to the first time I’ve actually bothered publicly live streaming because I am lazy and that that’s why I haven’t done any other time i’ I’ve actually tried twice before this And I was like I’m just going to leave this as unlisted because you know I don’t know um I’m currently loaded up in Minecraft with the um the mod that I’m I was using oh next here he was supposed to join the call earlier um I’ve got the Mod loaded up that I’ve been working on which is pretty awesome if I just say so myself and uh yeah I don’t know I I feel like I should just go live for no particular reason so in case you missed the last video on the on the mod uh these are three new Guys added oh [ __ ] um these are three new guys that added to Minecraft because um I put out that Community post a while back and I was like yeah how’s how’s this going to go and um people voted for the stall Titan and also what was his little brother riplet they voted for These guys and honestly I’m kind of happy they won because these guys are kind of awesome they also let me add another thing to Minecraft which was this I’m going to skip this song cuz I don’t like it um this weapon here which does quite a Bit of damage if it this it’s like 18 which is what nine Health it only has nine durability so it’s pretty much you know one use and you’re pretty much done with it after that uh so yeah anyways I figured I could either add something new to Minecraft today or um Screw around a bit inside of the actual mod so yeah muted on the wrong app okay um oh yeah I should probably talk through some of the other features that added in the most recent this song’s [ __ ] weird to um in the combat section apart from inside of the new video obviously Everyone saw the um well if you have watched it the hunter reel and stick that had the um the cleft pod and the hunter reel those were I I like these features um I really like the cter Pod and how it works ignoring one Us online Of on land of course if I find an ocean go there for a sec I um I this took me quite a while to code to be honest with you but I I do like how these work underwat you can move up and down slowly like dive underneath and Yeah they’re pretty much just really fast underwater boats but the uh the other feature that I added to them was that way when they die where’s the ingredients St there it is when they die they um they drop this thing called a cleft tood scoot like you know how baby Turtles do in the normal game except baby potatoes obviously they drop when they grow up but uh yeah so they can be used to C this the CL pod shell which they’re nothing special they’re literally just armor they don’t actually give you a um special buff like the normal turtle Shell does because you know there’s already a turtle shell for that but yeah you’ve got a second pair of armor which I added as well as in the first the first sets of armor they added to the game which was there it is the uh the void shell armor which I I haven’t Really talked that much about the actual features of the mod aside from some of the different things that I’ve added with the um actual mod but yeah this is the this is the void shell void scal M armor or something like that which is dropped by the void Yeah the void ball which I added in the very first modding episode that I did so pretty much when you uh when you kill the void ball You Know It uh drops the the the void husk which you can use to um make this armor And uh I figured the armor would be a bit stronger than netherite actually I think it’s about the sameish but the uh the really Nifty thing that added to it was though it made um you have slow falling when you wear it I’m just going To pause second um made it so you can have slow falling when you’re wearing it because I figured that would be a good thing to have in the end especially when traveling between between islands and one of the other things I added in the Um to do with the end is these um other animals which are flying they’re called starfish and well I mean for obvious reasons cuz they’re fish and they fly and they live in the end so you can find both of those mobs out in the outer end Islands I’d go show you I can’t bother um and if you go there then you can get this stuff which is um just the normal starish drop and conveniently I made it so it adds levitations so say you collected a bunch of the um starfish items like from killing Starfish and you also was wearing this full set of armor it’s actually a pretty nifty way to get between end Island and end Island without using h of Ender Pearls it’s great in the terms that you have to kill a whole hip of starfish because you know starfish are just not Like easy to um kill they’re just they’re really small when they fly off and you have to use a bow to be able to kill them because they’re just too fast to be able to build up to but um what that oh yeah right um if if say You were to collect enough you could use them to travel between the islands but I just um the slow falling on the armor is obviously lasts forever unlike the turtle shell cuz it it’s so hard to get these these void balls I I reckon they have 200 maybe 300 health or something Like that they have a [ __ ] load of Health bit like the warden um and they do they’re doing Absol a lad of damage right set to surv Quick this is with their full set of armor on they’re doing a heart and a half I think if I take off the Armor yep there you go [ __ ] but yeah yeah you get the point they do like a solid 18 18 damage what is this I think it was 18 damage so that’s n healths which is you know fa bit anyways if you have any um ideas Anyone in chat has any ideas of what we want to make today I am happy to hear them because I don’t really have any otherwise I have to come with something on the spot I have to open up Microsoft Paint like design it or Something so yeah um I did I did have an ideas board someone someone while ago said not a while ago it’s like two days ago