Netherite Axe Enchantment Guide (Best Axe in Minecraft)

Hello everybody welcome back to the channel my name is ActiveE and I hope you’re having a wonderful day so we are here with another enchantment guide moving along the list here we have the nether right axe and all of its enchantments below on my hotbar so we’re

Gonna be talking about how to enchanting nether IAC’s and what the best enchantments are for it but before we get to that I would like to ask you guys to please wash your hands after this video it helps you out and helps others out to around you so yeah please do that

After this video all right so first I need to show you guys how to craft another right axe if you do not know before we get into the enchantments so we’ll head over there now okay we are at our super secret crafting site here and we have all the ingredients for this

Nether right axe so first thing you’re gonna want to do is make a nether right ingot so go to the crafting table scroll over or whatever and you’re gonna need the for gold and for another right scraps in my inventory as you can see right here to create one nether write

Ingot if you want to see how its crafted there’s the crafting recipe on screen now alright so now we have a nether right ingot you can move over along to the smithing table along with your diamond axe and you’re gonna throw both of these in here and yeah see you have a

Nether right axe now so that is how you create another right axe now that we know how to do that we can move along and start and chant in this baby alright so there are eight enchantments 14 at the right axe and I would split them up into two different categories one of

Them being like a PvP style axe and then the other one being like the regular axe you would think of in Minecraft so first off we’re gonna go over the first enchantment here and it is bane of anthropods five and actually we’re gonna go over the next two with it smite five

And sharpness five so as I was saying before you could actually PvP with your axe and put on one of these enchantments really quickly bane of arthropods 5 does increase damage to spiders and silverfish smite 5 does increase damage to undead mobs like skeletons and zombies and sharpens 5 just gives an

Increase in damage overall so if you were building a PvP type axe I would definitely recommend one of these probably sharpens 5 is your best bet or maybe my 5 definitely not being of arthropods 5 but I do not think that you should really be pvping with your axe

When you have a sword with you so I’m much rather making a like a more efficient axe to cut wood down and stuff like that in a survival world which we’ll be moving on in a second here so I’m just going to throw these three into

The bin right here because we will not be using any of these it’s definitely possible that you could use those in your final axe but I don’t think it’s the best kind of a waste of levels in my opinion because you have your sword already all right moving along to the

Next set of enchantments here we have mending one which we’re going to throw on right now I think amending has been on every piece of the enchantment go ahead so far and if you don’t know what it does basically it takes XP and makes it into durability for your weapon of

Choice whatever you have the mending on so for instance say I kill a zombie it drops the XP and I grab it and then it goes into my axe right here so I don’t lose their ability the next enchantment on the list is actually unbreaking 3

Right here kind of a similar thing about durability here I’m breaking 3 actually has a chance for the axe to not use durability at all so basically is you’re gonna add your axe is gonna last a lot longer with unbreaking 3 on it alright so right now we have unbreaking 3 and mending

Another right act it’s looking good so far and now we’re gonna throw on another no-brainer it’s right here in my inventory below we’ll get it out here efficiency 5 so efficiency 5 I’m pretty sure everyone knows that this is basically lets you mine blocks faster for example I’m taking down the tree

Right there it’s obviously made a lot faster with efficiency 5 making the axe more efficient I guess you can say so yeah that’s where the name comes from no-brainer there an axe with efficiency is definitely the way to go yeah we’ll talk about the pickaxe later cuz that

Also has efficiency and the shovel actually by the way so moving along here let’s move on to the final two enchantments which are actually mutually exclusive just like the other three we learned about in the first part of this enchantment guide and it’s actually fortune 3 and silk touch 1 so you could

Go either way here on this it’s a basically preference here I think there is a better choice in my opinion but I wouldn’t be mad if someone thrown the other one I’m gonna go with fortune 3 basically what fortune does and increases your chance of a dropped item

And the amount of that dropped item for example if you had fortune 3 on a pickaxe and you were mining coal instead of just getting one coal you would get maybe 2 maybe 3 coal yeah so something like that for an axe silk touch if you

Don’t know what it does basically if you mine a block instead of breaking the leaf for example when you break it it disappears if you have soaked touch on it it’ll actually get the leaf block so why did not why didn’t I throw on silk touch basically I usually have a silk

Touch pick on me at all times not at all times but whenever I need it so I feel like fortune 3 would definitely be better for your axe yeah so we’re gonna throw this book in here these are all the enchantments we did not use but we are wrapping up
