So So Much So hello guys how’s it going welcome to my chill stream where i’m gonna be making some minecraft skins or one minecraft skin depending on how long it takes and if someone drops me there png because i’ve only gotten one request so far hello malcolm hello pupuna

Like a ponytail in the back so i made like a i’m using two layers here which i didn’t realize when i was first making my own skin but then had to go and remake it uh i have a little bit of a peek of the lower underski under skin lower skin

Lower level here the body level and then i have the ponytail on the top layer but i wanted to have it here’s a little peek of the cheek cheeky cheek yes and this was my first time doing years years on a minecraft model but i think it’s looking

Pretty good i looked up some references and here’s their lovely lovely butterfly that they have under their head we’re matching a bit i’m thinking of doing a like a version with narrower eyes with just these four pixels here uh so they can choose which one they like better

But so far we’re going with this i think it looks really cute and i’m pretty proud of the hair and face so far we’re gonna get to the body now hello lexi i think you should try it it’s not like i i thought it would be a lot harder than it is

This site is like really good for making these minecraft skins like i i don’t know how to do i haven’t done this kind of stuff on any other platform but it was a lot of fun when i started trying it here so i think i’m gonna do

Like you can probably tell i don’t know but i just like doing stuff like this from time to time and i also draw sometimes all right i’m counting these things yes it’s good good to try new things keep your mind awake or something yeah this side is a bit laggy i think

It’s because it’s saving everything onto the onto the side as i make it so that probably makes it a bit heavy i’m just doing this i’m gonna have to leave a i think that’s enough of a gap there yes you can tell can tell what’s going on basically let me see here

Okay that’s better hello and thank you for the follow i think carvane right kakoski i don’t know why it still says help there too because i thought i changed it so i would know what the notification is for it’s looking a bit strange but we’ll see if it gets better when i Put on the top layer it’s not supposed to be like aligned or anything i’ll try putting down the like gold uh stripes that they have on their shirt but it might be a bit too much it might be a bit much what do you guys think on the other hand it kind of

Makes it more readable i think this spot doesn’t look great yeah maybe i’ll try with a bit less gold yeah it over over it gets over emphasized gold maybe not because i’ll also have to put down the blue stripes so that will be probably way too way too much stuff going on

I’m gonna make the blue stripes like this so they’re thinner uh also let me know how my um what is it left eye is doing how my left eye is doing today because it tends to kind of bug out i guess i wonder if i have to like disable

Blinking for my left eye because it’s been going crazy lately uh lately and late lately and always because i’ve only only streamed a few times all right i think that’s looking pretty okay i’m gonna hold on yeah i don’t know why why my left eye that’s that’s so much stuff

Because i’ve tried it on the like same settings as my right and stuff and it’s it doesn’t want to be normal what else i gonna do i’m gonna see if putting a bit of a highlight here maybe maybe maybe hoo-hoo the just has a lazy eye

Yes it’s it’s a bit it’s a at a bit of an angle so that’s certainly a part of the reason i think a part of it could be also the level of light here at least not that many colors there i don’t think yes because there’s not

A lot of light in my room i only have some ikea lids leds uh taped to my computer shelf so yeah it could be better But yeah my monitor i have two monitors and on the like the left side looking from me uh my model is mirrored from me uh from the la on the left side i have a like it’s really angled it’s uh pretty to the side my monitor and on the right side it’s a

Little bit angled it has to be a little bit angled ah yeah it’s it’s hard to get good lighting all right i don’t think i need um a lot of detail on this layer on the other parts i’m gonna have to actually put the build here

And this this belt reminds me of my own own model i guess you can’t see it right now i have a let me see if i can kind of whoop i have a red belt too but yeah i don’t i don’t usually have my model so so visible

I thought it disappeared for a moment but it’s just because the color is so light so similar to the background um i think i’ll actually do like a darker version of this and put it on this side so it’s easier to look at and kind of it doesn’t really matter because

These aren’t actually visible but and i’ll make like a neck peek here later this is this music isn’t what i usually listen to but it’s it’s pretty nice like you know very generic generic uh chill vibes music uh what what kinds of music do you guys usually listen to or what

Have you been lately listening to yeah this is a like a playlist from a company that has specifically made like copyright free music for twitch but we’ll see we’ll see if something terrible happens i guess i don’t know to be afraid enough probably because i haven’t been streaming for a long time

I can sometimes be too uncritical of my own own work but i think that’s looking pretty nice yeah what stuff is on boot like i don’t remember like i i have usually like spotify on on mix or something and i listen to stuff so i don’t look at what album stuff is on