someone a while um two days ago said I should add a hostile can of beans not sure who said that but um they Did say that and I I would add that but it’s not going to go on this mod if I had my jlabs which is what I do to when I’m just adding random features like the goose boss from the last episode if I had that open then I would but I’ve only Got my um normal J um J’s mobs mod open so I can’t add that right now I should probably open a block Ben so we can actually make the model of it and umt no uh let me get a new model up in blockbench give me a second you’ll have To wait like a bait like You place it down and then it just cracks like the starfish and then uh it has like a duration it lasts for like a while and then it just Fades away that’s something like that yeah there’s two options with that I could use an item um That you hold out like with cows and stuff obviously that’s got that code in it I think B oh yeah other I was going to say otherwise Bays like go towards their block I could use similar code to that possibly oh um uh I think both of those would work yeah Prett Nice um I probably won’t do that I’ll probably have to do that off stream because which is a a pretty common idea inside a lot of mob uh Mobs Mods but you Know um pretty much is like oh yeah make a big floaty purple blob so that’s I’m kind of com with it’ll work kind of looks like a horseshoe crab like have you seen those yeah yeah yeah I know what those are yeah they’re a bit similar to the thing I was looking at Which is a troby which is what I was looking at earlier oh troby oh yeah I think those are pretty sick um yeah so interesting if I was thinking if I combine like the idea earli that um I don’t know if you saw the jellyfish Thing I was drawing but um if I slap like a big inflatable thing up on top and then have like the um little Trail but thing underneath it’s like a um almost like a blimp you sit on top of the um big thing that would honestly be Kind of funny I I think it’d be funny too um finish drawing this I can get started on modeling it yeah um I think I think that’d be pretty cool like um like a blimp way or what if you have like the the jellyfish and then there’s like a Bucket under under like a hot air balloon that was that was another thing I was thinking I don’t know how you would include a trii but yeah that’s that’s a that’s an idea yeah um the other problem with like um a um a bucket is like I Don’t know why a mob would be carrying bucket unless like there’s like a way I could if I like an actual bucket on the mob like a saddle and the end and honestly desperately needs a revamp because like it does I mean it like we we’ve had nether revamp and the overworlds just been getting everything caves and cliffs and stuff like there are all already like so many mobs like You know better end mod that one a curse for yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I was in that yeah like there’s so many good Concepts we just need them in the game yeah it’s like um it’s just nothing it’s just ch plants and cities Ender and that’s about It it needs more vegetation like an entry or something yeah cuz I I don’t know about you but when I think of the end I think like kind of like the ocean like um cob reefs and all that kind of stuff oh I never thought about it like That yeah oh that that’s actually a pretty good idea yeah it’s like um I don’t not necessarily like coral Coral but like like an alien type Coral because I like think alien oceans it’s like okay wait like I’m thinking way too hard but like what if the end it’s just Like uh like like you know how in water you can it’s kind of like it kind of feels like zero gravity I don’t know if that makes sense like you could like swim in space into end like you could just you could you could like kind of Swim from Island to island that would actually be really cool honestly like like if they had like a potion or something like that they would just like let you like harness the zero the rest of the stuff happens it’s like better levitation better levitation it’s yeah Yeah yeah like if they like revamp some of the movement mechanics when it come to like even like if you had like a lro on where you’re using levitation and you could just like swim in the air it would go really well I don’t know if you can like make Something like that but like these were that’s such a good idea my in what you can do like I mean actually I’ve never really like seen anybody do anything really big with it But like again I haven’t seen anyone use it in quite a long time saw some YouTuber just like cool no I I used to watch a lot of YouTubers who described how you could do like animation and stuff like you know The 3D models and everything yeah I can do stuff like modding and like 3dr creation is just so bizarre like you can do so much stuff with it it’s you can it’s kind of crazy um there’s all these like uh that’s why I kind of love Minecraft there’s like Just so much stuff you can do that because it’s a Sandbox game yeah it’s like even in the like the Basse game mine is pretty crazy but like the second you step out of that with like coding in that uh no I didn’t buy the courses by The way um it’s the frd ones online um yeah cuz I’m poor uh yeah no cuz like once you open like um Java coding and that kind of stuff in um Minecraft it’s like crazy you can do so much more there like color all that in make sure that’s all colored in and then hide that again open this back up cover that up that’s already all good there fill That in there as well and if that’s all good then that one’s all good all I reckon that’s what it so do you want to do the do the balloon or should we do the body first for painting I reckon I might do the balloon be honest with You balloon would work quite nice I don’t I said that to the blue I think the way the way I’m going to do it I’m going to I can texture the balloon similar to the Frog Light let me add a reference image um Frog