REDKAT – Minecraft Xbox – “Magical Potions” – Purrfect Paradise (53)

Oh Well hello my crazy cats red gear bringing you another episode of perfect paradise and in today’s episode you’ve just caught me on my morning plant singing session so recently birdie told me that if i sung to my flowers they would grow a lot lot faster and a lot lot bigger

So far um i haven’t had much luck but you know it all takes time everything takes a time so yeah you just managed to catch me singing to my plan but anyway on the lines of me doing something new i’ve been taking up planned singing so

Today as well as doing my planting and i thought we would try something a little bit new so i’ve been searching around for little hobbies that i can do whilst i’m not recording in perfect paradise and so far i’ve discovered that i’m not so good at planned singing um so i’ve

Decided today we’re going to do something that i’ve never ever ever done before in minecraft never ever ever ever now you’re probably not gonna leave this but throughout the four years that i’ve played minecraft um i have never ever done any brewing and what that means is i’ve never ever made a potion

Before in minecraft survival i i i’ve been in creative to get a potion before in another world i’ve just never actually made a potion now that’s why we have a limit a limited supply of potions in this world and usually then potions are made by birdie or phoebe or buddy

Um so yeah i’ve never ever before made a potion in minecraft so today what we’re gonna be doing i think you can guess by me for me saying that we are going to be trying brewing for the first time so as much as i understand we need quite a few

Of the ingredients i have i have loads and loads of glass bottles i have a glistening melon i have some water bottles i have gasters i have blaze powder i have magma cream i have fermented spider eye and i’m hoping all that is going to allow me to actually make

Some potions i’ve never had before i made potions before in minecraft any potions at all and i don’t actually know how you make which potions so this is gonna be a lot of fun you’re probably just gonna be laughing me at me the whole time but before we do anything i

We’re going to be doing is we’re going to be heading out as soon as soon as possible which can be rushing over here because i have actually laid out a brewing stand for us today so in order to make these potions of course we are going to need a brewing stand and

Now um how exactly do i use this i’m not even joking i’m not kidding you when i say i’ve never ever used a brewing stand before i’ve tried to use one i’ve just never done it with success so um okay so i guess we enter it like that okay so

I’ve got this part so what do we do now glass bottles we put them in i guess we i guess we put that there and then do we put blaze powder is that is that how it works do we oh no blaze powder goes here okay blaze power

To go it goes there then we put um a magma cream is that gonna make something is that gonna make something is it is it doing something that’s not doing something is it um do we have to how do we do this um um okay uh maybe if we swap it out with

Something else um fermented spider eye is that gonna do anything um no um i’m kind of thinking i’m doing this wrong already so if we um put a water bottle there no how about we put water bottles there that is that maybe that’s what we have

To do put water bottles there and then something else maybe a glistening men if we put that there oh it’s doing something it’s doing something can you see that there’s white bubbles glowing up and down is that is that is making something it’s making somehow making my

First ever potion in minecraft this is a big deal to me because normally i get everyone else to make the potions for me because i’m not doing it i’m not good at anything technical like this so um is it done is it done is it done i’m really excited for this what

What is it done has it done something it’s just it’s just swallowed my glistening melon it’s just swallowed it i thought it was making something but it just swallowed it we gotta put gas tears is that gonna do anything uh no um fermented spider eye is that gonna do

Anything no that doesn’t do anything either um i don’t quite know how we make potions as you can see mate maybe do we have to do we have to put um a full set of gla water balls under here and then maybe put this back in here uh oh it’s doing something again

For all actually i’m gonna try it with one this time because i do not want it to swallow it i don’t want to just take my take my ingredients and not make anything out of it so let’s just see i’m hoping for the for the best this is actually going to

Make something come on please please do something please please give me something is it made something doesn’t matter weakness we’ve made a potion we made a potion we’ve actually made a potion there we go we’ve made our very first a potion so if that is um if that is a

Potion of weakness and we used a fermented spider eye i wonder what else we can use so right now i’m gonna put this water bottle back in here i’m gonna try a new ingredient gas tears maybe okay so i think i’ve got the whole idea so what

You need to do is if you’ve never done brewing before like me before i need to put these water bottles uh here mundane potion i thought it was a water potion okay um so so basically you put water bottles all on the bottom and then a blaze powder in there and an ingredient

You want and it’s just swallowed it again it’s just swallowed it it was a mundane potion what does a mundane potion do actually does it do anything does it do anything um um oh no maybe with the mundane motion we’ve gotta make something else maybe if

I just take this out very quickly and i put um let’s just see where’s that one i’ll just drank it i’ve just drank it all right maybe if we if we just put that oh no we’ve got no um do we make something else with this mundane potion um i don’t quite know

What i’m doing um but i’m sure we’ll figure out so let’s just put that there and let’s put some magnet cream in let’s go okay is that going to do anything no that is not doing anything how about a potion of weakness is that going to do anything um

I don’t think this is working maybe if we put the gas tears back in it was doing something then um i think i nee i think what it is is that i don’t think these mundane potions are worth anything i think you’ve actually got to use water

Bottles which is why it’s probably not working and so i’m gonna do now is i’m gonna rush over to where phoebe would normally be no one’s in today by the way no one’s in today no one i don’t actually know where they’ve gone no one’s left me a note saying where