When you’ve been following them for a long time like that’s i don’t have a lot of those experiences all right doesn’t matter what color this stuff is but i think it’s fun too fun to make it accurate it’s nice to nice to see anything else on this layer

For this part i don’t think so i guess i’ll make the arms for these two since they’re also also in the on the lower layer yeah i think i’m just gonna make the jacket on the outer layer i could also make the actually maybe i’ll make the sleeves on the outer layer

Here so i can have a cool effect for the slits on them because that that looks really nice i tend to hide the parts that i’m not working on because they can it’s easy to miss click and make something uh to like what is it the wrong color it’s easy to like click

Here and then there’s a spot there or something lately i’ve been really lazy about music recommendations and i’ve been relying on spotify and listening to whatever spotify offers to me wait do i have this ah that’s not the slim version do i lose something if i make it slim or no

I guess it’s fine is it like some pixels on the arms or something i guess it’s not it doesn’t affect hit so it’s fine because i think this this boy looks really slim so it’s better to have the slim model i like those uh gloves that i have only the the

Two fingers covered all right uh can you see on the image because there’s like a zoom in a bit there’s uh two fingers on this glove that would be so so uncomfortable in real life but i think it looks nice it looks cool yes these gloves lagging lagging

Alright and then to make the oh hand glider not like a one of those things that you fly in it makes sense though okay it’s not gonna be hang glide all right hang glider this is not super accurate to how the gloves would actually go but i wonder

How i should make it so that it’s you know it looks good from the front i think this might be the way hmm i guess i’ll put a stripe here i don’t know if this one will be visible but there you go and i guess i’ll make the

Top also this color although it doesn’t matter that much i wish there was like a clone clone tool in this for the so you could make the sides identical it would make it a little bit easier to work with i guess i’ll also make this this color

I don’t know how much it’s gonna show through the top sleeves though That one that one i guess i’ll do this this way around all right and that one then we’re done with the this part of the hands all right looks pretty good then i wonder if i should put the bracelets there that he has let’s see

Um i guess that looks okay i’m not gonna probably make the gold border that he has under his sleeve there so that’ll look pretty nice i guess i should actually check if they have their pronouns in the bio now all right is this the front yes then moving on to the outer layer

I really like the two layer thing that you can get on minecraft i didn’t know about that at first but then i saw a friend’s skin and they had like this um look what are they they had eyeglasses and it looked really really nice with the two two layers i’m having trouble

Matching this color i guess something like this ah move come on you can do it i guess i’ll start with this this part i don’t want to cover up too much um that’s too light but i’m gonna make a like shadow there right i have to make the darker ones

Those have a bit of purple in them so i’ll make them this kind of color there’s a lot of really pretty detail in this model that i cannot replicate replicate here that’s too bad i would like to put here the nice little string that they have here but i don’t

Know if it’s gonna mess up the visual otherwise what do you guys think i might have to also move those stripes on this layer so that they read better i really like this detail so i’d like to like to keep it but it hides a bit of the layer under it

Pretty tassel only in the center no like no string yeah maybe like that the placement of these lines is like not perfect they’re a bit lower than they than they should be maybe that’s maybe that’s okay and then they have a little badge like here ish

It’s gonna just have to be a white dot or maybe a gray dot maybe like that it’s like the combination of the colors then this is this side of the jacket but actually it’s gonna have to be the shadier color let’s do dark a little bit to the gray side and darker

I think that’s good then i’ll have a bit of a try a bit of waste definition here i don’t know about that Maybe kind of looks like there’s something going on there the sides will be this darker color as well as here under the head and here then right i was wondering if i should extend the hair down here but it’s gonna be too too far too big a leap for it

Because it can’t be connected i have it connected through the bottom of the face on my model but it doesn’t work here because he doesn’t have long long swoops It’s a lot of fun and really like chill doing this kind of stuff i really enjoy it let’s see maybe just the one shadow again maybe here maybe a little bit what a little bit less dark than these actual shadows yeah i’m not sure about that doesn’t really need to be there

Right this wait no i got confused this isn’t the sleeve it’s the jacket so there should be a shadow here and then in the back i’ll have to make the ponytail not like this so first of all the color extent to here or like it’s it goes up a bit

Basically how it should go but it shouldn’t be this low in reality it should be one at least one step higher it’s pretty high um in the actual let me see what that with the outer layer yeah this way it should be even higher let’s see you’re right about that um

