My Top 5 Mage Weapons in Terraria 1.4!!

So damn random and it makes things so fun so if you happen to find a traveling merchant who isn’t a worthless sack of ass and is carrying around a zapinator in stock definitely get it like even if it’s just to play around with holy hell these things are fun

This brings us to our theoretical number four next weapon which has nothing to do with the previous one the diamond staff this is honestly exactly what i was initially going for in my mage playthrough world but i ended up with emerald which i’m honestly not too mad about but the thing is

This thing does absolutely good damn work especially against the eater of worlds or the brain of cthulhu this weapon made the list for two reasons one it’s super easy to get all you gotta do is find the gems in the order to make it two ultra turbo satisfying against bosses like previously stated

Man speaking of ultra turbo satisfying the water bolt is so amazing to use especially with the right setup in closed and confined spaces you can absolutely demolish most pre-hard mode bosses this is even a really great weapon to use against the wall flush itself if you get the water bolts bouncing right

I missed the days when you could just stroll in the dungeon and grab one of these like he didn’t have to try and fight bones mcgee or anything good times good times up next let’s talk about the zapinator’s mentally stable older brother the space gun this one fires in a straight line and

Doesn’t fly everywhere or spaz out so it’s rather consistent what i really like about it is the elite mages get from using a staff to this and it is just such a fun mage weapon and i love that and i love that it’s a gun but it isn’t

For rangers needless to say this one is also satisfying it really does not take much for me to enjoy a weapon if you haven’t noticed it just has to make fun noises and make boss killing fun make some big warm asmr this last pretty hard mode weapon though this one isn’t a

Super satisfying boss layer no no it is satisfying on its own accord all those demons that constantly torment you while you’re building a hell bridge or exploring around in hell shooting those annoying purple demon sighs at you they could get a big juicy steaming bowl of their own

Medicine when one of them has too much to drink drops his demon size spell tone you damn bull yeah yeah how does it feel you rat bastards yeah you can hit me for 135 damage when you hit me with the spell but i promise you i’ll do 20 damage when i hit

I love this weapon but words can’t express my hatred for grinding for it i seem to only get it when i’m on a melee run grinding for flair on so i can’t really use it except for like maybe once or twice for fun against a shark or squid but if

You’re all decked out in mage gear this thing is a complete force to be reckoned with and can even make the moon lord into some delicious calamari speaking of end game items the nebula arcana made this list for one reason and one reason only is because i absolutely slept on it for so
