Ultimate Alchemy | Episode 2 – Tinkers and RF Power!

Hello everybody and welcome back to ultimate alchemy this is episode two my name is kegov and i don’t have internet which is why my skin is steep um so my internet provider is doing some maintenance work on our network even though they said they would do it tomorrow which annoys living something

Out of me and yeah so we’re back to being regular skin colored slightly survivor on an island tone i guess and not blue as we usually are um between episode i between episodes i did a bunch i set up all these guys um which has some ironing goods some redstone some undershorts

Some tinning goods copper and goods some glass and glowstones i just pretty much automated the base resources in this pack um we take a look let’s see glowstone is just a torch at these guys a redstone we saw last episode that is just um let’s see it’s just a lever and the

Ender shard i think it’s called yes it is that’s just a piston with the ball on pickaxe and the piston is the regular recipe um yeah and copper and tin is pretty much the same as iron except it’s um right also you need to make sure it’s the

I think it’s the forestry one no it’s it’s the thermal one right so um copper thermal this guy so let’s see it’s compressed sand and Tin from thermal from the thermal mod is compressed gravel so pretty much the same as iron just gravel and sand instead of cobblestone i also changed this guy up quite a bit and it’s a monstrosity so this guy is pretty much the Well i have the i have a couple of furnaces going down here uh so i can’t click that but this is uh sand into glass this is compressed sand into the copper yes can i possibly press it yes i can this is compressed gravel into tin yeah So i got i got the cobble barrel here this is pretty much uh creating gravel which is coupled with the grinding thingy this is compressing gravel and putting it in there this guy spits out gravel into here as well so we can make sand sun is being put in here and also in

Here um and this is using the flat transfer nodes um flat transfer nodes these guys which is just an anvil on top of a transfer node so you kind of drop it and it turns into eight flat ones which is funny great recipe recipe and this is just exporting wood into the

Furnaces to have it some fuel and what is this doing yeah i’ve got this um pickaxe set up here as well as well as here so same thing sticks from the wood barrel this wood barrel is also creating coal or charcoal charcoal which is making torches

Which is making glowstone so i kind of centered this whole operation around the the pickaxe so we got the ender shards here we got the glowstone here i got the redstone in front here so i got one on each side because this auto auto output and it’s just um

I would say a safer way to go because it’s not gonna fill up the inventory pretty much just gonna keep one which is always a good thing um this uh let’s see uh where’s the stick production i had some i’m not quite sure where this is getting its sticks from

To be honest um possibly from underneath nope we will go over that in a second i have no idea where this guy is getting sticks from he’s not getting sticks it seems so that might be uh actual problem let’s see maybe throw some sticks in here

Yeah so this guy is actually not getting sticks but it is making redstone though which is quite interesting i have a lever production up here as well okay so this is probably not in use anymore also when i spawned in this episode i instantly got killed by the void for some reason

And i have no idea why um That’s very annoying okay well this guy is not in use anymore neither is this so yeah this is getting levers from up here apparently got a bunch of levers there and this is creating charcoal with the torch as i said so we have the redstone here this is

Exporting redstone into here to make the pistons this pipe is exporting iron we got the cobblestone generator there and we got the planks from here which is just a barrel and that goes in here and it’s making undershorts right so this is a mess i know it’s

Horrible to keep keep up but yeah so the places i have pipes over above ground here is pretty much exporting iron so because i don’t have a wrench i had to make a big loop here so this guy is exporting iron this one goes up and into the pickaxe thingy it also goes

Uh yeah to the other pickaxe over here and it also goes up here and into this chest as well this is just the i didn’t want well we can check this out so all of the things i’m producing like copper glass and and tin as well as over here we have

The glowstone the redstone and the ender shards all this is being exported here and goes over to the barrels so i just put this guy here to export as well it’s just so that redstone and stuff doesn’t get into this system and glowstone and undershirts and all

That stuff so it’s kind of a i would say a blocker kind of because um the system or the pipes can’t insert when there’s a transfer node as far as i know um so this is actually a pretty good solution i think so we have one pipe taking it all out over here

I mean it’s not the most beautiful but it works it works so i’m pleased okay um goals for this episode yeah i wanna i figured out i wanna rush refined storage because that’s super awesome but um refined storage uh let’s see refined uh all right we need to

Write the f refined uh the controller takes uh the silicon which is nether quartz or you can pull right sound which is super simpler so we’re gonna do that we’re gonna get a pulverizer um to get a pulverizer we need uh well the gears are pretty easy we got everything here except for

