Netherite Madness in Hardcore Minecraft | Ep 2

Hello everyone my name is skiwi and welcome to Hardcore Minecraft we in today’s episode I’m going to get full netherite gear make two Farms to get unlimited rockets and make a ton of new builds now one of my goals for this world is to make everything feel

Connected and alive and one way to do that is to show where all the resources come from so I want to start out by building a mangrove Outpost to show where all the mangrove wood is collected and I’m going to be building this Mangrove Outpost right over here but

First I’m going to need some resources so let’s grab some of these and I’m definitely going to need some of this and you can never go wrong with some Spruce oh and some of these could be fun all right I collected a couple more materials and that should probably be

All I need so let’s get to building um unfortunately the replay file for this build got corrupted so I’ll just show you guys the end product all right the main structure is now in place but it’s still very Bland so let’s just grab some of these detailing blocks that I brought

With me and let’s go do some detailing now I’m thinking since this is the mangrove Outpost where all the mangrove wood will be collected we should have a couple piles just with some Mangrove wood under these little tarps right here and we can have a couple of rails just

To kind of hold hold this together maybe and maybe we can build some more storage here on the back side as well or something like this and I was thinking at the front maybe I could put down some Little Flower Pots let’s see can I put

This in here yes let’s do bamboo in the big pot and a small pot with this Mangrove sapling and I can place down some of these oh some of these clusters right here let’s add a little bit more of a like magical mystical element to this build now in this section let’s put

A little Brewing area with some Nether wart and a couple of plants right here I’m currently doing some work on the interior of the build but I just want to take one moment because it is currently day 100 which is our first little milestone in this hardcore world all

Right guys I just finished up the build and it’s looking pretty good as you can see we got a couple of details here on the outside and along the back as well and I also did a full interior it’s not very detailed we got a couple of fun things

Got some food storage right here nice uh nice ax hanging right here so the guy who lives here can just grab his axe and chop down some trees and right here we got a little bedroom an armor stand bed very basic not much and then up here we

Got two different sections with some more storage so right here we just got some wood that’s already been worked on a little bit and then on the other side we just got a couple of barrels and some chests and stuff like that and with that it’s time to head back home and start

Working on the next project that next project is going to be a creeper Farm because my rocket Supply is uh yeah not looking good right now I also want to get full netherite in this episode so having a creeper Farm is going to be

Pretty nice to get a lot of TNT now this Farm is going to require quite a few resources so let’s go collect all of those I’m going to need over 33 stacks of cobblestone so I’m going to be mining here for for a while all right guys I

Mined out this whole area right here and then also this little bit and I’m pretty sure I got enough Stone now all right I just collected every single block I’m going to need for this farm and as you can see it’s a lot so let’s grab everything and head over to the spot

Where I’m going to build the farm all right now I’m going to build the farm on this tiny little island here and it’s about 1,500 blocks away from my base so it won’t be an eyesore with that said let’s get to Building all right guys the farm is done so let’s just take this scaffolding down and let’s go AFK for a bit to see how well it works all right my timer just went off I AFK for 20 minutes so let’s turn the farm off right here and let’s

See how much gunpowder we got all right so apparently we get some spider spawns as well we have a little bit of string that’s totally fine okay so let’s see how much gunpowder we have all right so this is 379 gunpowder in 20 minutes which means

If I do that times three I get over 1,00 gunpowder per hour that’s not too bad actually I’m just going to take this little bit of gunpowder home because I still have some other stuff to do before I’m going to go to the nether so now that we have an unlimited gunpowder

Supply it’s time to make a sugarcane farm so I can have unlimited Rockets but this time I don’t just want to build an ugly farm so I’m going to build a little house around it but first I have to flatten out this terrain a little bit All right now this terrain looks a lot better and I also laid out the framework of the little building that I’m going to make but let’s go underground to build the Farm All right the farm is done look at this it’s not the most efficient design the inside is also not you know not the prettiest but I decided to just give it a little bit of decoration instead of just having like stone and granite all around but yeah as you can see these two

Chests are now empty so I’m going to build a little house above and then after we’re done we can see how much sugarcane we got now I just want this to be a very simple basic little Farmhouse so I’m not going to be using a bunch of

Colorful materials so I’m just going to be using some Cobblestone and maybe for this part I can use some Spruce and then maybe instead of going for the stone on this section oh okay great let’s just cover this up up like it never happened yeah so as I

Was saying maybe we can just use some Oak and some stripped oak logs for this part you can just strip all this down and that’s looking pretty nice then for this section just going to put on a basic slab roof with some trap doors on top and some trap doors right here and

For this bigger section I’m just going to use some stairs I’ll just use screws as an outline and for the inside I’ll just use some deep slate stairs and let’s add some windows right here with some trap doors and we can just put some grass in front of it with a couple

