“NEW HOUSE” | Diamond Dimensions Modded Survival #9 | Minecraft

[Applause] Hey everyone dam here from the Diamond minecart and welcome back to the diamond dimensions mod pack Survival this is episode 9 and we are currently here back at home where we ended the last episode but it is looking a lot different probably because there’s nothing here anymore

So you know what that means yes we finally got a new house going on so there hasn’t been a survival episode in quite a while as per the usual upload rate and this is the very reason for that I’ve been busy building away at a new house which it’s finally close to

Completion you might be able to see a little preview on the map there and I asked you all to kind of suggest things that I wanted to do as the build for this new house and I have chosen well the one that was like the unanimous vote

Was to make a tree house and I’ve kind of done that so we’re gonna do is dispose of this later on I’ll probably just I either want to burn it down just because it’ll be epic or take the wood because this new house took a hell load

Of wood ok absolute crap load so we’re gonna do is move over here and I have made somewhat of a tree house but I’ve made a normal house as well so when we turn this corner you will see our permanent residents for the rest of this

Series and here it is oh my god I fell down the hole one anticlimax here it is here is the the house slash tree house so over on the right there we’ve got kind of like a tree house structure in the jungle biome and over here we’ve got

My house I’ve built so this is all done purely in survival I’ve got loads of stuff just scattered around in here the bricks took ages to make so I didn’t kind of make it all the way around there and as you can see I’m jumping really high right now but that’s because I’ve

Got run at the fan guide on here as you can see in the top left there Ronna allows you to jump high and not take full damage so that is why I’m able to jump really really high and it has aided me so much in the building process so

I’m going to jump up here and as you can see I would like to kind of make the bricks go all the way along here but I got a bit lazy and it was taking forever just to get all of these bricks down so yeah I’ve made this it looks really cool

It kind of blends into the atmosphere really well I decided to make out wood in the end because we haven’t got too much issue with fires around here hopefully anyway this hope that’s not a thing and let’s go inside so up here I want to kind of extend this a bit more

But I wanted to have like a patch where we can have loads of cue BOTS going along we want a farm as well because the coup BOTS can automate your farm for you which is really awesome so we’re going to be doing today hopefully and also finishing off

Some of the insight because I haven’t finished the inside because it will feature a new mod which is the jammy furniture mod which we haven’t used yet so I definitely want to try that out and show you guys how it works and the stuff you can build it and stuff and this is

The inside so far I’ve already slept here somewhere spawn is now here we’ve got a crafting table down here we’ve got a valuables chest which contains all the valuables from before we’ve gotten charmin tables of books we’ve got the watchers book which is pretty random and

I want to put an item frame just because the fam guide all our diamonds we found last time and lots of stuff and over here we’ve got some furnaces chock to the brim with coal we’ve got some tools like our old stuff that we don’t really need that much we’ve got some building

Materials in here and a random button that a keeper creating by accident and then we’ve got a random stuff chests with stuff like seeds and leaves vines and saplings and stuff like that we’ve also got double doors at the back here which go out onto this amazing looking

Little oasis here which looks really sweet so I wanted to kind of make that a feature and we’ve got our unlimited water source here for our farm later on so yeah that is the house let me just take you round the upstairs as well there is an upstairs right now I just

Made like a little house just to store stuff and sleep and then you got the glass up there you’ve got really nice looking roof and then we’ve got the upstairs if we go up here you can actually climb up the tree outside as well we’ve got our little kind of

Balcony area I wanted to kind of make it a feature of the house but just ended up being like an extension of the house so if we go over here we can just walk over here if we really want to but there’s nothing over here

And then if we walk over here we’ve got a really nice-looking deck kind of bit so what I want to do here it’s kind of have our crafting table and furnace in case you just want to smell stuff up here and I’ve got it kind of made into a

Roof with these leaves that took ages to do to make sure that they didn’t die and then um yeah looks really awesome out here I quite like it I’m quite pleased of how it came out I’m not the best builder in the world at all I just kind

Of not something together which I think came out ok so what I want to do around here this is a bit this unfinished is I want to keep the enchanting area over here but I haven’t made that yet because I need some more books so I need sugar