Light hope yep there it Is open that up add to this project now we got a reference image let’s go that’s awesome all right um this song’s quite going crazy so Frog Light texture style start off with like almost aay less saturated outside like that that color there let’s just do a like mirror the painting Go to the edges give it a little external little external bit so it’s like a little frame around the outside of the balloon holding it all in so it doesn’t burst I should a helium to the game so you can bre it in and sounds funny all right did that paint on both Sides yes it did that’s awesome all right there like that there we go cool sorry I don’t know if I muted myself and I clear my throat then I’m pretty sure I did but I couldn’t be certain um all right if I put that along there and then there nope too high too Much a nice little outline going along the edge of the balloon Co add a little B cool all right Reon that’s all right for an outline and then I’m just going to work our way into like being slowly brighter and lighter not not not quite like that There we go that’s better that’s better color I do it like that then it should make a slow gradient into towards the middle and obviously later on I’ll make it so it’s less um trans it’s more transparent so you can actually see through it I I might have to do write an Actual like separate code file for that afterwards because there’s a good chance that the way that um transparent textes work in microft isn’t the way that I’m hoping it’s going to work but I can’t say for certain so we’re going to have to find out later on when we actually Put it in the game if we get to that point tonight hope we do but I might get tired and bored how’s the gaming going I ain’t gaming man I’m doing a shitty little creature and hoping for the best and hoping people don’t get mad at me for Making a creature of an absolute Abomination cuz I’m hoping this is what the [ __ ] had in mind when he first said end flying thing but I work if I was to do it as like two separate entities I Think and then the top entity dies but like they always spawn as a jocky that that might be possible I um it’s it’s good good good possibility I have to do that off stream as well because that will take a while to code in or I might actually not be able to do That because I’m not smart enough but I can I can try that at some point but let’s try and get this done first so I can finish painting that’s a good idea I I do agree cool if I start moving that towards being lighter in the middle I tried making my entity Transparent uh but it R I just used the texture though yeah um I think there’s something called a fat renderer which I might be able to use to make transparent I can’t remember if there’s any transparent mobs in the game I used um I used the F renderer to make the starfish Glow in the dark so oh um I might be able to use it like that successfully I’m not going to be 100% on that but it’s a chance so um that side bottom oh I already did the bottom wait what no I didn’t comes down to it I will retexture the um Dark pink on the outside of the balloon to make it more it’s better look for the moment it’s a bit intrusive I think all right that’s cool I think oh add one more layer of bright pink yeah that’s good that’s good that’s good all right and then on the sides And there we go that’s pretty much the balloon done so that should be cool that’s good enough let’s have a look at the oh I forgot the back hold on all right there we go balloon’s done that’s that’s actually looking not too bad on the let me unhide all this stuff So everyone can see it pause music for a second that’s not looking too bad actually kind of look like it’s like a glowing balloon I think I matched the GL pretty well that’s decent that’s decent um I might recol the that real quick that to Colors what’s that that’s too Much there go that’s better cool the uh the balloon’s done that’s that’s a nice texture I can hide that that part for now and I guess I move on to the body yeah do you want you want to have like um glowing eyes or anything like that like a specific color for the Eyes like the in the means uh like the um on the void B for example I made it so it’s like um white um I can have like yellow white any color like the eyes glow or whatever yeah yeah um probably white yeah white I was I was thinking that I Already got the purple on the body I put the eyes like that that’s pretty good cool that’s good enough for the um for the body should do do you want me to make it um on the void b um let me open the void B so everyone can See void there we go there it is on the void B the back plates are like um they’re kind of scaly like armadillo type thing um do you want to to texture that or would you like a like a um what kind of texture you want for the actual like body of It yeah probably like the armadillo yeah that sounds good to me then I can copy and paste the pet there it goes the pallet I use that color there to outline it all right um Outside The Edge on the edge there go of a gill pattern like this dark look All right let’s good pattern um if I get that and then I go on the edge of it got a bit of texture here and there I don’t know want the void I start with I did colorful there get a darker purple through there dark purple outting that can make It so the highlights of the um edge of the armadillo color color armadillo pattern will show up more and then it’ll look better all right cool that’s stent I think text through this okay I think that looks decent for the actual texture of the body and if I go through and just set a little bit little bit more through there be right and then I can work on the bottom um for the bottom I’m assuming you kind of like a um you know what a bottom of a snake looks like kind of like that a kind of um scale Yeah that’s kind of how I imaged it um do that how on the void I did it Sim on the vo no I didn’t I did a anone pad on the vo what am I