Modee – Flying Broom (Minecraft Mage Quest | Part 38) [Witchery 1.7.10]

Good evening and welcome back to magequest I’m Modi apparatus on today’s episode we are finally finishing up our last quest in witchery so let’s get going all right so it is the middle of night right now so we’re not gonna go outside just yet but I’ll explain what we’re

Doing today we did the quest last time for magequest here and we got the house Ella Blanca initiative quest line almost done here we got the great power Quest here getting our filled chalice here and next we have taking to the skies the woman’s image is nearly completely clear

Unfortunately it is now swimming in and out of focus for what few from what few glimpses of her you have You Can Tell She’s immensely beautiful and Powerful yet somehow not quite human we hope that one more task will unveil her true identity now that you have an altered

Compatible of storing immense amounts of power it’s time you put this to use in the way that only witches know how that’s right it’s finally for you to take to the skies with your very own flying broom I’m gonna make a flying room I need to make a regular old broom

Pretty easy to craft okay so we start with a broom here we get some uh note that says save me in a reward bag interesting we also got a reward bag last time so let’s take a look and see what is in this one here we got like some money reputation now

That is interesting I think that’s our second one now the deal with oh mild Hunter’s reputation here also and what else do we get where is my other one here we had one more here oh God we’re gonna lose it and we’re gonna enroll my application let’s put these someplace safe we should

Put these on wall someplace or something so we don’t lose them um because they’re very important to keep on to we have to find our stuff here come on uh where did I put it no I can’t find it oh this is all my stuff here so the game has been updated

Now to uh version 1.1.1 I believe it is now and uh so I had to uh do a little configuring to get everything working again but I think I got it working now we were crashing for a little while there but now we’re back uh it should be okay now

Here it is lexamani reputation so we actually have this already which means that we can possibly join a secondary house here if we get enough of it so let’s take a look here quick at the initiation quests here so if we go to a house lexamani primary

Um we get rewards for acceptance here but we can go to let’s see how’s azoria there’s a one here there we go how’s leximati so if we do a manual submit we can get reputation for this and we get two more reputation for them we might be

Able to join the house here if we had enough reputation so it’s a reputation to ask we need to get to a certain amount um 10 reputation for that so I don’t know how we’re going to get that necessarily uh you can bypass the normal requirements for joining house so we

Might get to join a second house and then start a brand new quest line after that they’ll be pretty amazing if we can do it um we haven’t done these ones to the mob killer one uh I’ve been trying to stay light as far as my character goes right

Now uh would you get a mob punter um kill any monster uh what do we get for this we get light plus Monster Hunters plus let’s just do it so we’ll claim that one we’ll hold off the mob killer and then also we’ll uh possibly be joining the thumbcraft house here looks like

Um I think I don’t know exactly we’ll find out uh so now we’re working on brooms though that’s the quest of the day here but uh yeah getting that those rewards might help us out a lot I also noticed I don’t know if this is a newer now but

There’s also the Hedge maze Arsenal Quest we haven’t even started yet uh which is looks like it’s reliquery or just it’s called reliquary now uh these kind of items and that kind of thing which might be fun I’ve never really built those before so it might be kind

Of interesting to try that too um yeah so it’s almost Daybreak here we can run outside safely again here one thing I didn’t want to mention though before we get too far here is that uh I had a good idea I think it’s a good idea anyways um you’re familiar if you’ve been

Watching the series you’re familiar with the head Chrome’s mod that makes all these random YouTubers and mod makers and stuff show up everywhere not Isaac there um I’m actually gonna change things around here what I’m requesting is if you would like you can submit your Minecraft game name through a forum I’m

Gonna put in the description here it’s a Google form if you submit your name I will add you to the game list for my magequest series and you can possibly show up here and uh be part of it I can go around killing you in the evening times here

Um if you like of course the disclaimers of course if you don’t want to hear your name appearing on the series here uh then don’t put your name in the thing here I’m not going to add anybody that doesn’t want to be added kind of thing

So just keep that in mind we’re gonna take our eyes quick here maybe get another Isaac head possible I think we’re gonna get in there with our looting sword here once we get them down far enough too all right so now we got to deal with him

Like this I think oh I want to take care of his body first I think just in case his body is just gonna be kind of a nuisance his head’s gonna be a bigger nuisance but let’s take care of the body first and now we can get the head foreign