Canes books and enough to make bookshelves that’s why I haven’t done that yet because we do have the enchanting table from downstairs I’ve got this kind of that feature in the middle it’s just like the big jungle wood tree and yeah just this is like a general store

Area shilling area and all that cool stuff so what we’ve got in this mod pack if I go along here is the jammie furniture mod so the cherry furniture mod features stuff like chimneys we’ve got loads of stuff in here we’ve got baths roofing coffee tables rubbish bins

Cookers so much stuff in here that I wanted to kind of create in this episode rather than a fill it the house right now so that’s what I’m gonna do for the start of the episode and then we can get to start investigating some cube pots so

What we’re gonna do is see what the table and chairs require so what you’re gonna need is three normal planks and two sticks I’m sure I’m pretty sure we can manage that so let’s go over to the crafting table here get some sticks and it’ll look like this I believe so here

We go we’ve got a chair guys we’ve got a chair I don’t know if you can sit on it or anything but where should we place this I guess we could have like a like a little view out here but actually this would put them upstairs so we can have

Like a little sit-down area because that’d look really sweet right on the balcony here so what we’re gonna do is put the chair here and it’s the wrong way around and oh my god I can sit on it this is beautiful look at this oh wow so

I’m liking that I’m like oh wow well that was a bit close that was very close can I get back I want to get over this way please no god dammit that’s going to be an issue so um we’re not gonna sit on it anyway so there’s a tack this down

Pick it up and put it around the right way and we’ll have our little chairs we have a chair here I’m gonna make a table as well as heal we make a little table that will require some more sticks and small planks so they’re really easy to

Make and I had so much wood here to create all of the house and stuff I think the wood just kind of made it blend into the atmosphere bit more I had to go like all the way over there just because I didn’t want to disrupt the the

Environment we were in so I didn’t want to chop down some massive jungle trees around here because that would just that would kind of mess with the atmosphere I believe so yeah really awesome I’m liking it I’m liking it a lot so we’ve got a table coming in my god tables in

Minecraft what’s going on so here’s our table I don’t know if I’m gonna make another chair yet because I have no one online on my world yet forever alone but anyway let’s just make the single chair and I think we can put stuff on this

Table as well so what can we put on this table I think I might make a plant pot to put on there for later on but there we go jammie furniture has begun but what I do want to create is kind of like kitchen area downstairs and down here

Because that would look so sweet so let’s see what kitchen stuff we’ve got a cooker requires iron and a furnace we’ve definitely got enough for that a freezer requires snow we haven’t got that a fridge requires a light bottle habit there we go no that’s that’s fine

We’ve got washing machines I’m not I don’t know why you’d want a washing machine just look cool of course we need some like cupboards and stuff cupboards require lots of wood and iron so we’ve got definitely enough so I’m gonna grab a cooker which requires a furnace and

Some iron so if I take out this and get rid of this we should be able to use that for the cooker and it’s getting dark as well so we want to get an embed before the zombies and stuff come and when what was it it was like this and a

Furnace in the middle there we go we got a cooker oh my god this is beautiful so where we gonna put the cooker or I’ve kind of misplaced these chests I just kind of put them down for temporary means because um yeah the the space is

Kind of tired I didn’t really plan it out that much I want to keep the valuables chest here just because but I might change it to like kitchen cupboards or something but yeah we need to place the cooker but first we’re going to take a nap

And what we also want to do is get some Q BOTS going with a farm so I might do that later because we’re kind of running low on food all I have is apples I don’t have any animals nearby which is really really dampening my chances of getting

Decent food and this is my last Apple what a sad sad day this is so we need to choose where to put the cooker I’m gonna put it here for now and then we could have like some a fridge in the corner and stuff like that’s it it comes the

Cooker all down that looks beautiful look at that you can’t actually cook stuff in this as well so let’s take let’s actually test this out what have we got to cook I don’t think we actually have anything to cook which is a bit unfortunate but we are sure we had some

Somewhere this is building this is tools maybe in random stuff I don’t know we’ve got a flesh I don’t know if we can’t cook flesh can we we’ve got wheat so we got some bread I don’t know if we’ve got anything in the chests up here when I

