New Thorn Boss & Mage NERFS? | Hypixel Skyblock – Minecraft EP. 187

Yo what is going on guys welcome back to another video here on hypixel skype looking today ladies and gentlemen there was a new dungeon update and uh yeah they brought some things and they also changed like they tweaked around mage stuff so yeah that sucks but

They did buff up the bonzo stuff and the frozen side from 500 damage to a thousand something like that i don’t know but um as like a little i don’t know what you call it do something that like oh yeah it’s scaling it scales down by like 0.2 for the bonzo

0.3 for the frozen side and there’s a new floor now which is a pretty difficult man if you are not like at a high level at all so yeah this is the boss thorn uh floor four they released this one like on the thursday and uh yeah

If you guys have not been playing around with mages you will see that your mana does not region a lot you have to be punching the mobs yourself or you can use the bow or you can use the aoe that the mage has with its little white sparklies whatever

That you want to call it you know where you can send out your sheep and stuff so yeah if you want to and regen like your mana as the mage because it’s only going to be 20 so like a buff i don’t know something like that they changed it and then for

The other classes tanks and then berserkers are 35 and then the healers and the archers are 50 for mana region and um mages are like what 20 or something so yeah that sucks but you know what whatever i do like it because it’s like a nerf in a

Buff i would say it’s like somewhat of a buff because if you get to the end and let’s say thorned you know on the floor four which is the hardest one yeah if you just like left click and right click while you’re using your abilities at the same time

You can rejoin your mana and before if they didn’t do this change you would be losing a lot of mana and you would not be regaining anything at all since they did this change you don’t lose any mana so the clip that i’ll be showing you guys

Is the boss fight that i did it’s my first time like actually getting there and you guys will see what i’m talking about about that mana region which is a pretty much like a buff for the mage i would say i mean i think it can work with any class as well

Is that you can regen your mana back to like 100 if you keep on like hitting the mob anyways that’s enough of that and then uh yeah so there’s a new uh weather thing that we can check on there’s like two new weapons and then the spear mask got a dungeon like upgrade

Whatever you can actually get this into a dungeon now it is a dungeon item is what i should say and then there’s two new weapons uh this bone ting do whatever it’s pretty much like a bow and then let’s see what the name is i do not remember what this

Name is called to be honest with you so let’s just take a quick look at it and then the bone marring 300 damage 130 strength and then it’s pretty much like a bow you throw a bone at a short distance dealing damage like an arrow would and then deals

Double damage when it comes back and it pierces up to 10 foes so yeah boomerang pretty much and then the spirit and scepter which was called septum last time i’m pretty sure is uh pretty much like the bonzo stuff you know i think this is like that for the mage you know

Uh guided by shoots uh guided bats around which um is in the freaking floor four you know the freaking dungeon over there against thorn where there’s a whole bunch of um bats and those guys are annoying you guys will see what i’m talking about

In the next clip and then uh yeah i mean the mage um buff you know nerf i don’t know i think it’s like it’s both dude it’s both you have to actually hit the mom now so instead of just right clicking only not even using your left click at all

You have to use your left click now and then you know you have to use both of them so your ability and your punching or your aoe mage thing whatever the white sparkly’s and then yeah and the other thing they also nerfed um burning souls on your pigment

Sword so now you cool down five seconds and it does forty two thousand or five seconds and the mana cost is 400 and you get 300 intelligence though so they added 300 intelligence to this sword which is pretty good and in the dreadlord the cooldown is now

Gone so three seconds is no zero and i only cost 40 mana so i’ll be using this i might be testing this dreadlord out and plus the bonzo stuff against the bats because those guys are way too op um if you go up against them especially

At the end because when you’re at the end of the boss where you need to shoot one one or like two arrows left and there’s a whole bunch of bats yeah um those guys can annihilate you within seconds so yeah good luck with that dude and then

Yeah there’s this like yogi bear that you had to kill he has five million health and then uh yeah you get a bow you use that bow against the thorn you shoot the thorn you know which is aghast and then uh yeah that’s how you kill the boss it has

Three hundred thousand note i don’t know how many arrows it takes i think possibly like five to seven maybe i don’t know something like that and i did this only twice first time yeah you’ll see second time i was close i needed one more arrow but we choked

