Hey what’s up everyone this is part two of my updated list of ranking all of the artifacts and minecraft dungeons from worst to best this is updated to the current meta a lot has changed especially with the recent jungle awakens dlc update that came out so this is a fully updated list if You haven’t watched part one of this video yet make sure you go do so because i went from ranking number 23 all the way to number 12. i’ll link the video in a card right up there and also in the description so that you can all Easily get to it if you would like to watch that video and let’s get into the list overtaking the number 12 spot is the wind horn which pushes enemies back after they get knocked back the amount that you knock enemies back depends on the power level of your artifact But it is a pretty substantial knockback radius and the artifact has a 10 second cooldown at first this artifact may seem underwhelming because well it pushes back enemies so what they’re just gonna come back well in reality this artifact has multiple uses it can be great for speed running if You’re trying to get through a huge pack of mobs you can activate this artifact and a gap is just going to be opened in between all of the mobs for you to enter through also if there are quick mobs chasing you like baby zombies or illagers you can knock them back really far With this artifact and then they will stop chasing you alongside these uses you could also knock enemies off of the map and just defeat them that way it is actually pretty effective on certain maps for doing just that although in some parts of dungeons this artifact won’t be performing as well As it does when it’s at its best it is still a very useful artifact that has some great utilization at number 11 we have the torment quiver this is a soul artifact so it gives you plus soul gathering and requires souls for use and it gives you three Torment arrows when activated which will be each shot every time you fire your bow and when you fire these arrows they continue traveling in a straight line damaging and pushing back any enemies that the arrow passes through and for single target damage the artifact has pretty decent damage But that really gets added up as you see the aoe come into effect the tournament quiver was recently nerfed with the jungle awakens dlc update its cooldown was increased before you could just infinitely use this artifact and now you do have some downtime in between uses But that does not take away from the fact that this artifact does have pretty high potential you can still make some pretty good builds utilizing this artifact because if you combo this artifact with a ranged weapon that has the growing enchantment on it which boosts the damage of arrows as they Travel further and further this becomes really strong and then also if you have a bow that fires multiple arrows then every time you use a torment arrow the effect will apply to all of your arrows fired it’s unfortunate that mojang decided to nerf this artifact i don’t think it was In such a good position to get nerfed there are other artifacts that are much better that did not get nerfed whatsoever so i found it pretty strange the artifact is still pretty decent though and it can be pretty good when you make a build that really utilizes this artifact’s Strengths at number 10 we have the lightning rod which is also a soul artifact so it gives you soul gathering and it requires souls for use you are able to call down lightning wherever you are targeting strikes down lightning on your targeted area after about two seconds of Charge up and this does a very large amount of damage to every mob that is in that area this artifact deals extraordinary damage but the issue is that you do have to wait a couple of seconds before the thunder actually activates and that makes it sometimes difficult to make use of this artifact Because you can just end up killing mobs before this even strikes down and another issue is that the radius is pretty small so you really can only use this on high hp mobs because if you’re going to be using this on low hp mobs you’re not really going to be getting Much out of this artifact now one thing that is great about this artifact though is you can use it while moving around and from any range you would like really it has a pretty long distance from which you can activate it and if you get used to the Play style of just using it every couple of seconds then this artifact can perform pretty well and you can utilize the high damage that it has so overall it’s a good artifact if you’re looking for ways to deal more damage to high hp mobs or if you just want a Nice source of high damage to single target enemies over your whole dungeon run since you can just use this every couple of seconds next up at number nine is the corrupted beacon which is also a soul artifact so it gives you soul gathering and it requires Souls for use and on activation of this artifact you start casting a beam which you can end at any time and this does a high amount of damage per second in fact the damage that this deals was recently buffed by 100 percent you do have to however stand on one spot when you Are using this artifact you are not able to continue using it while moving and if you stop casting there is a 2.5 second cooldown before you can use it again if you’re gonna use this artifact you need more of a specialized build for it that increases your artifact damage And then it can be more effective but even with that factor it’s not necessarily ideal because you do have to stand on one spot to use this you can’t keep moving and you do usually want to keep a pretty fast pace in minecraft dungeons so if your main damage source comes from Just standing still you are losing a lot of time in not moving around now with that being said this artifact can still do very high damage it’s great for clearing large packs of mobs this will just beam them down so quickly where you will have some issues is the high hp mobs This is not nearly as effective for high hp mobs and it’s not going to be able to chunk them down as you may think it would from looking at its damage on low health mobs so if you’re looking for a area of effect type of artifact or just source Of damage in general this is definitely what you need this is going to make you clear mobs so much quicker but for overall use when you’re not fighting these big packs of mobs and when you’re fighting high hp mobs that’s when this artifact falls off and this lack of consistency is why it Does not rank higher at number eight we have the light feather which on activation will make you roll forward and then at the end point of that roll enemies will get stunned around you in a small radius and you stun them for a very decent amount of time in fact as the power Level of the artifact increases you can end up stunning enemies for more than the cooldown of the artifact is and the cooldown is 3 seconds at the highest difficulty apocalypse 7 stuns for enemies have been reduced so this artifact is not as effective but i’m pretty sure for every Difficulty before then the stun works as normal and use sun enemies for more than the cooldown of the artifact is and this basically means that you can just keep stunning enemies that are in melee range of you permanently and not have to worry about really taking damage from them this is extremely Useful for survivability offense and also just speeding through dungeons in some cases because this does give you that roll effect the fact that this artifact is so consistent makes it amazing and that’s what puts it so high up on the standings at number seven is the ghost cloak Which on activation will give you ghost form for about two seconds which lets you move right through mobs and absorb pretty much all incoming damage i would say you gain about 90 percent damage reduction during the duration of this artifact and you also gain a decent percentage Boost to your movement speed and this artifact has a six second cooldown