Get ahead oh well so let’s go over and see well I guess we don’t have to go over there and so we could just take a look and see what uh is required for uh a broom so let’s go broom and to make a regular broom requires Hawthorne snap legs and some

Sticks so we have Hawthorne saplings I’m sure over here uh did I not oh these aren’t breaking because of the uh the tree here for my for my building is stopping it from Breaking All the Way that should do the trick maybe not we’ll see what happens we’ll clear it out later

My place is getting crowded in here so I had to uh add some more storage up there Hawthorne saplings three of them that’s exactly how much we need do we have these planted someplace let’s make sure they’re planted if they’re planted I’ll use these ones up I’m sure they are

This is Hawthorne tree Alder Rowan Rowan Rowan Rowan we might have to plant one of these and then grow it so we don’t uh run out of Hawthorne saplings here all right we can always use more wood so let’s grow a couple of these here we’ll cut one down

And then we’ll get some more saplings so we can uh not waste the last Apple because that’s always tedious to go make more mutandis just to get more saplings down the road here oops and and we’ll bone meal it there we go kind of a nice looking tree

Actually what does the wood look oh it’s white wood this might be cool to use maybe I should replace some of the wood in my building here with witchery wood instead might be more fitting uh Hawthorne planks look white also that’s kind of interesting man I like it

All right so let’s see if we can get a a uh sampling out of this here I don’t know if a loser gonna despawn so there’s one just need one more okay we got two more wow okay I forgot that’s enough that’s plenty so we got six now okay now we can safely

Make it without actually wasting our last couple here take care of these These are bothering me as well uh okay let’s see if we have any sticks in here well we have some wood we can use I don’t want to waste this nice uh Rowan wood though or Hawthorne would rather

So let’s make some sticks and we’ll make a regular broom and we got our first regular broom okay so now we just grab it and fly right that’s the deal let’s go take a look at the next part of the quest here uh see so part one is completed best now drink

This flying ointment okay so this is gonna be another complicated task I’m sure let’s go take a look and see what flying ointment requires uh flying ointment is requires Redstone soup which we made last time very difficult to make requires a lot of things we don’t have feathers wool of

Bat push of swiftness which we can make I’m sure diamond and Belladonna flower so the Redstone soup again is the big problem and ridiculous drop of luck is the big problem there requires a bunch of power from our altar which we should have by now uh some cure the goddess

Which we might not have mutants extremists we think we do and we might be able to do this actually let’s take a look yeah we have once here the goddess we have our Mandrake we have our that we have this we might have everything we need let’s take one more look at this

Here quick and see do we get everything here Belladonna flower which we don’t have a tug of dog which we do have so the only thing holding us back here is the Belladonna flower we should have planted some of those shoot we have seeds Belladonna see it’s awesome so let’s go

Plant some of these maybe you can grow them quick with uh some uh some bone meal let’s plant a couple here did I already plant some ah here we go awesome let’s plant some more because we’ll definitely need these in the future here for more witchery stuff Redstone soup is

Something that’s uh nice to to it’s a high level crafting recipe actually in this and as far as this goes here so as you can see because it makes some of the the cooler stuff in the game here we’ll have bat is something we don’t have yet let’s grab that we need a

Tongue of dog we already have that actually we need more Belladonna a feather okay and what else do we need a swiftness potion how do we make that Redstone plus swiftness swiftness is Sugar Plus awkward potion okay cool so in a diamond we can find that outside

So we’ll have to make some sugar then make and make some potions with a classic classic potion making here so first of all let’s make this uh this thing here with the um all this here make sure we have everything set up correctly for this the Redstone soup and the drop of luck

A drop of luck is the first step here Another War to something we don’t have in our inventory just yet Andrew tan is extremists so we need the nutanix extremists tear the goddess uh and now we just need another warts which I have in here

Please I do where it is I saw it last second all right so let’s go take this over to here and make sure we have enough power in the altar Alters is 577 and we got our ring set up here from before still but we don’t have a we don’t have a uh

Bucket anymore it’s one of the things I lost so what would happen was that when this this uh mod pack updated to 1.1 or whatever it is now I was on 1.0.4 before and uh it did delete one of the mods or actually one of the mods got updated to

2.0 which is the uh beggins’s mod and that was what I was using to store all my extra stuff it updated to 2.0 now I can’t find any more Baggins is there’s there’s just the void bag is all I can find in here still I don’t know what happened to their bags

