I play the update more I can’t help but feel that the Cherry Grove is a bit empty and instead of sitting here and wishing that Mojang would add more to it I’m going to add more to it so today I’ll be starting my Cherry Grove transformation project in episode 2 of

My hardcore series But before we start I think I need a blank slate foreign there we go and now that that’s done I need to replant them all I feel like when I enter the Cherry Grove I want to suffocate in pink like drowning in the color pink like vomiting screaming

Tree and I did have to strip some beehives of their homes but hopefully the bees won’t mind they mind their mind just keep coming up when planning out this island build I wanted to tell a story with what I was building so while yes I am building just a huge tree it

Also has some backstory to it that I want to incorporate into my world so while I start building this tree let me tell you a story Years ago sitting atop of a vast Cherry Grove forest was the great sakura tree for decades the tree’s roots provided rich soil to the land and a soothing Hot Springs which provided the area with fresh warm healing water that’s Spilled Out into a waterfall besides that the

Tree was also home to a species of bird people all of whom migrated here after their original home fell to ruin they made the tree home by hanging giant birdhouses from chains on the trees branches these birds were quick to adapt to the Island’s terrain and claim their home

They built a huge Dam to contain the waterfall that Spilled Out from the hot springs made huge bird baths out of mysterious ruins found on the south side of the island and utilized the rich soil to grow crops in every season peacefully the birds lived here for years until one

Day they vanished the great sakura tree was gone and all the crops dried up and turned to weeds and the ruins that once stood on the island crumbled it’s not known exactly what happened to them and some Travelers speculate that an evil force crept onto the island and wiped

Them all out and others say they simply got bored and left and that’s all I’ll tell you for now so this Cherry Grove project will be me building up the biome into that story and restoring its former glory and who knows is it real or did I

Make it all up I think I’m just crazy so this is the great sakura tree so far obviously it’s missing something I can’t quite figure out what it is though just kidding it needs leaves now the problem I’m facing is that I’m gonna need a ton of pink wool and Cherry leaves if

I want to make it look good and not like that actually I think I have something that can help I remembered that in the last episode I made a sheep farm a little ways away to help with making beds for farming netherite so I headed

Over there and oh my God where are they what happened Jeep after discovering that all of my sheep mysteriously died I went to the surrounding fields and gathered up some field animals that I could capture breed and Shear against their will and after a while I’d chewed enough sheep and made

My way to a neighboring Cherry Grove stripped the Trees of their leaves and turned this into this so this is what the great sakura tree is looking like so far she’s huge she’s a mammoth I also put lanterns into leaves to stop mobs from spotting and at night time it looks

Gorgeous so I had an idea and I don’t know if this is crazy or complete genius so after seeing how the tree looks like at night time with my shaders and how it glows I kind of want to do the same but with every tree on the island and

Getting enough iron for Landers is gonna be like a lot so I also thought why not put glowstone in every tree am I crazy so naturally to test this out I went into a creative mode world and put a glowstone Block in every tree and oh

My God it needs to happen and thus my final task for this episode was set in motion okay so let me just make some of these and I’ll put these on and I’m not really sure what else to bring because I’m gonna take my bow and some arrows

Some glowstone came back and placed them in my trees and now we’re here and it looks gorgeous at night time there is one problem that I didn’t foresee though and that there’s now a hole in the top of every one of my cherry trees and I