Of jungle trap doors surrounding it and of course we can’t forget the door that is looking like a pretty cute little build right there now we just have to decorate the inside and maybe surround it with some Farmland all right and we’re done as you can see I built three

Different types of Farmland we have some wheat some potatoes and and some carrots and this is looking pretty nice and of course I did a little interior for this house as well so we just have a little bit of storage with some mini blocks I traded from a Wandering Trader and now

For the moment of truth let’s see how much sugarcane we got in this time have a little bit over a stack in this one and a little bit under a stack so we have a little bit over two stacks in total now I know that’s not a lot but

We’re going to be working around this area a lot so this thing is just always going to be running in the background so now that I have unlimited Rockets it’s time to upgrade my gear to netherite now I don’t just want to upgrade this set I

Want to get one extra full set of netherite gear and on top of that three more pickaxes and shovels because those are the two tools that I use the most so it’s going to be nice to have a couple extra now I just afked at the creeper

Farm for a couple hours so I have a bunch of gunpowder right here and I also have a shulker box that’s almost full of sand so let’s craft some TNT all right I still have some Gunpowder but I’m out of sand I currently have six stacks of TNT

Now if my calculations are correct I’m going to need a stack and 40 ancient debris so let’s see if this is going to be enough to get me that but first let’s Brew up some fire resistance potions this should probably last me long enough all right I think this is

All I’m going to need so let’s head into the nether let’s just mine down right here along the chunk border and I’m going to go all the way down to to Y level 12 now from here we just mine in a straight line for a little bit we place

Some TNT and let’s see if we can find some ancient debris and there we go we got two veins of ancient debris and this is exactly the reason reason why you mine on the chunk borders cuz you can only get one vein of ancient debris per chunk so if

You mine on the chunk borders you get more chance of getting ancient debris now I’m just going to keep doing this for a little bit and I’ll check in with you guys later all right guys I only need nine more pieces of ancient debris

And I only have 20 TNT left now I switch to a way more efficient strategy usually I do this with beds but it works with TNT as well and it’s so much more efficient than just placing a bunch of TNT in a straight line all right I’m

Down to my last two pieces of TNT I still need nine ancient debris so yeah probably not probably not going to get nine uh on this one but let’s see if we can at least get one vein right here and nope we get nothing so I’m just

Going to have to mine the last n by hand just like this so let’s see how long that takes oh my God I finally got it you guys don’t want to know how long this took look at this 23,000 Netherrack mind finally I’m done let’s get home oh I’m finally back home

So now it’s time to smelt all of this ancient debris and I have one extra so let’s just put that in here let’s grab some gold as well now let’s craft all of this into netherite ingots there we go 26 netherite ingots look at that can’t even fit them in my inventory now

There’s still one more thing we need to do because we still need a smithing template so let’s go raid a Bastion all right we found a Bastion now we just have to find some chests I’m pretty sure yes there’s one down there now as long as we don’t stumble upon any brutes we

Should be fine oh there’s a chest here as well let’s see okay we do get a Diamond Tool which is nice so let’s see if I can get to this chest down here think I’m just going to go down and then P her up and then make a little platform

So I don’t get shot off that guy should be dead all right let’s quickly check the chest we get an ancient debris but nothing else that we can use now I know there’s a chest there as well so let’s just quickly block off these paths and let’s see what we get a

Netherite scrap okay I’ll take it and another iron block but still no upgrade template let’s see if I can find some more chests oh I just found a different section of the Bastion and I see some more chests so let’s see if we can finally get lucky we get more golden

Carrots which is nice cuz I ran out of food and overall just a bunch more loot but still no upgrade template all right let’s look for a different Bastion there we go we got another one so let’s put on my chest plate just to be safe let’s see

There’s one chest down there see and there’s another one right here okay and we are getting a lot more netherite but still no template all right looks like we have four more chests right here this one doesn’t have a template I need neither does this one maybe on the other

Side let’s kill this brute first cuz he’s kind of scaring me there we go yes there we go we got two and I’m being attacked right let’s block this off right here oh and we get a soul speed book as well I’ll take that and

Ooh we get an armor trim as well that’s so cool all right I think that is all I need so let’s head home before I die all right now all I need to do is duplicate these templates and I’m pretty sure it’s like this yes and I need 26 of them so

Let’s see if I have enough for that I might not have enough yeah we have 23 right now 24 I need I still need two more but we can worry about those two later cuz right now I only need to upgrade this set of gear let’s upgrade the helmet like

Leggings boots chest plate there we go full netherite armor and let’s upgrade the tools as well and boom there we go look at that that’s beautiful now we still have to get a bunch more enchanted diamond gear as backups but I’m not just going to mine diamonds and enchant them myself no

That’s boring I’m going to be raiding some end cities so let’s go to the end there there we go we found our first city now my primary goal here is to just get the loot out of the chests but of course it’s always nice to get a couple