Um I’m looking through the mods here and I go back and says and it’s only one item available so I don’t know if they just took the other items out of the game or if something’s bugged with my particular version here so let’s look into that

Um and see if it’s supposed to be like that or if it’s not uh okay now we got the water buckets let’s grab some water here and go to put it into our pot nope not from there oh no not like that either don’t break my stuff please

Now we need to put a block down now to get rid of this oh God come on seriously don’t break my uh that’s what I get for making water I guess I don’t know I think that was that was a gosh that’s better aim

There we go we have to maybe fix this so that it’s uh not so hard to accidentally click there um let’s make some more uh chalk then I guess man never any crosses here so we need the red shock we need the white Chuck wherever it might be let’s go redo this here

With the whites like this okay and then we need the red like this there all right so we got that done now we can make our thing here actually so we go Mandrake oh don’t throw that in there jeez another wart uh we need the tear of the goddess we need

Oh I’m not gonna remember it it is the mutantis extremists no first little thing else first here right come on come back here fly ing ointment refined evil and then you tandas and let it do its thing here awesome it’s working has enough power going from the altar

Probably plant more trees around here so we can make sure it has enough power because I’m sure we could boost it more than this right now maybe this time’s four I’m sure we can do better than that uh let’s see here now um we have this we can make this now in

The kettle uh we just need to make sure we have the mandrake root still and we’ll grab I should take these I keep going over here so I should probably take those out keep trying to sneak through there I can’t jump more magic roots and that should do it

So a tongue of dog nope not tongue of dog we don’t need that yet we need no we didn’t sound the dog Never mind take the back tongue of dog Belladonna ton of dog drop of luck and wolf bat and Redstone tongue of Doug wall of bats drop of luck Belladonna

And we need one thing of redstone not gonna have it to run all the way back over here for it that’s right we’ll grab it quick here and uh grab a couple of them now that I’m gonna make more than one right now but uh we’ll just go for it

So head back here now so yeah make sure you’re uh taking a look at the the uh form on Google Docs and see if uh it’s something you want to do we need more than one water in there I don’t think we need more than one okay I think it’s good okay okay

And this there it is and now we need bottles shoot I need one bottle uh I’m not gonna have any over here am I seriously not a single bottle nope haven’t moved anything over here yet so let’s go back here and get a bottle I think

So yeah if you want if you want to possibly show up in the game here make sure you’re putting your your uh in-game name in Minecraft into that little uh form I felt made made in a Google Docs here and then um yeah we’ll see what happens I haven’t actually tested it out

Yet I just put um my wife in so far as one of the characters so uh we’ll see what happens if she actually shows up or not um hopefully it works though it’s really cool it might be a fun way of uh playing through the game here because I don’t

Need to see random YouTubers I could see people who actually subscribe to me would be kind of fun so now we need to put the kettle with the feather we need to make the potion of swiftness here and doesn’t need to be level two this would be eight it says eight minutes so

I think we have to do the eight minute version um so we need a sugar cane and we’ll need our uh awkward potions wherever those went I had some at some point here yeah because I have this here where do you think I’m gonna put those

If I didn’t don’t fast still uh water breathing no not quite a water well I have potions on me I can make another one here too let’s make three swiftest potions as long as we’re making them last we’ll make it right so we’ll make a bunch of

These potions here and then yeah we can go trolling around at night to see if I can uh collect any of you guys out there might be kind of fun so we’ll do this and do I have another uh other words yes I do all right so

For this it says it needs an eight minute potion which is the swiftest potions plus a redstone which is just the Sugar Plus the outward potion so it’s gonna take another minute here while we get this all brewed up here let’s turn this into sugar there’s a way to do this faster

But uh you know what can’t can’t rush it Rush a good thing sometimes gotta wait it out all right there’s that part of it then we’ll do the awkward potion into a swiftness potion and then we’ll use our Redstone here to turn it into the final form

And anything else we want to get rid of while we’re here let’s drop off some of this stuff oh we need this feather and yeah that’s good so this is ready to go and then we’ll do the bonus to it just to make sure it needs to be I don’t

Think it needs to be uh anything too special there but we’ll see I might need to be the eight minute one we’ll grab one of our 37 diamonds now 36. we got some gold sitting around here too if I’ll take care of that soon and this should do it so this will be

Eight minute potions we’ll have a couple swiftness potions on top of that too so we can run around real quick real quick like all right so we have that and we need the Belladonna which we have we need the diamond which we have the feather which we have the Redstone soup