Move the chest downstairs so we need some food up in here hold down so we better get this farm started first we’ve built our cooker and we want to test it out god dammit want to test out our cooker it looks really nice I like it I

Like it a lot so we’re gonna need to make a hoe I’ll damn we need to make a hoe so let’s um get our hoe in here don’t make a ho there we go and we need to plan out where we want our farm to go

And then we need to make some cube arts to kind of keep the farm going so this is search cube butt so the cube BOTS are the ones that help I like the collectors because they will collect stuff up we’ve got a chicken bringer which is called

Gone or finer a minder the an teleport is really cool as well we’ve got tamers grasses there we go there’s the farmer so the farmer will help us out a lot which will be awesome I’m the farmer will actually pick up stuff plant stuff and all that good stuff as well so we

Need a chest especially for the cue BOTS so it’s lucky that I’ve got one in here just going to munch on this Apple and I need to grab some water as well just to make sure that we’ve got stuff growing I’ve got a lot of bones just to make the

Process a little bit quicker so let’s grab some of our water down here got some pet squids because because you know we’ve got squids squids are so awful so yeah that is it for now and we’ve got to go and get some farming materials so what have we actually got to plant I

Don’t know we’ve got lots of melon seeds which is good we’ve only got one normal seed and some radish seeds and pumpkin seeds we’re actually good to go how have we only got like one wheat seed though that’s pretty bad says punch some grass

Just so we can map out our area and try and get some seeds I mean how have we not even got that many seeds that’s so bad and we’re not getting any from these Eva it’s not giving us anything nothing at all just punch all these we got Oh they it’s

Because it’s giving us radish seeds that’s why we need to make use of that one seed because it’s gonna be really useful for us and hopefully we get some from when we farm our first kind of bit because otherwise that would be really bad Dessie it’s finally okay we’re not we’re

Not all out of seeds so we got two seeds and now we can actually start making our farming area but where do we want that to be I guess that’s this place are over here so I’m going to need a little bit of a on my spades about to run out yeah beautiful

So let’s just dig along here I don’t make a massive one just yet I just want to test out how the cubox are gonna work so let’s put some water in here need to grab some more buckets full so I really like this runner this run is one of my

Favourite fan guides can you just jump around and be all Jolly and Merry and not take full damage which is the main thing especially when we’re dealing with treehouses because yeah that’s gonna be something I am going to do so let’s pick up all the water just for later we’ve got our hole

Ready we need some more fences probably I’m not sure how many I’ve got this have a look I’ve got no fences but I’ve got plenty of sticks so let’s shove those back in there got plenty of sticks and this farming area is looking pretty nice oh it’s going to

Look pretty nice I don’t even started it yet my god so this needs to be here still and then I can use this as my infinite water source which is sweet so what we’re gonna do is a farm farm farm farm and then we’re gonna have this bit

Here and then we’re gonna have what should we do what should we do just have it one more along and then yeah that sounds good that sounds good ah no no the shovel is outs it’s out of here let’s just – all up and then we can have

Some more areas around here let me just get the water but don’t there you go pick this up put that down why didn’t that work I guess has to be a square oh well we need some more water guys we need some more water so I’m really enjoying the series right now

Especially because we finally got this decent house built but from that that sheds that we had built earlier that was so bad but yeah well how did you see what happened there we stacked the buckets and they turned from a full bucket into an empty one not sure how

That works but you know what I really like about in being in the jungle biome as well is all the vines make it look really atmospheric the environment is really nice so yeah we’re gonna get some cubox on in a second I just need to dig

This last I know I don’t only see you hold this bit up we can actually have some oh no I didn’t want that but anyway let’s just do that on some hoeing around here hose around here hose everywhere and I put that in the wrong place I

Realized I realized right so we’re gonna do now I guess I could fence this area off I don’t really want all of that farming area so I don’t know what to do what should I do to put some dirt on top of it I don’t want this bit there we go

I don’t want this bit in the corner here I know it will make like more like efficient crops but I don’t really want that much I’ve got some seeds I can plant down already so let’s put those in the middle we also want some melon seeds

