In this video i’m showing you how to download a minecraft x-ray texture pack and then go and install it if you’re new to the channel please go down below and hit that subscribe button and once you have subscribed please go and leave a like as well But any further ado let’s go and get into this video now let’s go and get straight into this tutorial now within this tutorial before we go and get the x-ray texture pack i personally use a way of speeding up minecraft called optifine and optifine scalia to run the detection Pack even better and it’s going to improve your gaming experience but you don’t have to get that and if you don’t i’ll be having a timestamp on the screen right now which you can skip to and then i’ll be showing you exactly how to go and just get the x-ray pack from that But if you’re interested in optifine and increasing your experience then all you want to do is simply open up your browser and all you want to do is simply go and search for optifine now do keep watching because i’m showing you the full install process as well So you come to optifine.net i’m going to do is come to downloads and then it’s going to commit to load and as you can see we’ve got minecraft 1.16.5 this is going to say the latest version of minecraft just a quick note here you want to make sure you’ve ran Minecraft for the version of your downloading optifine for for example if you’re downloading optifine 1.16.5 you need to make sure you’ve played 1.16.5 on the normal version of minecraft so click play with the 1.6.5 it’s going to compare it download it and then it’s going to be ready for you To go and play but yeah you’ve got to do that to be able to use optifine then you want to go and click download or you can go and click mirror download means you have to watch a few seconds of ads but it does support the creator so i’m gonna go and click Downloads and it’s gonna have some ads as you can see and you’ve gotta wait for five seconds then after the five seconds you can click skip and you can go and click the download button here and it’s now going and starting the download it’s only a few megabytes Um and honestly it doesn’t take too long then you’re going to get this pop up here saying you want to keep it just click keep um is a safe file now as you can see here we are it’s a jar file and i’ve got the little java logo there if you Have that logo you want to make sure you come to java.com and you can go and get java and you can go and download java here and install it make sure it is the official site and yeah that’s what you need to do but let’s go and install optifine so what You want to do is find the download and then all you want to do is make sure it’s got the right folder here which it should be unless you’ve changed the location of minecraft and i can’t find it and all i want to do is click install It doesn’t take long at all to install um it’s going to take a few seconds and as you can see you then get this pop up here saying optifine is successfully installed so click ok so now let’s go and check this out and once you’ve gone and Installed up the fire then we want to do is launch the minecraft launcher and then click on this drop down menu here and make sure you’ve got one point 16.5 octave one selected which you just installed and then go and click play i’ll quickly show you the Main features and then i’ll be showing you the texture pack and quickly here are the main features of optifine you can zoom in using c if you press s and go to options video settings you get a ton more options to optimize it and i made a tutorial on how To do this previously now let’s go into getting x-ray for minecraft so to go and do this we’re actually using a texture pack so do keep watching as i’m showing you the full process so go and open up a search browser and here we are and come to google or Whatever search engine you like and then all i’m going to do is simply go and search for x-ray texture pack like i said before keep watching as i’m showing you where to install it and how to and then all you want to do is simply come to resourcepack.net Click here that’s going to take you to the page and then it’s going to take a bit of information about the x-ray resource pack but you want to scroll down until you can see the download section and do be careful with any ad to so which pop up Make sure you go and get it from the specific download link then you’ve got a list of all the download links down here you want to make sure you select the version which suits you best so this is probably going to be the one for me um so i’m going to click downloads And then it’s going to go and take you here and it’s going to take a minute to go and download as you can see a few seconds and then it’s going to go and drop the download here it’s quite a small download but now let’s go and continue with this And once it’s downloaded then you want to go and open up minecraft so i’m going to drag this to the side then i’m going to go and open up the minecraft launcher and here we are on minecraft so then all you want to do is simply come to options And then come to resource packs and then all you want to do is simply click open pack folder click here and it’s going to bring up all of your resource packs i’ve got a few here already and you want to simply go and drag this file in so drag it in like so And there we go it’s gone and put it in and you can quit off this now as you can see it’s now here but it does say it’s made for a new version of minecraft so i probably would recommend going getting an older version to make sure it is fully compatible However this will still work so you want to just click across and then you’ve got this sort of um warning here i’m going to click yes and then we can go and try this and then it’s going to go and appear here you i recommend having this at the top As well um so it’s going to go and prioritize this texture then click done and we can go and get into a game and here we go we’re now in minecraft with this on and you can see all of the ores as you can see you can Mine straight down to say coal you’ve got iron down there and you can see so many if you want to see more all you want to do is increase your render distance so you click ask come to options video settings and you can go and choose your render distance so If this is on lower you’re going to see less of all in the in sort of the distance um but if you want to see more you can go and increase this and you can go and see more and yeah it’s really easy when you can zoom in using optifine If you want to turn this off simply press s again come to options click resource packs and then turn the um x-ray off by clicking this arrow putting it back to the available ones and removing it from selected click done and it’s going to go and reload and then It’s going to go and have taken off of the game so we come back we’re now back to normal if you do find this video useful please go and