The gold the gold is let’s see um and here we need to do this in the tinker’s small tree which is an alloy of glowstone and tin glowstone slush is just melted down glowstone so a little bit of rabbit hole yes but it’s not the worst i know of in this pack so

I mean yeah you should you should see lapis it’s silly we’ll get to it anyways um we need grout and luckily they’ve changed the recipe so it only takes gravel and sand now instead of clay so let’s see do we have any spare sand over here we do not not at all

That’s kind of sad we do have some spare gravel i kind of want to set up automation for all of this as well because we kind of need a bunch um we could just do this manly menu a little um let’s see we have a bowl in here no

We have a bowl in here um let’s get like five stacks to do it i think and let’s make let’s see one stack two stack um okay and that’s uh let’s make two more make three stacks of that and two stacks of sand well we kind of need to

Make this oh right we ran out of the pickaxe no worries though we have a bunch of iron so one two three now let’s make two actually actually i don’t need to make sure this when i think about it i can just go over here and steal two of them out much easier

Um yes and put that in here and do that yes get that out and yeah sure let’s uh let’s see how much crap we get from this kind of want a little bit more we can get this going though um let’s see throw that in there i want to get more furnaces now

Let’s do that uh cobblestone please sure that’s very many but uh i’ll take it yeah let’s have a wall of furnace furnaces there that’s super nice so yeah let’s just throw stacking each not with stone please you can do grout actually i want to split this up split this up

And we’re kind of out of grout so we need to make some more so let’s do that actually i want to make some more gravel as well let’s do this let’s do this probably half a stack should be doable yeah we got some more sweets so

Grab a couple of more stacks of wood throw in a half stack there and half stack there uh yeah let’s throw in eight more and everything oh you have nothing so you can definitely go in there and take that too you have 31 31 27 you can have some more

Probably that many sure okay so we got this going um so we need to make the gold i also want to get into the resonator um because i was looking into power gen and the cool generator from uh actually editions is definitely the best way to go for early game power

And we need an iron casing which takes black warts and black quartz is uh the resonator i believe let’s see um yeah we can smell crushed black quartz and black crushed black chords are redstone in the resonator so i want to get the resonator as well resonator

Which is going to take a block of coal the resonating redstone gem and other stuff and we got all that so just get a stack of redstone stick of this guy um stack of iron need some coal hopefully we have some we don’t have some coal in there let’s grab some coal

This is going to be boring to watch so i’ll be right back i think i just found something cool out so if we have like a torch here well that’s not what i wanted to do i managed to somehow hang this redstone up i have no idea why i just saw that there

Was like a redstone hanging here and i have no idea how that how that happened nope i have no idea anyways we have the call we need now and because we need a full block of coal to make the resonator we actually got one extra because i didn’t think too far

Right it’s supposed to be nine um we need to get this guy the resonating redstone crystal and look of coal a block of charcoal is what we’ve got now we also need the the mill the manual one this guy which takes stone another one of those crystals and

Pretty much four of these guys so let’s get some wood let’s get some sticks out we need a couple of stone one two three four and need to craft this guy which means we need some planks well we need one plank like that and this needs to be polished on huh

Okay so stone bricks please so stone bricks and like that that wasn’t horrible okay so we can set this guy up here put this guy on top put some redstone in here we just need one so i’m not gonna do oh whatever we can do it well we just need one though so

I’m actually just gonna get one which is nice about this um you just have to click it once so i just click and it starts and i can like manage my inventory and stuff which is nice i actually don’t have to hold the mouse button in

I just have to be looking at it okay uh so now we can smelt one of these guys up this is almost done you can actually get the smell tray going okay so Let’s see let’s actually make the things we need first so we need the controller and we need this and this this this i think we need i wanna i want another drain and need anything else right we need the the tables so this guy and this guy basin and the costing table

And the rest we can just make into bricks i think all right so we need to tank the thing yeah we could make the these guys the faucets but i’m gonna use uh translocators and yeah that’s it so let’s get a little bit of an uh

Platform going on the other side as well this i’m gonna build as i said in the first episode i’m gonna build like uh a better platform uh well a better base i just need to get some stuff going first one more i also lost my builder’s wand and that’s annoying so gg

It’s not super important but it’s annoying and now i’m mispleased about that so let’s move that one back and let’s get out not the controller but the seared bricks one two three one two three one two three i did not mean to put that guy there but sure