And our radish seeds I’m not even sure what radishes will do for us to be honest so let’s take these let’s take these and these what those ones melon seeds pumpkin and radish we got melons and pumpkins as well sweet so I might need some more farming areas actually but what I want

Mainly use this for is testing out the cube BOTS and what they actually do when they’re farming so we’re gonna have to I’m gonna have to quickly research a little bit about them so I can get them to work properly first time so I don’t look like an idiot so um yeah we’re

Gonna have to research that quickly but after I planted all these beautiful things we’re gonna have pumpkins this side melons this side and we’ll hopefully get some food going from them which all be awesome so we need some more seeds actually is there any more

Grass we can punch to see if we can get some just to fill up that thing’s a bit a bit OCD but you know I need it all even and stuff like that so here’s the grass come on give me give me some seeds give me some seed yo-yo seeds seeds

Seeds come on okay any radish seeds which I didn’t want come on just give me the normal seeds please please okay let’s give up because that’s not gonna work and I it’s looking nice I think it’s looking good and well it came out better than I thought it would actually

So that’s why I’m sounding quite impressed with myself so the others that are like season builders they’re probably like if that is so bad I could do so much better than that but in the end I did kind of get lazy that window does look a bit weird right now I should

Have used glass panes but what you’re gonna do so yeah cue box up next that’s gonna be sweet so I’m gonna go into this house just tap out for a second to research what the how to make the farming BOTS work and I’ll be back in a second and

We’re back so I’ve researched what we need and I think we’re going to need some fences first off just a fence off kind of like our garden area because I don’t because cue BOTS can die which is um really sad I don’t want that to

Happen one issue in my face is I don’t know if they take melons they might just take just the normal seeds which could be an issue but hey there’s not too much we can do about that oh my god that water’s not full it’s not full guys and

I don’t think they trampled crops either like we do which we probably will end up doing so we’re gonna grab some what was I going to do fences that’s why I was gonna do I need to remember how to make them first off there we go I’m going to

Make some of them so let’s just grab these and do the magic minecraft trick and just take all of these because we’ve got a lot of wood on us so we’re gonna corner off some garden basically we’re gonna have a little yard out the front as you Americans would say because there’s been

A lot of the comment where they’re called like leaf lady kind of people around here so yeah they can get in the way so I’m gonna do is just make like an area around here that’s I’m gonna need so much more sticks my gut so that’s a

Make some more sticks and we’ll go back and make some there we go that should be that should be more than enough for the defense that we need this is just big temporary it might not look the best right now but yeah it’s what we need

So yeah this fence this off and get some Q box on the go so the farmer will actually gather a plant and use bone meal as well so that is awesome he can actually bone meal a path stuff which is really useful actually I think that’s a

Really nice feature and I love the cubits they’re really really cute and if you haven’t seen my mod review on it check it out there are some new BOTS I don’t think the farmer was even in the one that I did there’s a whole new load

Of updates which is cool and yeah the queue bots are gonna be automating our farming our food and whatever else they can automate I think they can bring animals as well so I want to kind of do that too because animals are really scarce around here get out of here trees

So we want to kind of sort that out and for now this is the farming area so I’m just going to make the fences round here I’m gonna be one short why there’s attack this one down and this is gonna be oh I want to make a fence gate

Actually just for that so let’s do one of those I remember how to make one of those there we go two on each side – oh my god there we go I’m usually pretty bad at remembering that recipe but the amount of times I’ve forgotten it means that

I’ve started to remember it if that even makes sense so we’re gonna need is a fence gate round the other side so it’s put a fence here actually that’s just put the fence gate here because that makes a little bit of sense and then we need a chest for the Q BOTS

To work with which can be through I guess I need to make some more fences god dammit I need to I need more space up in here so this is kind of laborious sorry for that guys but yeah you could probably use to that in the series right

Now but we’re gonna make just a little bit of an outward bit so that you can get some chests up in here so we just need a bit of a chest so that the Q BOTS can gather their stuff cuz you kind of make a chest marker which marks where