Which we have and that should and will of bat where’s that oh we will still do that right yeah we need a little bad and that’ll be back over at the the camp here at the witchery camp Camp Witchery wool of bats seven of them not too bad

Okay so now we can take this over to the kettle and Brew it up here we go so let’s throw in you or when you throw in you you and you did we throw in the world of bat yet no we didn’t throw in the wall of bat

And there it is we got it and we don’t have another bottle oh my God did I leave some over here please tell me I left some over here of course not of course not all right let’s go back over here ah all right um bottles just take them all with me

Just carry them with me jeez okay to have nice things kid have quick things at least nice things debatable quick things nope never me so we got one flying ointment bit and that should satisfy the Last Quest here now we get the Nimbus 3000 Enchanted broom finally need to enchant the broom

With flying ointment and the ritual of infusion I can find this book in my circle magic book must perform at night oh we’re running out of time here to get this done tonight here let’s get it done quickly here um so we need our book our Circle magic

Book here to get the ritual of infusion gonna be very quickly what this about this tonight still uh Circle magic there it is let’s look through this for the infusion ritual ritual of infusion oh man there’s so many things here come on summoning confusion it’s white uh it requires two power um

Broom flying ointment okay so virtual infusion we just needs two of these uh white circles so we’ll take out the red circle out of there then and three thousand power okay we need to be quick about this uh let’s make sure we have the we’re running out of chalk here okay we do

This we can do this now if we use a broom somebody told if I use a broom I can break these things quickly let’s see if it works oh it works okay cool this will save us some time then so it needs a what does it say it needed it needs is a

A seven by seven eleven by eleven oh man okay so that’s the one we have right now on the outside and then the further one back so it’s the big one on the back here so it’s like this it’s like this that right make sure it’s five

Across the top and two down so is that two Gap then no it looks like it’s one Gap let’s try it that doesn’t look right to me I know this is oh this this circle isn’t right that’s the problem all right let’s fix it quick this one isn’t right that’s the problem

I wonder if we were not getting the full benefit of our uh confusion before I wonder so it’s seven by seven and eleven by eleven okay let’s break this one then we’re gonna break them all hopefully we’ll run out of shocks that’ll be the worst thing in the world

All right so we gotta start we gotta start fresh here so let’s screw it up and we’re running out of time so we’ll be quick about it okay so looking at the Circle here quick it is um three It’s gotta be like right here there we go like this

Okay that’s the one and then the next one is five so and then it goes Bam Bam family fan there we go we got it together oh we’re gonna run out of chalk just at the end here we’re gonna barely make it into the station

Oh man if we didn’t ever do it before I probably would have made it we did it oh with one chalk left oh the Chuck just broke at the end there that’s amazing okay so now we need to remove this put that out put back a block in there

And grab our gold chalk for the uh the heart to sigil or whatever it’s called gold truck and just any kind of block dirt block will do throw this in there put this in there and do it quickly we can do this we can get this done tonight still we gotta

Race Against Time but we’re gonna make it we’re gonna make it to be close all right hard sigil and then throw in the broom throw in the flying ointment right click it there we go does it work it worked oh we did it okay great and it didn’t

Run out of time or anything like that and now we got the Nimbus 3000 we can clean the reward oh yeah one more the world is your oyster mandated time with our houses coming to a close I must admit I underestimated you you have proved yourself worthy to might know my true

Not quite done this does make two though it looks like uh so right we’re quite done with witchery just yet the world is our oyster is the Last Quest we need to do but for now let’s try our Enchanted broom so let’s hop on it

And uh away we go oh man this is amazing can we switch like this I look ridiculous but uh yeah works for me so let’s do this yes awesome I’m flying on a broom I need my witch’s hat and stuff on it’s actually a fast way of traveling

Now that I’m trying it let’s go this way we go down it’s not a very easy way of traveling but it’s a fast way of traveling it’s kind of like it’s like a boat it’s like a boat that could fly up and down so he’s kind of aim where you want to go

Press forward to go there so it works just like the boats do actually line up oh man this is this is freedom man this is freedom it is fast and it is great so I think this is the fastest method of travel um by flight you can get it’s not the

Most controllable but it’s definitely the fastest so I think that’s gonna do it for this episode of Mage Quest I’ll be back to that one very soon we’ll finish up witchery next time I didn’t know there was a final quest here but we’ll uh do that up and then maybe we’ll