You know we choked and uh yeah unfortunate didn’t but yeah this first one you guys will see and then yeah enjoy the next clip dude it’s gonna be the boss fight and uh yeah floor four by the way i suggest you get to like level 16

On your class 100 and get some good people for sure and definitely have a tank because uh well first off it’s gonna be funny seeing your tank run around at the end i mean if you guys know you know but uh yeah anyways see you guys in the boss

Fight i also forgot to tell you guys that uh there’s a new ice essence as well where you can get this from you know floor four i believe and uh yeah i mean yeah you can upgrade your frozen sight frozen blaze armor and the yeti sword if you wanted to so

Yeah i forgot to tell you guys this one dude i don’t know how but uh yeah here it is new ice essence just a few new things just a frozen blaze armor but the main one that i want is the frozen side so i want to upgrade that thing 100

Since uh yeah it is going to be good during dungeon 4 because uh let me tell you dude frozen scythe if you don’t have that i highly suggest you definitely get yourself one because especially for four four yeah bonzo stuff ain’t gonna be doing much dude unless you’re just fighting the

And uh yeah what the heck is going on guys you not know what to expect to be honest but uh yeah they changed the major this sucks there’s wolves others animals that’s why that guy was wearing master farmer you got an edible mace what oh yeah edible may should be good here

All right even though they nerfed some mages dude if you keep on like consistently punching man it is easy like you get a lot i mean as long as the mob has like a lot of health you have to like keep on clicking you know punching and then you can use like

Your stuff and you know your bonzo stuff so even if it is nerfed and as long as i have a lot of health look at my men i think it’s not even going down 5000 at all because i am like double clicking pretty much like my left and right mouse click and

Respawning consistently dude this is a weird boss fight okay you know what i’m gonna get rid of the spirit bear just because he is not a good guy bry i’m just freaking jittering like i never jittered before holy they needed to shoot the boat they need to recharge

Even though i’m not good at that but at least i’m paying attention now it’s like can we go up here oh we can spare a bow oh there’s some resin holy crap bro do not go up there dude not go Oh my god so many entities here let’s kill this guy actually the bear since he has a bow he might have it then he’s the one who has it we need to focus him get this guy slow him down just so that he doesn’t run away

Seriously i hate the bats i hate the spirit bats is there any bats yeah there’s some bats i don’t know if i even should take care of the best to be honest dude and we have one of our healers down there’s only three yeah we’re not going to be finishing this lead

Is definitely needed you shall die brother you shall i’m leaving nope red yes our savior dude and he missed uh no like look at this like all the animals i feel like having frozen scythe will definitely be good during this boss run and without a doubt dude and um yeah

Let’s just slow all these guys down here he is yeah this is a pretty hard boss for sure it is a hard dungeon While doing the bats in this african dungeon is kind of trash oh my cat it’s like they still have 200k do they heal themselves i don’t know man that was very difficult i mean you need long range teammates for sure for that one they’re for the bats i think

You need at least two mages possibly then they need to have the sight blade and then you can just have like your berserkers or sinks or whatever dean do the damage against that yogi bear whatever and then yeah having the mages just sit back out in the ring just go around circles

Because i have one go clockwise at the other one go counter and i guess a bow user can as well but they need to have piercing on their bow just so they can work with the frozen sight as well so i guess you can imagine

Archer as long as one of the mages has the frozen sight the other guy has piercing on his bow and then with your frozen sight you can slow down the animals and then when the bats spawn in well yeah i don’t know yet i don’t know if you can’t even slow him

Down but i think using bonzo stop didn’t even do much man i thought they disappeared but no they were right behind me like and do not go straight up if you go straight up to the sky the bats will just swarm you so if you

Go all the way up you get boosted up teleport down dude with your to the end and then uh yeah you’ll be getting yeah that’s for four dude i don’t know what else is gonna be new i haven’t read any of like rationals or anything so yeah but that

Floor is pretty difficult dude there we get any xp by the way uh i don’t think so we got 300 even though that thing took us like an hour all right it’s doable it’s just that we messed up well yeah we messed up our teammates whatever dude they missed their like first two