talking about all right I L it through here cool I think I need one more color in there Somewhere all right um I’m not sure if you still have the stream open but if you do yeah ignoring the um oh it’ll fly towards me and um yeah you can tame it well not tame it you can write it and then these tentacle Parts if I just grab an razor be able to just go like Oh wrong side oh wa no go like that there that’s perfect making so tentacles Like that I’m almost had a tentacles and we should be pretty well done for the actual model unless you have anything else you want me to add to it maybe like the brown underneath go a bit on the sides put on SES yeah I can do that might like the Head Start here That’s wrong color I’m using the don’t worry I W it Up all right um a little bit more texture on there and then I think that’s pretty much good for the there’s anything else you want to added that should be all right to do here all right that’s the model so far is there anything else you want to shoes and um so we had to write like an 800 800w essay about shoes where we got them from what they were like and if there any good so I was Like what what are you doing that for and somehow he pulled it off did he pass probably not I won’t lie he’s um when it comes to English he not exactly the brightest but that’s okay he’s pretty good at math and he [ __ ] love me that but Yeah if I all right if I move that up and down and set that to Loop do we have a looping animation we do I’m a genius all right swing the tentacles does that as well don’t let him be swing the T come on I probably back on Now how do you manage to get in a mess of writing a essay about shoes did the teacher like deliberately do that or you just you just felt like it so for me have to run a about a fictional person who favorite St student you you’re going to have to Write a um you have to write a essay about a fictional person a narrative a narrative learning piece about Crocs you’re like yeah that’s that’s a good a good thing to write an essay about they can crack out like between 400 and a th000 words on Crocs and and a guy that wears them is she insane I’m I I was I was trying to wait For an answer there I Presentations so much I um last time I did a presentation I think it was like a um it was a debate a debate class and um it wasn’t no it wasn’t a debate class it was like I had my dad as a teacher it wasn’t it wasn’t a debate Class it was geography and I don’t know in Australia for some Reas do politics and geography in Australia so my dad who a teacher taught me how to debate and all my the rest of my friends and the of my class and he made us all fight in front Of the class over topics we didn’t understand and it was so dumb I was so nervous yeah my dad my dad’s a teacher he’s pretty awesome he’s he’s awesome um but yeah he’s made us debate in front of the entire class yeah I mean fun fact as well my Mom’s also a teacher I had to go to a school were both my parents are teachers and I’ve been inside of their both of their classes throughout the various years like this year did biology in my mom’s class got top of the class just to Spite her I I passed the exam the final exam with the same score as the other person was top of the class who and I I barely studied but um yeah I thought that was pretty cool because I’m yeah spite spite my mom to what’s better than talking about 12-year-old and Crocs a 12year old where’s the age come into the Crocs it’s like you like writing about some of your classmates in Crocs or you just m is there a specific brief that she made for the Crocs to um make it a 12-year-old that wears Crocs and you Have to come with a fully original story from that cuz if so I genuinely don’t know how you could get more specific while also having something that just has no sub to It Whatever whatsoever it’s just it’s crazy teachers are wild sometimes I this your English teacher abandoned us just Midway through because She was pregnant as usual so far the kid is named Tim and he’s 12 that’s a good start to a story you know really just putting up the uh the background information you need does help progress the story when you know who the characters I could read the end don’t worry about It okay the animation could probably use a bit of work with the way that that swings in but otherwise I think I’m pretty well done for that it this way and one last one far yeah anyways back to but talking like Crocs the K so the kid’s named Timmy and He’s 12 and he wears Crocs and that’s all you have so far on the story I my suggestion is to do there’s a couple ways you can do this um you could either make the story so he’s working towards getting himself a pair of Crocs so that that’s the final Goal his problem is that he has no Crocs and he wants to get some Crocs and then that’s how he solves the problem is by getting his Crocs have the bigger music bigger bro I used to have the bigger music teacher and by bigger I mean 300 And she got suspended for for a year sending pictures to 11y olds you you can’t just drop that in a YouTube chat that’s insane what the [ __ ] yeah know it’s a good idea I did not not not sending pictures to 11y olds that’s a very bad idea do not do that um The good idea of um making him so he gets his Crocs it’s like you you need a final point for the narrative and um if you don’t have a BAL Point that’s kind of like where was it going to go my friend always leaves things on Cliffhangers unless you can find a way To out a cliffhanger into a Croc story like oh maybe he didn’t get the Crocs it’s like I don’t know man yeah any I finished the walk animation or not walk but fly that should be good to export and I’ll swap the thing over to intellig in a Sec I had a teacher that hit me what I hit us yeah but how much worse is at um doing the jpd so zero the worst you can you can do right well yeah I mean if it’s on a zero to 100 level 100 being the highest at 100% 0% is generally the lowest you can
