are back on minecraft and we are today on minecraft playstation 4 but this video also goes for minecraft xbox one which we’ll be releasing on friday so be looking forward to that but this video is going to be about the world size now I’ve seen a lot of questions for a lot of people about how big exactly are these worlds and we can see here that dwayne yates went ahead and commented and said just how big are these worlds and can you show us the world size literally by flying it so he didn’t say Literally by flying it but i’m going to by flying it and so what i’ve done here is i have this map and i’m just going to fly fly fly until we get to the world border edge thing and then you guys can see just how big this map is now you can See there that’s exactly where i spawned and i’m just going to fly all the way north until i hit the world limit now as dwayne yates’s comment should show you i really really do read the comments and i really do and i just threw the map and i Just i just threw the map cool dudes cool dudes okay one sec uh there we are so essentially i actually do read you guys’s comments and if you guys have anything in particular you guys want to see on the next gen feel free to drop that down in the comments Section and i will be more than happy to go ahead and make a video on that topic in the future maybe later this week maybe tomorrow maybe sometime soon i would make a video if your idea was cool enough so if there’s anything anything anything at all in the next gen you guys Would like to see me do feel free to drop that down in the comments section like i said and i will be sure to take a look through there now it is worth mentioning that this is the second time i’ve done this video because for some reason my file got Corrupted on my computer and so now i’m going to fly across the map all the way again so i do know how big this is but i still want to go ahead and show you guys exactly how big it is by flying it so what i’m going to do is i’m just going To go ahead and speed up the footage here really quick and oh yeah it’s also worth noting that once you get to the edge of each world in order to get a new map what you need to do is then go into your inventory and pull out the map once You’re in that new area because otherwise you’re just going to get like the same map twice which is i guess essentially the same map that you had before so if you’re wondering why i keep taking out my map and pulling out a new one that’s because you have to do that In order to keep working on a new map so anyway i’m gonna go ahead and speed this up so i don’t waste you guys time and then we’ll see just how big this map is and voila you can see here we have hit the edge of the world if i try and fly This way i can’t actually fly this way anymore at all you see i just go down to the water or hit nothing so this is the northern tip of the map you can see i’m currently at negative 2560z so that is the northern limit now i imagine that this map is square shaped Um so but i am going to go ahead and fly all the way down to the southern tip as well just so you guys can see exactly how big the map is from north to south so let’s go ahead and fly all the way down with And there we have it so we went ahead and here is the other wall the southern tip of the map um obviously you can see it is just the exact opposite of what it was on the other side again 2559 i guess i guess it’s one degree off And i assume like i said before it is a square uh wait why am i get let’s just i don’t know why i’m guessing i’ll just fly over here and we’ll just do it and yep there we have it so you can see there obviously on the map we are at the Absolute corner of this entire world obviously there it is again 2559 on the x-axis as well so it seems like the map is about if you want to go ahead and round up or i guess round down slightly it’ll be about 2559 plus two is the the Normal or i guess the overall number of blocks from north to south and from east to west so it’s about 5 000 blocks give or take a few um overall i guess as a square so it’s 5 000 blocks up and down and 5 000 blocks side to Side is essentially how big the minecraft worlds are on the next gen so if you guys did enjoy this video again thank you very much dwayne yates for dropping this down below please do feel free to drop me a like down below and subscribe for some more minecraft Console content in the future because i will have an absolute massive amount of next-gen console content coming your guys’s way as well as current gem being on the xbox 360 and ps3 so those you guys who don’t have the next gen don’t worry at all because i will still have An absolute massive amount of content for you guys as well now like i said in the very beginning of the video if there’s anything in particular you guys want to see on the next gen please do drop that down in the comment section and i’ll be sure to be reading through Those and picking out the cool ones and making videos on them and obviously giving you credit for your idea if i do use it and like i said thank you guys very much again for coming out and checking out the video likes really do help and uh Yeah i’m just i don’t even know what else to say here so thank you guys very much for watching i’ll see you guys later oh oh one more thing one more thing here are all the maps you can see it’s about five maps from uh top to bottom so here Was here’s the very bottom here’s the one up from that and then one up from that one up from that and then one up from that and here’s the very very top obviously is this one so i i almost forgot to show you guys all the maps Okay but i didn’t so here we go you can see all of the maps here and you can see that obviously on none of these maps i’m actually on them except for this one here because this is the corner map so obviously i guess you could just take Some picture frames set them up in your house and be able to see all of the maps if you wanted to know exactly what the whole world looks like but let’s be honest if you really charted the whole world that must have taken you a lot of Time to do so i probably won’t ever actually do that maybe i will one day but not right now so anyway like i said i’m blabbing so thank you guys very much for watching five maps top to bottom left and right is uh is the world size And i will see all of you guys later peace Video Information
