How’s it going guys super team here bring you some more minecraft excitement had to stay what we’re going to be doing is heading back into the nether and you may remember we discovered the nether stronghold or fortress last time we went into the nether and I’m going to show

You some of things that I’ve done there and we’re going to be brewing up some potions as well so we’re going to head into the nether and check it out and I wearing my leather armor today just for something different you see I’ve got the groovy glasses going on and some some

Knee pads and stuff like that as well and hopefully we’re not going to be battling too much stuff in the nether this time so I won’t need a really good armor if we’re lucky how do you like the the moon as well that’s one of the

Updates that that the dude who does this texture pack brought in not that long ago it looks really good much better than the normal moon much more realistic it’s like a full moon tonight so let’s head on down to the magic room in a towel here and that we will be taking

The nether portal through and going to the fortress so first thing that I’ve built when you come out at this end in the nether where the portal is obviously is this receiving area and I’ve built a minecraft minecart track as well and have also built a pathway as well it

Sounds like we’ve got a couple of gusts in here oh I’ll see if I can take this dude out eyes gone background there so let’s just put out this fire and we’ll repair that little bit of pathways well I just scrub some some more of this and

We just repair that a little bit of damage I should probably build in the nether brick because Gus can’t destroy it with uh with their blasts but maybe I’ll do that later it’s not a high priority at this stage now you may have noticed that this part of the nether the

Minecart track in the nether is all encased in glass now just to explain that basically I want to be able to travel safely on this minecart track within the never without getting blasted at by gas like that one that we saw before and having a layer of glass

Around the track means that although they can see through it they won’t attack you if there’s that layer of glass in the way and one of the other issues I want to try and prevent is having the zombie pigmen and magma cube spawning onto the track because while

I’m traveling along I don’t want to have to crash in to a zombie pigmen and have to you know stop and get back on the mine cart and all that stuff so to prevent that I’ll show you what you can do what you can do is put a glass block

As you can see in the top part of the minecart tunnel so that there’s only one block of air above the minecart track and what that means is you can’t still travel through that when you’re in the mine cart and you’ll have your head inside the glass

Block that actually has an advantage to in that you’ll be able to see through the glass without the annoying lines in the way so you actually get a clearer view but also it means that the zombie pigmen can’t spawn in there because there’s only one block of air for them

And that prevents them spawning the only trouble with it is when you’re on going down a slope like this or upper slope you can’t actually put the extra glass block in you need to leave two blocks above above it otherwise it will completely block off the tunnel and that

Means that there is a slim possibility of the areas of the track where you’re going up and down having pigment or magma cube spawning in and causing resultant crashes if you run into them but hopefully we’ve reduced that significantly at in any case by having all of the flat areas encased mostly in

Glass good one block of it anyway that is just the explanation of why I’ve built it this way but let’s take the track and we’ll head off to the nether fortress that we discovered last time and you get a really good view from inside there’s someone cut a track see

Gassed up there and we’ve got all the lava the lava sea blowers it’s really really it’s a really epic dimension in mine in Minecraft the nether and here is our here’s our nether fortress and this is a pretty large part of it that we found before this is where we came in

Here you may remember coming through there where we had the nether wart I garden and all that stuff and then what I’ve done is built like a little base just here in this part of it alright I just put that mine cart down actually there this is another little station that I’ve

Built here for the the track the track just ends there but I’m going to build it right across there because the the fortress actually continues over there there’s another fortress a fairly big part of it over in that direction so i’ll be building out there and exploring

That because what i really want to find is a magma cube spawner area so that i can farm some magma cream because it seems to be a really rare sort of resource and i’ll just show you what’s up top here as well i actually planted a tree it doesn’t look super healthy but

It did grow so that’s pretty cool and i’ve got like a viewing deck up here only problem with this is that the ghasts will attack you if they spot you up top here but all of this is nether brick so they can’t actually destroy the nether brick at all and any way down

Here let’s do some brewing and I’ll just show you how that works so we’ve got some brewing these are all materials that you can use for brewing here and I’ve got some potions already as well so we’ve got fermented spider I and we’ve got magma cream I’ve only got one of

Those because as I said they are pretty rare to get off the magma cubes and we’ve got some glistering melon sugar nether wart a ghast tear or two blaze powder red stained glass windows and gunpowder we’ve got some glass in here as well because what you need glass for