the ghost form effect that this artifact offers is extremely useful and you’re gonna see it in every speed running build because this just lets you run right through those packs of mobs that are blocking your way with Absolutely no problem and if you are in danger of taking some damage pretty much all of that damage gets negated and then at the same time you get a movement speed increase but it’s a percentage movement speed increase so if you stack this with other movement speed increases you gain a Lot of speed from this artifact on its own this artifact does not reach its full potential because it has a six second cooldown that makes it hard to keep it consistent but when you have cooldown enchantments as well as a piece of armor that has the cooldown perk on It you can pretty much infinitely use this artifact and that makes it very consistent and that makes this artifact extremely good for any type of speed running or just moving through a dungeon in general at number six we have the boots of swiftness which just give you a short boost to Your movement speed on use i mean this artifact just gives you a boost of speed that’s it and even though the effect seems kind of bland and not so good on paper it’s actually amazing in game because this gives you a boost to your movement speed that then stacks up with other movement Speed boosts and when they’re all combined you go really really fast i mean you’re gonna see this used a lot in the top builds because there are often sections of dungeons when there are no mobs and you just have to run until the next pack and that’s when this is so useful And it will boost your speed by a lot yes it’s true on its own this artifact can’t make a build amazing but when you have a good base build to build off of this is an excellent choice that is 100 percent worth putting in your build and it works with any build Out there and at number five this is where we have the fireworks arrow based back in before it was number 12 but as i said previously it got moved because of the new artifacts that we added in between so at this spot we have the fireworks arrow i already stated my analysis On this artifact in part one so if you do want to see my explanation for its ranking again you can head over to part one and check that out at number four we have the harvester artifact which is the last soul artifact in minecraft dungeons and this gives you soul gathering and it Requires souls for use and when activated this will release a huge explosion around you in a circular radius damaging all enemies for a substantial amount of damage and this has a 4 second cooldown this artifact has great aoe damage on use and even though it does have a 4 Second cooldown you still are able to use it very often and very consistently as well and if you do have a decent amount of soul items in your build you’ll be able to continuously activate this with no issues i mean this is just a perfect addition to a Soul build it gives you a really good amount of aoe damage in a large circle around you and it’s just so great for situations when there’s a huge pack of low hp mobs because you’ll just be able to one shot all of them and then even if there’s medium to high Hp mobs this is great because it just helps you get their health down lower and lower and the damage that it does is substantial this is a great artifact on its own it doesn’t really need much to get it going as long as you are getting some souls You are able to use this really consistently and it’s just great for an overall dungeon clear at number three we have the ironhide amulet which on activation will give you a major boost to your defense and it lasts for a pretty long amount of time with a cooldown of 25 seconds this gives You a fairly good amount of damage reduction it’s not going to give you as much as to make you and vulnerable or anything even close to that rather but it basically just feels like you put the protection enchantment on your armor and you are surviving a little bit more But that little bit of extra survival can be crucial in helping you survive because you can take one or two extra hits this is a great artifact to have because it’s really consistent you don’t need anything to get it going you can just continuously use it whenever you are in Any situation where you think you may be taking a lot of damage and it just works in so many situations it’s a good artifact on its own and that’s what makes this go really high up on the list it’s consistent and it doesn’t need anything else to make it good Overall just a great solid survivability tool that you can easily implement into any build next up at number two we have the gong of weakening on use this will weaken enemies around you in a pretty large radius and this will decrease their damage and also decrease their defense this lasts For a short to medium amount of time and it has a 20 second cooldown now the reason why this artifact is really good is because of the defense reduction that it has not so much the decrease of enemies damage i mean it can help you survive by decreasing the enemies damage But with the defense decrease this will make you defeat mobs about three times as fast you can use this on mobs and this will be very effective you’ll be able to kill mobs way quicker but where this really kicks in is on bosses against bosses you need this this is a Complete must-have now to note this is only available on apocalypse difficulty so you do have to be on the highest difficulty before you can get this but when you do finally get it you will feel a major difference in your boss fights because the amount that this weakens your enemies defense Is absolutely ludicrous and without this your boss fights will start feeling very very slow because when using this against bosses you will literally be able to kill them about three times as fast of course if you have an amazing weapon the effectiveness of this artifact will Increase even more and you can get to the point where you can pretty much defeat bosses before the duration of this artifact even runs out and also what works as well if you do have cooldown enchantments on and a cool down perk on your armor then you can use two gongs of weakening And a death cap mushroom and then essentially you can just keep up the gong of weakening effect all the time while keeping your attack speed very very high again this is a must-have you have to have this for bosses it will make clearing them so much quicker and also a lot more fun Because you just see the high damage amounts it’s a great thing to see at number one we have the death cap mushroom this increases your movement speed and the main benefit from this is that it increases your attack speed this has a long duration and a 30 second cooldown this artifact Is the best artifact in the game it increases your attack speed by just a crazy amount it can more than double the dps that you do and this is very consistent it just boosts your damage all the time and if you use two of these deathcap mushrooms Or you use the cooldown enchantments and the perk on the armor you can use one deathcap mushroom and keep it up permanently this is just a huge step up in how fast you clear dungeons and mobs and everything in the game because it increases your movement speed which stacks with other movement speed Increases as well which makes that a pretty decent buff and then that attack speed is just insane on all weapon types whether they’re slow or they’re fast this ends up increasing their attack speed by a lot if you’ve used the deathcap mushroom you know what i’m talking about when i say that this Is an overpowered artifact that is the best in the game and if you haven’t used it yet well you better get going because you are missing out so go and get yourself a death cat mushroom and have some fun with it because it is an amazing artifact anyways everybody that Was it for part two of my updated ranking of all of the artifacts in minecraft dungeons from worst to best let me know