The Q box can take stuff from I’m going to take out this fence gate now take out this fence here and here and then we can put the fence gate in here so what we’re gonna need oh my god as if I just did that what is going on

Come on minecraft come on so I need to make some bread now sleep and then we can start with some cue BOTS is beautiful I’ve been waiting for this day in my survival since the beginning since I even included them in my mod pack and I’m definitely looking forward

To it so here we go it’s cubot day everybody everybody rejoices q what day well first it’s bread day cuz I need to make some of that so let’s grab the three wheat we need to make some bread and grab the bread munch it and see what

A recipe for the Q BOTS is so let’s go Q BOTS here we go a normal cubot requires a Power Core to iron in gets a bucket arm I got a bucket of lava so I’m gonna have to go down and get some lava so we’re gonna need is redstone diamond Q

Piece and iron so it definitely got all that we can make at least that so come on come on let’s grab some the beautiful diamonds that we’ve got and some redstone up can make sir Maki but heads up in here walk some come power calls

A Q Bar and I think we I don’t know how long I’ve been going on this episode for so I might have to end the episode after creating the first Q Bar and seeing how it farms and stuff like that I’m actually gonna give it some bone meal

Just to test it out and oh my god run is pretty annoying in small jumping situations but yeah let’s um get to the top and I’ll see you there hello doggie so we made it to the top why you why have you been hurt have you been you’ve been jumping off ledges

Ain’t good so how to make a key but again I forgotten we need a cue bot we need a Power Core lava there we go I can I can remember that so we need power core lava redstone and oh my god we’re making our first key but I’ve done it

Wrong how have I done it wrong why we don’t need the sweet key bought away that’s amazing so we need to make it into a farmer now so we just need a wooden hoe or actually we can make like an iron hoe but this just give it the

One that we’ve got so what do we need as well we need a piece of redstone that’s fine nice no way I’m going on us haha so many fails in one episode god dammit I am really not not with it so here we go alright needs to be a full one god damn

It picky picky picky game where is the rest of the wood they’re made into sticks let’s just make it from this wood here so I don’t think I’m gonna need oak wood any time soon so more sticks and we’re able to make ourselves an iron hoe

Because what happens is you can use a wooden hoe but the cubot will only get the efficiency of a wooden hoe and then it’ll start losing health and dying and we don’t want that why are you not working I just got an axe oh my I give up

Talking and playing at the same time never works out well for me so that was a waste of that was a waste of ions there we go ho goddamn it no ho cubot redstone why are you not working does it actually have to be a wooden ho for real

I’m time I go some more flippin sticks now because I messed up right this gravities does it have to be a wooden hoe seriously because that’s not very good oh look time to farm time to farm everyone with a wooden home so let’s grab come on it’s

Don’t think we have any but we might have some string because there’s a lot of string from those spiders no string whatsoever however I do know where some sheep are so let’s go and get some shears where my shears they should be in the tools chest duck so let’s go share

Some sheep and we should be good to go I say that I said that so many times glad I am so bad I can’t believe it and my inventory is full let’s just shove the bone rail in here oh my god this is the best thing about Ronna though you

Can actually travel really far really quickly so that’s really nice and I’m sure there’s some sheep over here if not I’m gonna have to cut it out again to go and find some more materials come on sheeps show your face show us your face I’m not gonna kill you

Here we go I’m not gonna kill you zap there we go thank you thank you there’s a test if we can make it with just plain wool I’ll thank God for that there we go and we can actually make a chest marker here as well now go for

Chest markers that’s even better so not too much of a fail but I do need some food still and so that sheep should grow its stuff back which is good and we need to make a farm as well that’s another thing and why is the Sun setting Sun

Setting on my parade so let’s go through here and actually put down the chest marker so this is like the chest marker which means the cubox will pretty much just go to this chest for whatever they need and here is my cue ball farmer how’s it going dude go on do your magic

Sir I don’t know what he’s gonna do he’s taking the bone meal but I’m not sure if he’s going to actually do stuff right he’s sitting right now now he’s not so let’s go go on oh damn looking work go on no no I’ll come on get down from