I’ll show you that now is basically to create these glass bottles so that’s something that you need for brewery now you can’t actually have water in the same way as you can have it in the overworld in the nether if you were to try and create a lake or you know an

Infinite pool of water source in the nether it would it would not work you would just get steam coming out of your buckets so you can have what are they in these cold runes and that’s pretty much the only time that you can have standing water in the nether now the reason you

Need water is basically when you get your glass bottles you need to fill those with water so that’s what we’re going to do here and then you put them in your brewing stand like this so at the moment that is just water it’s it’s not a

Potion of any sort what you need to do then and this is the first step in brewing any potion is stick in some nether wart that you only need one piece and one piece will be enough to create three of the base potion that you need to start creating stuff so once that

Similar to like when you you’re cooking up some stone or whatever you’re doing it will then creates some three bottles of awkward potion as you can see there it says no effect on on this stuff it doesn’t do anything it’s just the base for a potion if you like so what we need

To do now is decide what potion we’re going to create so what we might actually create is I might create a potion of damage so will actually use some of this fermented spider a and stick that in there and then that will create the next stage of the potion that

We’re making now you can also make the potion more powerful by putting glowstone dust in it or you can make it last longer with our with adding redstone to your final potion as well so some of the potions we’ve got down here we’ve got potion of fire resistance regeneration strength speed some of

Those things let’s come back here and we’ve got a potion of weakness so what we might do now is make that a throwable potion so actually going to put in some gunpowder into that potion and that will make it kind of like a hand grenade that

You can throw a throat an enemy to make him weaker and easier to kill and there we go so we’ve got the splash potion of weakness now so you can see it’s got the little I don’t know what that’s meant to be a pin or something

Like a hammer and hey maybe and let’s see if we can make it a little bit more powerful as well and stick that in there that’s not going to work for it so I probably should have put that in prior to making it a splash potion but it’s

All good so we can take those off now and we’ll put them in here for now I might keep one of them and let’s make another potion with this Magna cream and in my opinion this potion is probably the most useful one depending what you’re going to do for oops dropped all

That glass let’s make another couple bottles here probably the most useful one for you know Roman room around the nether and fighting the verse mobs that are down here so what we’re going to have to create is a awkward potion again with the nether wart and I’ve got loads

Of this in other work because just down the hallway here is where those two gardens are or two rooms with the other walk gardens in them so we can get that anytime we like it would help if I put in some water there we go beautiful so

Put those in into the brewing stand here and then we’ll put another ward in there and we just let that do its thing let’s play a record while we’re at it a bit of music this is one of my more favorite tunes that you can get and it’s nearly done

Alright so we’ve got the awkward potion going let’s put the magma cream in there I’m gonna have to get some more of that stuff because that’s my last one while I’m waiting for that I might as well put in this iron that I’ve got from somewhere and cooked that up and I’ll

Put this glass back in i put half this glass back in here i think all right and it might grab some of that and a couple of days and a couple days go get a sword all right let’s get back here to our brewing stand and we’ve got a potion of

Fire resistance and it you can see it lasts for three minutes so what we might do with that is make it more powerful with the glowstone dust okay with fire resistance now that I remember it basically is already as strong as it gets so you can only make it you can

Only actually make it last longer as as your next step in creating that so we’ll just put some redstone some redstone dust into that and that will make it last for about eight minutes I believe come on come on ok so there you go fire resistance extended so it’s now eight

Minutes and we’ll take those will stick a couple of them in here for later we’ve got one of our splash potions there and cool I’m just trying to remember what the gust here does I think it’s regeneration from memory all right and will refill that water as well while

We’re at it ok so now that we’ve got that let’s head on down to and I’ll show you where the I just eat some watermelon I show you what I’ve done with those blaze spawner ‘he’s she need another one one other way that you can prevent these

Zombie pigmen from spawning is to have half blocks as well by the way she they can’t spawn otherwise they spawn in all your buildings and stuff like that skipping up whoa dude he’s right there all deflected beautiful as long as he doesn’t block my train track i’ll be

Happy it’s disappeared on me ok we’ll just let him I can hear her I can hear a magma cube somewhere down here it’s taking me out and hopefully we can drop get some magma cream off this one nope nothing so that that’s usually what happens you can kill a whole heap of