Let’s see how that looks that’s a bit more like it i can’t have it exactly the right way because of the constraints of the medium but maybe like this and then i’ll just have this be a little little peekaboo um yeah that’s more more correct at least i don’t know about this here

I guess i’ll i don’t know maybe i don’t know maybe i should make those thinner this this one really bugs me i don’t know if it’s that big of a deal but uh maybe i’ll have it go this this way then i’ll ah i don’t know maybe let’s see no no i think

It’ll just have to be a little bit in imperfect yeah that’s true i have a habit of making this part too too big on the model like like i had my boobs way too low uh on my first try with my own own one and i had to fix it

Maybe i’ll put a bit of a shadow here yes then i’ll i think i want to move this stripe because i don’t like how it lands now like that it’s a bit off-center but that’s probably fine no no no no no no no yeah it was a good point malcolm Thanks for the tip where was i i was gonna make the big big old ponytail next i need this then i’ll just let it go here we can maybe a bit of swoosh i wonder if i should put a bit on the leg as well i’ll see how that looks later then I guess it doesn’t end in there let’s see i don’t know i think it’s not the most important to be 100 accurate with this kind of stuff but this i think this makes a bit too much of a swoosh at least let’s see maybe something like that a bit here maybe

I think like that’s that’s actually the way to go then something like that and oh i forgot to put this stuff here then i guess i’ll put one pixel here just so that if it kind of peaks it still connect looks like it’s connected yes um

Actually i have to also do that for the color i guess yes that’s a bit strange if you look at it like this it’s the color looks a bit strange but i don’t know if it’s a problem or not there’s a bit too much of a jump here i think so i

The head tilts in a way that exposes that part then it it won’t be cut off i’m getting there these kind of shoulders look a bit a little bit uh like buff i all but like i also have this style on my own model and i know i don’t know

Yes big lad shoulders because this is the way that to to make this like correctly the style that is on his model i’m making these ones a bit lighter although they’re not it actually did just so that they’re visible as a different element from the although i guess this stuff won’t actually

Be visible because there will be the yeah i don’t know let’s see also i might take this up color up to here i think that’s that’s going a bit too broad because this i wouldn’t describe this design as an absolute unit it’s like a compact unit you know

Actually that’s the same i thought it was black from the smaller picture but i guess this is the this color right almost got it wrong it’s so relaxing to make minecraft models i love this okay that’s correct now if you just load yeah it’s really nice to focus on something

I used to have like this really intense focus on uh doing animal crossing stuff in the in the spring when it came out it was so fun it was really good to be able to relax like that because i was working on my uh bachelor’s like bachelor’s dieses

Back then and i was really stressed about that but i had my little village that i could go back to that was really nice maybe a bit of a shadow here but i haven’t been able to get back into oh master thesis uh yeah at least there’s v-tubing

Oh i i can’t even imagine getting my master’s this is done like i started my master’s studies and then i quit my studies because it was so challenging like i have what humans would call adhd And it’s the like studying has gotten a bit challenging more and more challenging over the years for some reason so i would prefer just to work but we’ll see if i if i can get some work i’ve had some luck with freelance translations so far i’ll have to see if these stripes

Are doable or not style wise because they’re they seem a lot thicker this way than they do the way they’re on the shirt on the front so i don’t know if i’ll uh oops that’s actually not right i don’t know if i’ll do them like this or not

I could make this one longer like this yeah it is pretty pretty complex you gotta simplify things a lot when making something like this so that it doesn’t so it’s not too too hard to get a grasp of all right i think it’s better to bring this one all the way down here

It’s simpler that way it’s easier to see what’s going on maybe this way then the other arm all right this this side leg leg leg When i was starting this stream when i added firefox to the to my obs it crashed but luckily it’s not obs isn’t crashing now it’s just this side having a bit of trouble keeping up i’ll give it a bit of time to work and go look at twitter for just a bit

We’ll see if i can get the second all right it’s working again we’ll see if i can get to the second skin that skin request that i got on twitter today or no because i like to really really focus on this stuff and do it properly so it takes a while

I don’t know it took many many hours for me to do my own my own minecraft skin i think i’ll make this this color completely all right or actually i should put the band there as well yes oh there’s shadow missing there there’s too much shadow there no no no no no

Intense focus that looks about right then there’s the stripe i think hold on that spot is missing stuff i might only be able to do this one on stream but we’ll see about it okay Just the stripe and then we’ll be done i think i might put it to the front here because they don’t have to be at the same spots on both sides until they peek a bit here easily and you turn just a bit i think that’s the arms looking good