I’d like to have the controller on the second layer in line of sight let’s see there’s the controller you go there and we have a tank you go there and we need a drain go there you can go there and now i really wish i had my builder’s wand

This is uh tinker’s muttery this lets us smell stuff and make alloys and stuff like that seven that’s not enough for another layer will have to do with this okay let’s get these guys out i’m gonna no I kind of want it on this side to be honest because i want to automate this with redstone like that so i’m gonna add an extra layer to the to the platform it’s not super necessary but i’ll do it anyways kind of neither one here anyways see

Like that and let’s just go one more out just nope never mind we’re not going one more out we’ll have to settle with this i can fly so it’s not that big a deal but still uh we need to get lava how do we get lava in this pack you ask it’s actually

Pretty silly so lava has this uh bucket of lava ingredients recipe um which is obsidian Coal or charcoal and a bucket so i’m actually gonna do this again i i ended up doing this like that toss you in why are you not working though i don’t know anyways um just to fill this so whenever this guy actually what no now i’m like highly confused something bugged out here

Okay yeah this machine broke apparently so let’s break that and replace it um so one of you and one of you okay something is horribly wrong here but i don’t care right now because i don’t need clothes on that much what i need is a bunch of charcoal

Because we want to make well i need eight of them because i want to make the bucket of lava ingredients i need the obsidian and the obsidian is just double compressed cobblestone Which means if i just get uh let’s see nine is so we get one two three four five six seven eight nine and that is the no the compression thing is not in here let’s see recipe recipe for this make me all the compressed goggles don’t use this

All the double compressed so i guess a seven that’s really a lot less than i was expecting whilst that is melting we can get into the cold generator which is pretty easy to create like that and all of a sudden we have power sweet uh i’m getting really cramped up here

And i really wanna i really wanna make a platform now but we have power now so we’re actually getting there let’s um let’s partially automate that as well let’s see um get some redstone and let’s see the pipe i think i lost all my pipes when i died

I have stone don’t i i think i have some stone yeah i do so let’s make some those and let’s make some of those and node this guy which needs a chest sure and if we place one there we can use an anvil which i probably lost as well probably

And it looks like it i did so we need to make another anvil so hanville missing a bunch of iron blocks three of them to be more precise doesn’t really matter if i lost it because it’s free pretty much okay we got the flat transfer notes now i want a furnace

And i want see we need two three four and we want to make that into two of these guys well actually i just need one to be completely fair okay so furnaces needs to be outported out through the bottom so we can use these flat transfer nodes

Here but we need to reverse it so we hold ctrl and we click it so now it’s red as you can see instead of green so red and green so this means whatever i put here is going to be extracted out of just break those again

So this furnace is going to be extracted out of the bottom off and we need to see i’m gonna do that again because i want the barrel on top of here like this and for some reason when i shift click stuff into my inventory or my into my toolbar uh just breaks

Let’s just get some stuff going here Look at this am i jumping why am i not being able to hold shift here uh let’s see we need pipes to here and here this is now getting wood in both and this is getting cold charcoal and this is making power whew nice okay the obsidian is probably done this

Let’s make the lava bucket bucket of lava ingredients which needs a bucket i want four of them and yes that’s okay well let’s throw that in here let’s throw that in here put that in here and one more bucket please that in here i mean i get so careless when i have so

Much uh resources to use i’m not gonna have the grout don’t care about that not that that would go away sticks can go away i don’t want the manual i’m gonna keep that keep that you can go away you can go away yeah okay that’s good and let’s just

Dump the rest into this chest i want to keep the pickaxes though and the charcoal i put it into several of them so now we have to find them that’s all of them put it in here it was really loud hold crap okay then we need tin and glowstone Right i have the barrels over here so let’s get a stack of that and a stack of that not actually sure how much i can hold in here so let’s start with the quarter stack i want to see if this actually um is one to one would be very nice if it is

10 is done uh let’s see if we get the acceleration one out of this great and we how was it shift click i thought it was shift click right click on block to speed up press equals to change speed okay uh well i’m on a norwegian keyboard so i

Don’t know what key that is ah well anyways molten gold yes that looks like only molten gold so that’s nice so it’s one to one which is very nice we can shift click this shift click this guy to make it smell faster now we just will have to wait until it’s actually

Do the thing let’s do this a bit faster that’s a bunch of glowstone slush oh and uh i forgot that we actually need that i threw that away didn’t i i did um i can just get whatever ingot from over here let’s get one of you because it doesn’t really matter