Them and still get no magma cream off them alright so from here I think we go down here and this is the way to the blaze spawner so put a cauldron of water here as well so that if I catch on fire I can jump in there and put myself out

But what we’re going to do is try this flash potion on some of the blazes that spawn so what happens did I miss him I think I did think I missed him so what do we got here this is the fire resistance isn’t it should I drink it

Yeah let’s drink it for these dudes and then we’re basically going to be immune to fire damage for you know three or three minutes of the eight minutes or whatever it was so you can see I’m not taking any damage from the fire damage on these days um okay so what I was

Going to do down here as well as to try out a zombie sorry eh you can see the time we’ve got there for the fire resistance I want to try and build a snow golem like enclosure here that so that he can kill the he can kill these

Blazars for me hopefully I don’t know how effective it is of it because I’ve never tried it so we’ll see how we go I just take out these dudes and we’re picking up a few blaze and stuff these these things are actually really good for experience points they drop a lot of

Experience points when you kill them she’s pretty awesome ok so don’t want I don’t want the stamen to be able to escape though but I still want him to be able to fire his snowball so I’m not exactly sure how I’m going to do this

And I think I’ve seen a lot of people put them in glass enclosure for some reason so maybe I need to like knock out this bottom area I don’t know and make it glass so we can see what he’s shooting out so we might do that I think

I’ve got some glass here anyway so let’s put that down something like let’s put the snow in there first and we’ll put the glass there stick the head on him he’s just died straightaway that’s pretty stupid so he must have suffocated or something alright let’s break that will put them

Lower but the only trouble is a pretty sure he’ll be able to get out of that then if we put him in there now you can just jump out of that I’m pretty sure oh he died straight away again yeah they know what’s why why keeps dying I

Thought maybe it’s just getting killed by the Blazers how much time we got left here five minutes heaps of time why would he be dying let’s just be dying straight away from the from blaze attacks okay so you probably need to make like a hundred of them or something

Like that and that’s just pointless so we won’t be doing that after all but you get the idea of of the fire resistance potion it is pretty awesome in fact you can basically swim in lava with this on let’s head back up top anyway and it’s this way and pretty sure it’s replenish

The old health bar it will hurt back up top here okay so go up another level I think where’s that gasp so for that way I think all right so I can basically while I’ve got this far as this ensign I can just basically stand in this lava here

And it does me absolutely no damage I can go right down the bottom here apparently you don’t need to breathe in lava like you’re doing water well it’s pretty tricky stuff what’s down the bottom here it’s it’s just nothing I don’t know what that is yeah I didn’t

Realize this was so deep there you go yeah so as you can see I’m on fire but it’s doing me no damage while I got that potion in effect so that was pretty awesome if you have to fight like a whole heap of gassed and whatever whatever you doing I’ll put those glass

Bottles back in there now we might take the speed 1 and we’ll actually i’ll take that empty bucket back and we’ll fill those we bought it when we for next time we come back out here we’ve got some plenty of blaze power so just take that back with me and that experiment with

The snow golems didn’t exactly work to us oh never mind we’ll head back the long way and i’ll just try out this potion of speed once we get outside the fortress so this is the original way that i came you might remember from a previous video so it’s pretty awesome

This nether fortress and I can’t wait to explore more of more sections of it that are like further across the lava sea so take this potion of or maybe I can’t drink it while the other one are there we go beautiful so now we’ve got the speed potion in effect let’s see how

Fast we can run through here oh yeah look at that that is damn fast and we’re probably going to need it too because there’s a ghast right there you don’t even have to hold down spread for this but that is awesome this is the alternate route that I made

To get out to the other fortresses as well so now the fortress is across that way and if you don’t take the minecart track you can actually just walk using this track this pathway oh yeah turbo boost so you can see that those potions are really quite effective and useful as

Well so for sure like when I eventually end up fighting the Enderdragon and that sort of stuff i’ll be taking all this stuff with me you know enchanted armor and potions and all that stuff so here we are we’re back at the portal area and you can see out there that’s where the

Minecart track goes around that way and the path goes around this other side so it’s much much quicker you might remember that it took me about half an hour to get back the first time I found the nether fortress so slow now got to really easy ways to get out there most

The time obviously I’m just going to take the minecart track so there you go guys that is some brewing of potions in the nether and a little bit of an update on what I’ve done out here in the nether hope you enjoyed this video please rate
