Click on it click on open with click Java and click OK that’s going to open up the OptiFine installer here then in the OptiFine installer what we want to do is just click install that’s it you don’t have to do anything else it’s kind of great once you click install OptiFine

Should come up and say OptiFine is successfully installed however we don’t just go over the basics here we take it a step further what if it doesn’t say it’s what if it doesn’t work it never appears give it a minute by the way sometimes it’s quicker than others but

After about a minute if this haven’t appeared well it could be one of three things one if Minecraft’s open this won’t work close out of it open up OptiFine installer again and click install two if the Minecraft launcher is open it won’t work so close out of that

As well you want to make sure the Minecraft launcher and Minecraft are both closed out and then you can install OptiFine and last but not least if you’ve never played Minecraft 1.19.4 before meaning just open it up to the main menu basically download that version close out of it and then you’ll

Be able to install OptiFine so one two make sure you’ve closed out of Minecraft launcher and Minecraft and then three make sure you’ve played Minecraft 1.19.4 before otherwise this won’t work now we go ahead and click on OK it will automatically close the OptiFine installer and you can delete OptiFine

From your desktop now we go ahead and open up Minecraft here we’ll be able to see that for us optifine’s actually automatically selected so OptiFine selected we could click play right away for you it might not be though but as you can see OptiFine it is 1.19.4 Dash

OptiFine under it that’s the correct version that’s the correct installation click Play Click play again but if you don’t have this or it’s not the 1.19.4 version come under install patience then you want to make sure modded is selected as you can see with modded unchecked

Optifine’s gone so we need to make sure that’s selected if that made it appear click Play Click play again but if you still don’t have OptiFine or the 1.19.4 version of OptiFine click new installation now we want to go ahead and name this I’m going to name it optifine1.19.4 because that’s what we’re

Installing and then we want to select the version drop down box here in this drop down box we want to select release 1.19.4 Dash OptiFine now keep in mind mine’s right up here at the top that’s great yours may not be you may need to

Scroll down away I’ve seen it be at the very very bottom of this list and all sorts of places in between so feel free to look for it luckily it kind of stands out right it’s going to be longer than other versions that are mentioned here