So we need something to make the cost with um i also want some redstone i had a bunch already uh and i want the translocators from in here liquids i want four of them now these guys are really cool i really like this um it’s okay so let’s

Plunk that there plunk that there and put some redstone on them and also uh plug this here plunk this here put some redstone on these guys as well and i’m gonna okay that was the wrong way i meant to do this yeah okay so you see um this guy takes it out

And this guy takes it back in so if we have one of these um yeah what’s cool about this whole setup is if we get two levers what’s cool about this setup is it can be redstone control which is why i put the redstone on so when i

Do this it’s actually gonna change to orientations just like an on off switch and it will actually take the stuff that was in there and pull it back out so press this guy and hey now it’s making the cost it’s gonna destroy the and i’m confused okay yeah okay yeah

So it’s gonna destroy the tin and it’s gonna actually export gold to make us some gold ingots um i’m gonna get a hopper we can get some iron and two pieces of wood see hopper this recipe it’s apparently disabled for some reason let’s make a chest none we need a chest anyways

Okay break this break that and uh get the hopper out put that there and this should now be automated somewhat we have still have to put it in manually but still um also i kind of want to let’s see controls uh key equals you can be left shift plus

Yeah shift plus right click i don’t care i’m gonna do that right i also have to press apply if i want to do that equals apparently not uh okay category uh wand okay so that broke apparently i assume that’s the one modifier that we want not enough ones yeah shift right click

There it is faster mode fastest mode so we can now do this make it go really fast which is super nice all right so i okay that’s why i shouldn’t do the right okay let’s fix that actually shift right click actually does something with this so let’s fix that um i want

Let’s do shift left click actually because that’s not gonna do something for this so fast mode and shift right click oh crap uh stop yeah because i accidentally grabbed that well can we smell these down again use this no we can make the reinforcement which is probably useless

Now i can make it for i can use it for tom thumbcraft i guess well that’s a waste of 10 golds but sure so yeah so we can do we can shift right click wee we’re getting so much stuff so fast so nice i kind of want to get the polarizer

Going i know we’re over time here but i want to get the pulverizer going so i want copper and i want this and i want this and probably some iron and i probably want some flint as well we have some gravel we have enough no we don’t we need a six section

I have a bunch of gravel in here that’s enough so pull the eraser and it’s everything it’s a stone gear uh which needs sticks sticks and stones i break my bones let’s see let’s do that and get this one we need two three let’s make three i’m not sure

If the tin one needs uh tin one does not need it so whatever oh we could actually okay whatever let’s just make that okay we need this guy the reception coil we need the machine frame which is missing glass we can get that missing planks we can get that

Planks is all good and making an amazing flint uh which is gravel like this and i believe i got some more gravel like that and the last thing we need is glass which we have over here so get one two three four i think i got five but uh i did but whatever

So this guy and this guy yeah it’s a pulverizer now i’m just gonna plunk it down here i’m gonna tell you to not do anything and the point of this was to actually do we have some sand we do have some sand the point of this was actually to put sand in here

And watch it go very slowly very very very slowly and hopefully yeah we got silicon which can be used to make well all the processors and the storage thingies and The m8 controller so now we need quartz and rich iron which i have no idea how to get molten silver poured over iron okay or an induction smelter with iron ingot that’s actually a better recipe does that get us get us to also the alloy kiln can i not do it in the

Regular halloween and what is silver yeah there there’s a bunch of rabbit holes here guys um allowing liquid glass and iron okay um liquid uh what was the thing quartz quartz in enriched enriched yeah okay so induction smelter or kiln is probably the way to go but guys guys

We’re way over wrapping a point and i’m still out of internet yay it’s gonna be fixed like 10 p.m this evening oh and really quick i got some water as well um there is infinite water in this pack uh and you can get it by breaking this

Ice this ice um you have to pick it up all right i lost that as well that’s kind of annoying so you have to break this pretty much temple blocks you break this blink and if you well you actually get the block and if you just uh

Use this if you just chisel it into normal ice you get you can break it to get water just place two next to each other with a block between and yeah you’ll get infinite water it’s pretty basic straightforward vanilla minecraft stuff yeah uh still very very very much over the wrapping up point

But we got a bunch done we got the we got the tinker smell three pretty much automated as well uh we got the resonator and we got actual power and a polarizer which looks awesome by the way because uh tamar re-skinned it as well as uh ami i know uh refined