Extra Sher shells oh there we go I already get some diamonds and we get an armor trim nice now there’s another big tower here that should have some good loot now this is what I’m talking about all these diamond tools and armor are going to come to very good use and the

City has a ship as well so let’s go get a spare there we go and I prepared a little bit so I brought an enchanted book with me so I could put Unbreaking 3 and Mining on this right away boom so now we have a spare elytra

Now I’m probably going to be doing this for a couple hours so I’ll check in with you guys later okay this has to be the smallest city I’ve have ever seen it’s not even a sitting it’s just one one building what never seen a city this small before o watch

This oh that was so smooth honestly I’m just the most skilled Minecraft player in existence there’s no denying it all right now I just want to kind of guide you guys through exactly how I go about raiding these cities is when I approach a city I just look for all the structures that

Have chests so I know of course that the ship has a chest so I always just raid those first let’s see this one has some pretty good loot a good pickaxe bunch of diamonds not bad then after the ship I can immediately see that this one has a chest cuz all the

Towers that have like like a thick Tower and this little structure on top those ones always have two chests as you can see those are the ones with a bunch of shers on the side so you can just fly in from the top take all the loot and get

Out and then the other structures that also always have chests are these little three layer tall structures you can just mine in from the top loot the chest and go on to the next one now these three tall structures look pretty similar to these ones but as you can see this one

Is only Too Tall which means it doesn’t have a chest yeah this is just a really easy and fast way to rate these cities for gear all right I got all my loot sorted and I’ll just show you what I got first of all look at all of these

Elytras that is so many this is just like some random good stuff I got got a bunch of suer shells got a lot of armor trims as well which is really cool and I also got a bunch of good stuff in here but now these are all the tools and

Armor that I got I kind of sorted them out so as you can see this one’s full of shovels I kind of sorted the good ones this bottom row and all the other ones I probably won’t use we got pickaxes swords got some good armor right here

But yeah let’s just take all of this stuff home and let’s start combining it all right so I’ve set up a little area in this village where I’m going to be enchanting and combining all this loot that I got and to get levels I just mine

A bunch of wood and I have five Fletcher villagers right here that I could just trade sticks with now this is a very long and tedious process so I’ll just show you at the end what I got all right guys I’m finally done and oh my God it’s

Almost day 200 100 but look at what I got let’s first take a look at this one I got whole Diamond Armor All Enchanted this one has curse of Vanishing that’s fine cuz you know if you die in hardcore it doesn’t matter if your pants are

Going to be gone or not you can see all this is Enchanted and then right here you got two hes one with Fortune one with silk touch got an extra Axe and then three more silk touch diamond pickaxes and silk touch diamond shovel now it’s time to upgrade all of this

Diamond gear to netherite so let’s grab some of these smithing templates and all of her gear and let’s go and of course we got to end it with the Hose boom serious dedication look at this inventory wow that is stacked so now that I have all this gear I think it’s time I do one last build for this episode so let’s start Gathering some [Applause] blocks uh so I just accidentally killed a Pillager and now I have bad Omen so I think I’m going to do a raid I’ve been wanting to do that for a little bit anyway since I really want some totems so why not now I’m pretty sure there’s a

Village like, 1500 blocks that way so let’s just go over there and do the raid all right the village is over there and there’s actually a Pillager Outpost right next to it I didn’t even know that all let’s go in sorry villagers it has to be Done There we go we got four totems not too bad now with these extra totems that makes a perfect Sher box after that raid I went and collected the last of the blocks I’d need for my build and I did a tiny bit of terraforming as well right

For this build I want to make a blacksmith but before I can do it I still have to wait for some of this copper to age so first I’m just going to make the farm that’s going to go under this build well it’s not really going to

Be a farm but under this building I want to make a super smelter so let’s just make that right now while I wait for this copper to Aid All right I just finished building the super smelter and I collected all my coal and I also mine a bit of sand so let’s just load up the fuel into here I’m pretty sure and then let’s just take nine stacks of sand and see how long it

Takes to smelt this up so we can just go ahead and load that into this mine cart right here okay this is very weird cuz it looks like some of these furnaces are being loaded up with coal but the other ones aren’t all right I fixed the

Problem so let’s start it up and see how long it takes okay I don’t really know how but I seem to be missing one glass I’m pretty sure I put in exactly nine Stacks so I don’t really know why this is happening but it it’s good enough for me it’ll work now

That this is done let’s go build a Blacksmith and there it is a beautiful little blacksmith building and I didn’t do a full interior yet but I just did this lower section right here and eventually I’ll probably also do a couple of rooms up here but for now I think this is totally fine and then as you can see

Down here we have the super smelter which is going to be awesome and I know everything feels a little bit disconnected right now but don’t worry we’ll be fixing that in future but this is all I’ve got time for in today’s episode as this took me over