They’ve gone so i’m not joined by birdie phoebe or uh buddy i don’t quite know where they’ve gone i’m hoping they’re gonna return home soon because i do get quite lonely as much as my world is perfect it does get very very lonely and especially on stormy windy nights but

Anyway i’m gonna rush back over here i’m gonna stop speaking about random things i’m gonna put this water in here and then i’m gonna hope for the best come on come on uh water bottle water bottle and gas dear there we go i’m hoping this is gonna make something now because they’re

No longer the the mundane potions and actually while that’s cooking something i’m gonna get are gonna get my um get my water bottles again and i’m gonna let that cook and then by the time i get back i’m hoping for a big surprise of a new potion i’m hoping when i come back

There there is a new potion in there and that would maybe actually by the end of this video we can try all the potions i’m not too excited about trying to the weakness potion but i’m hoping if we do get like a swiftness potion or something

We can use it as sort of a treat towards the end hello mr squid hello don’t mind me i’m just gonna steal your water thank you thank you thank you but today i thought i would have a nice and easy episode making potions because after the last episode i do need kind of

A break i was stranded on a desert island going around in loops and it wasn’t very fun so i’m hoping that this episode is going to be nice and chilled but there we go did we make anything no we’ve just made loads of mundane it may be the ghastes are the

Things that are making the mundane potions okay let’s not use glasses then let’s see what else i can make if i swap this out can i use um magma cream instead there can i use magma cream no i cannot um i don’t quite know how we make

Different potions maybe if i put uh the water because that because the gases just seem to be making mundane potions which i don’t really know what’s useful so um okay so we’ve got magma cream in there free bottles let’s hope that this one is actually going to make a new

Potion instead of these mundane potions which seem not to do anything i don’t actually know as i actually know if you can craft anything with it actually that’s what i’m going to do i’m going to go and get a crafting game table you might be laughing at me and you might be

Saying you can’t craft potions but i’m gonna see i’m gonna see for sure because i am quite confused i have seen this i haven’t made a lot of potions before in minecraft i am quite confused as to what to do with these mundane potions i’m not sure if they’re actually

Useful for anything else or it’s just like a a bad thing you get from making potions if you do it wrong maybe maybe that’s what i’m doing maybe not maybe i’m doing it all wrong and that’s why it’s just making these uh silly little potions but let’s just swap this out

And let’s get the crafting table and actually just so i have a little bit of company for the end of the episode because we are slowly running out of time i’m actually going to run over and get my dog as i expected you cannot make anything uh with the mundane potions you can’t

Make any potions with the mundane potions and you cut mainly because you can’t make potions in the crafting table and you only can use the uh the brewing potion thing um but anyway i’m gonna go back over here i’m gonna see if they have like a new potion waiting there for

Me and i’m gonna hope come on let’s see drum roll please and no um okay uh just these mundane potions my favorite it’s just it’s just water just with a fancy neighbor that’s what they’ve done with this didn’t they they’ve just taken off the name water the boring name water and they’ve given

It a cool name but it’s exact same as water just so people buy it more it’s a cool way of selling things isn’t it it’s just making it sound much better but i believe my dog buddy where is actually where is buddy actually um i believe he might be

Over here and near the morphing machine and talking about the motion morphing machine i tried it again and it didn’t quite work out it didn’t quite work out i kind of just died whilst using it so i won’t be using that again into uh until buddy birdie

And phoebe are back and so i can then fix it and then they can they can test it for me just to see if they’re the ones who get burnt and die um but that sounds mean i promise that is not going to happen i won’t they happen but

There we go there is buddy and buddy if you want to follow me all the way back to my house because i think i’ve had an exhausting day of making potions mainly i i’ve made one potion today okay i’ve made one potion and what have you been

Doing today huh you’ve just been sitting near a maze you’ve had a nice relaxing day well i’ve been sweating trying to make potions something that i’ve never done before and i’m pretty proud of i know that i know it doesn’t look like it but i am pretty proud of this weakness

Potion just this little weakness potion and i’m probably going to use it this is going to give me the curse of weakness there we go i thought i might as well use it because it’s a potion that you have to drink and i don’t believe i am actually i i’ve just got it

Now that i’ve just drunk that it’s actually came back to me i think the mundane potions and different ingredients make it so it’s a splash potion or a normal potion and depends on uh how long it lasts for i think that’s what all the ingredients do now i think the mundane potions are

Actually useful i’m just not very good at brewing but in the next episode i’m hopefully gonna come back and actually at the start of the next episode i’m gonna try a little bit of ruin and we can have like a brewing competition and with everyone else in the game with

Birdie buddy and phoebe and c who is the bretta brewer so i’m gonna need to practice for that but you’ll see in the next episode i promise i’m going to be a way better brewer i’m gonna have to look online on how to and how to brew the potions but um buddy

For now on because like there’s mob signs spawn and i’m really really hungry i want to go in and get my dinner and go to sleep i reckon and we should call it a day no oh no what’s going on no buddy buddy don’t don’t no no no no no no

Oh buddy you scared me but now my screen is just shaking so so much it’s probably giving everyone a headache but buddy um why would you jump around and try and help me out with a spinning mess hopefully i’ve enjoyed this episode of perfect paradise we’re gonna have to end it off here