This is gonna be the least good part because the cape is gonna have to be split into two sections here all right the fans are pretty similar to this i think i’ll make them a bit less what is it saturated or something a bit more grayish something like that Right actually the belt should be up higher but i don’t know if i want to change it because then it’ll be closer to the these elements again that will be off but i might have to otherwise i think i’ll i think i’ll change that i forgot to do that because

Yeah i’ll move it i’ll move it up because i also did this on my own design made the same mistake i want to leave at least one pixel off like the pants color down here i might only move it up by one not sure because it will be touching these these

Things again if if i move it up more let’s see Maybe that’s still better i’m not sure i’ll have to move this tassel also maybe that’s better because he has wonderful long legs that i wanna let him show off move this up by one yes okay i think that’s that’s the way to go oppa i have to let this one all right no

I’m too fast this side can’t keep up with me like that i don’t know if i should have a shadow there maybe not as strong of one as that this then this thing continues down here some ways maybe maybe up to there i think i’ll make this pretty simple

Maybe like that then a bit of shadows yes it seems pretty good i’ll have to have to connect the leg to the body better yeah so the side real quick they don’t matter very much but i’ll make them basically correct this is why it takes me so long to make these models

Because i focus on the stuff that doesn’t even isn’t even visible let’s see yes that’s that’s good i like that yes it takes them takes spikes the tame takes time to craft a masterpiece then see the connection here i’ll actually make this this color generally yes i know that it’s made

Correctly there’s nothing bad hiding under underneath the jacket if he takes it off which he can’t do all right then connect this just a bit here so that there’s no incorrect colors peeking when the leg moves then this color goes here yes that’s a bit too dark for the regular

Regular shadow i think i make it more subtle here then it has like a darker part here i’m gonna emphasize it a lot but there it is i don’t know if i should like show off this or like do this part properly because i wonder if it will look like a

Diaper or something i guess it’s fine that’s pretty good yeah doesn’t look strange then do this this this i might go in and change those so because um this one at least is gonna be this color then here uh i don’t think that’s gonna look like that oh in the real one hopefully

Did i why did i put this shadow color here actually it should be the same as the it should be this color so it doesn’t show all right this this like chill lo-fi music is making me really feel like a streamer i don’t usually listen to this kind of stuff

Although i like it well enough it’s not the kind of music that i usually listen to yes gets the job done i don’t have anything against it i think it’s relaxing this is too bad that i because if there wasn’t the cold i would do the tighter part on the legs

On the lower section or the rather the inner layer i guess the body layer but because i have the coat i can’t i can’t do that or rather i could but i wanna have the coat on the outer layer so the gold and gold the coat looks good

Maybe that’s a bit too bright yeah that’s better how do you do feet maybe like that i don’t know then the dark little parts here and that’s gonna they go pretty far up how does that look i guess it’s good enough i’ll add shadows and details later to this

Which might be now let’s see i think that’s good for the inner side of the leg but the shadow won’t be as dark or will it because it might emphasize that this part is thinner if i make it kind of dark actually let’s see oh that’s not

So i talked about this on twitter but didn’t well i haven’t streamed so i’ll also say it on stream but i finally secured myself the graphics card that i want for my new computer which will be it will be built by a company um but i chose i didn’t choose the parts

Shadows for the uh on the pants also later all right that’s the shadow color i guess i’ll put it here i wonder what part i i’m actually accidentally coloring right now because something is happening here I guess this goes here hmm it’s not perfect but something maybe i should put make it like this yeah i think that’s better put a few pixels of that there should i make it here also should i i think i’ll have it a bit asymmetrical i forgot the lighter color

Like in japan and everything whenever i go somewhere i really like trying their just everyday products like fast food and bread and just really regular stuff because it’s it’s gonna be a bit different it’s a lot of fun like even in somewhere like estonia which is right next to finland and they

Have like a really similar language to us and everything it’s still different what they eat on an everyday basis and everything it’s really interesting It’s a lot like in in europe and in like finland it’s a lot easier to travel to other countries than in the us right because you have such long distances and like you would almost have to go to a different continent if you’re not going to canada

Russia norway or sweden from finland uh directly without crossing another country and if you want to go to central europe you have to either either drive through russia which is difficult because you have to get a visa or then you have to get on a boat but in like really in like

Central europe it’s so easy easy to travel because especially nowadays because of the eu uh you can you can just go to a different country and be there for a bit hmm i would like to add the scarf to this but i think it would be a bit hard
