New Tenebrous – Competitive & E-Sport Minecraft PvP

Yo guys what is going on to neighbors here welcome back to another video in today’s video is going to be talking about competitive minecraft / minecraft as an eSport and why I think the former has already been happening for a while and the latter will never probably

Happen now first of all a lot of people have like some very strong opinions on this some people are like oh well you know we’re providing a platform for competitive minecraft and like we’re going to you know we’re going to make minecraft into an eSport while others

Are like oh well I just played this game for fun and therefore minecraft will never be competitive there’s really just two different sides and I’m going to give you my opinion right now I think that minecraft is already competitive I think that servers such as bad lion or

Akane are bad lion or like others can say turtle and frozen or observers are two examples of competitive networks that are you know featuring minecraft PvP as their main game mode and I mean there there is a lot of competition to this game it’s it’s pretty intense

And you know people are going to say okay well you know minecraft was intense oh this is actually true minecraft was never meant to be a competitive game but there’s actually an interview that I believe Jed’s did who’s like the main developer of the game now or the mate

Like the lead of the game an interview at Minecon I think it was either maybe it was either this year or was last year he basically said that it’s possible that they’re going to add a competitive mode for the game which would be pretty cool in my opinion

They could probably refer back to 1.7 PvP in 1.13 stuff like that for the competitive mode I think that would be awesome if they could revert that now another topic I’d like to talk about is the fact that Mojang other than saying that really hates the PvP community and

This ties into the whole thing because without motion being in favor of Minecraft as a new sport or minecraft as a competitive game they’re obviously not going to add features that are going to be you know used for the competitive scene so that’s why 1.9 from the bloc

Opening it pretty much nerve block hitting 1.9 completely removed it that shields and hit cooldown which no one in the competitive scene actually likes and also another reason why they’re not listening to the competitive community is because the competitive community is a very small portion of the actual community who plays who plays

The level that other games are competitive to for example II get minecraft is an eSport there’s lots of games can be eSports I mean technically I guess it’s a new sport but I’m I’m talking about like a World Tour diamond type of a type of thing which I

Mean I’ve seen the hypixel tournament and stuff but I don’t think there’s going to be like a grand world tournament who knows okay maybe in a year on you know either like badlion or mine HQ is gonna is going to throw a whole tournament where you have to fly

Out to Anaheim and compete or whatever I don’t know where but you know anywhere I could be in London I have no idea so yeah I mean you really can’t predict the future with this this is just my opinion I just don’t see this game becoming an ultra competitive eSports scene where
