All right folks let’s talk about Minecraft Legends on Nintendo switch it’s like trying to ride a unicycle with a flat tire it just doesn’t work quite right I’ve played this game on more consoles than I have fingers and the switch version is by far the worst performing one let’s compare to other Consoles shall we on Xbox one you’re looking at 1080P and 40 to 45 FPS on the series s it’s 1440p and 60fps and on the mighty Xbox series X it’s 4K and 60fps the steam deck runs it at a solid 60fps but with rendering resolution of 800p Meanwhile the switch is stuck at 720p and 30 FPS and that 30 isn’t even locked it’s like a wild horse running free trying to aim to 60 but never coming anything close to it and even dipping below 30 FPS at times I wish I could lock the frame rate to Third 30 but There really isn’t any way to do that after playing on the steam deck going back to the switch version is like going from a five-star restaurant to a vending machine it’s just not the same the pop-in rendering is especially bad it’s like the game is saying surprise here’s A tree as it pops up right in front of you the environments are also lacking in detail compared to other consoles it’s like the switch is just running the game with its eyes closed and let’s not forget the loading times it takes longer to load the game on the switch than it Does for me to make a sandwich seriously I timed it don’t expect the super fast 20 seconds you get with the Xbox series X but hey let’s not get stuck on performance at least it has all the features of the other platforms it’s not like it’s a watered on version just a Diluted one and you can play online with your friends on other consoles as long as you have a Nintendo switch online membership when you first start up the game it is going to ask you to connect it with your Xbox Live account unfortunately there’s no cross-platform Saves you’ll have to play the game from scratch on each console so there you have it folks Minecraft Legends on the Nintendo switch is like a unicorn without its horn it’s just not quite magical enough but if you don’t mind a bumpy ride and enjoy surprises then go For it and if you need me I’ll be playing on my steam deck where everything runs like a dream it’ll be interesting to see how bad the battery life is with this game on the Nintendo switch when I finally get around to doing that for now check out some more Gameplay with that FPS counter shown Lava here we clearly underestimated their capacity for corruption remember the Rams who built with us at the well they don’t only have to go up rcla is to build you a bridge across that moat All right You’re through the wall there’s nothing standing between you and those barracks except for a few piglets Damn it Thank you Foreign Foreign Improvement Hub now you can start enhancing your skills and tools Foreign Foreign It’s a very useful resource Your opponents now have access to coal gathering Your opponent just gained the ability to harvest iron Video Information
