And thank you so much for all the love on that first video that we did last week we’ve got a lot of likes a lot of feedback a lot of tips and tricks on how to play this modpack because I am a noob at all this modern stuff

And I’ll tell you what I’m really enjoying it quite a bit so I’m glad that you guys are as well and we’re gonna continue now look at the size of my crafting around holy smokes that things in ginormous what you need it it’s very important tool as a caveman so let’s let’s continue

Let us continue and advance and we shall eventually be in the Space Age I get that rock there oh no nope okay the sacrificial rock by the way you guys have been giving me some really good tips one of those tips is okay is if we find these little rocks here and

If you punch one and it doesn’t pop off immediately hello piggy-wiggy then you might want to leave it but I think I’ve collected all the rocks oh here we go here we go okay that one right there for example see it even sounds like gravel doesn’t it yeah that should be the dead

Now in zero age so we got all these other advancements to unlock we’re gonna start over here because these are prerequisites you guys had mentioned that in the comments that in order to complete these quests cuz I was a little confused why we weren’t getting the advancement for these right here the

Spearmint and the spearfishing because we had done both of those and it’s because there are prerequisites for example this bone right here we need to complete it’s business time left-click the bone on a block like a cobblestone or stone to turn it into a sharp sharp bone and that is the prerequisite for

Those so let’s check our inventory what’s wrong mutton and I think I have a bonus I do have multiple bones I think I got these from the Fitch so let’s go ahead and whack a stock now today I would love to make a case in sweer a caveman I’m thinking about doing that

Right here how many times you have to whack it there we go that’s what I’m talking about three advancements it’s business time spearmint and spearfishing so voila we completed those three with that bone and now we can move on so I think the next thing we want to do is make the

Flint pickaxe and then the rest of these tools stone stone pickaxe as well and then we’re gonna oh I just did it again didn’t I so what did I get Oh sharp bone that’s actually a weapon so then we can carve our way into the stone here with a

Pickaxe and make a make a cave we are cave man after all and that is our that’s our primary goal for the day I’d love to get in in a in a cave and save for the night so let’s do that let’s concentrate on that let’s make up some tools we’re

Gonna need a flint pickaxe which let’s see what the recipe is here right there it is flake Flint a couple of sticks and some twine plant twine or regular twine and we have all that I think we have all that we get to place it right down on

Our little crafting log I really like this this system it’s pretty cool let’s go ahead and to get everything that we need in our hands do we have any 20 the plenty of twine right here oh by the way we gotta toss this um you Errol out right in the lava it’s

Poisonous I ate one in the last episode and died our first death in in septic ages is that in I think that’s everything so now we’re just booked the pool game there we go and we get that thing right there advancement made upgrade so now we have

A flint pickaxe and we can dig into the the wall up there now some of you had mentioned if you can put this here oh yes we can that’s awesome so we could put one little crafting stone on our crafting log or whatever they could this thing is

Called I forget the name of it let’s see does it have a real name crafting stump a work stump very caveman ish so it’s got one little slot there that’s pretty cool now we’re gonna move all this into our cave once we get started but I want

To make a full complement of tools here first so this is some kind of looks like work blade you may use it to break leaves and rushes quickly and we have a regular old stone pickaxe and we have a tomahawk here that can be used as a

Ranged weapon ooh note the recipe needs one flaked Flint point flake Flint point well we have flaked Flint point and what we really need is some kind of a storage container so we have this storage container right here I guess we can make that right now craft some wood together

To make a chest for your things all right it’s called a chest let’s let’s see what it takes to make a chest alright pretty easy just a bunch you have planks and a rock in the center yeah we can do that right here and that

We can get some of this stuff put away but I’m thinking why don’t we go let’s go do this let’s go make a house well a hidey hole okay for a caveman and we’re gonna do it right here next to that lava cuz it does provide light and warmth and

It looks pretty cool so it’s gonna dig right in with our new flint pickaxe make a small little cave to live in and I don’t think there’s a door unfortunately I know that well we can make doors eventually but we don’t have that recipe yet we’re just we’re just

The caveman so far and I don’t think we can actually craft up a door we do not have that recipe so we’re just gonna I guess cover it with dirt or something to keep the bad guys out tonight now this is not gonna be a very big

Place but it will be our home home sweet home for now anyway and I think I’m gonna raise the ceiling here just a little bit because a little combined confined and claustrophobic now what is that no leave that alone for now we do have to make some kind of a light source

So we can see in the dark while we’re inside here we have fire sticks and that’s great for starting fires but it’s not not something we can stick on the wall like a torch so we’re gonna have to look into that as well this modpack is enormous and there’s a

Lot of things we have to do as far as prerequisites go before we can move on and make even the simplest of items like a torch for example and I don’t we don’t have any coal so and there’s no coal here let’s see what we need to make a

Torch in fact I think it’s gonna be dark pretty soon here we go we got a totem torch and that’s just a couple of sticks and a lit fiber torch and this is a fiber torch which is a stick in twine oh that’s easy and then we light it alright is that

What that is a lit fiber – okay you know what we can make that we can make that real easy an unlit fiber toys I guess we just have to stick it in a fire somewhere right which we do have a fire pit so I’m wondering if we can light

That on a fire pit oh goes on the wall okay great but we have to light it first it’s not gonna do us any good there oh wait can we just late oh there we go yeah use our light stick fantastic fire good fire not so bad fire only bad what

Is burning me to death now is that gonna stay lit forever I wonder I don’t know let’s make another torch what plant fiber no we need plant to twine and we’ll put one on the other side at least for now I will put one here by this door and light it though

Also okay we’re getting there we are getting there now I think we need to make a chest so we can put some of the stuff away and we should probably cook up some food we got plenty of raw food here we got raw fish and some mystery

Meat I’m not sure where that came from and some cooked up wolf too so let’s let’s get this fire going and this is pretty easy to do you just put a fuel source in there and then slap on the meat but you can only cook one thing at

A time so it’s not very efficient oh I did not cook it up huh alright well let’s use a Yule Log get in there you and that should cook that up hopefully and we’re gonna put this Yule Log here and we’re gonna beat it with a flint hatchet and that’s how

We’d get these planks we’ll do the same with our oak apparently when we have better tools better axe we will get a better yield because right now we’re only getting two planks per log and there’s a lot of waste obviously so hopefully we can get a new axe pretty

Soon maybe a stone axe right okay I think I’m gonna move everything indoors where’s the saw net I think yeah I think it’s gonna be dark here soon so I’m gonna move everything inside and then and then we’ll do some more crafts and gonna grab that rock back but we got to

Make a we got to make a chest like ASAP drop some things here what don’t we need right now I’m at a white tulip let’s go put a white tulip down right over here there we go beautiful and now we can grab our fire pit think grab a fire pit

Okay good yep Suns going down so this is perfect timing it will be relatively safe in here we’re gonna have to block the door with just like dirt or something but better than nothing keep most of the bad guys out we can still see outside all right and now let’s get

Let’s get situated again put our chopping block here and our work stump right next to it and what else do we have that we need to put down a fire pit and there’s our fire pit right there we’ll put that in the corner all right so right now we’re pretty well set up

Indoors to get through the night the one thing we don’t have and we really need to figure this out is a bed or a sleeping bag or something there we go sleeping mat will allow you to sleep on the go make sure to set the correct mode

For whether or not you’d like to set your spawn while sleeping so this is a priority we got to get to that sleeping mat ASAP but there’s a lot of prerequisites we have to work our way through the tree to get there so that’s

Gonna be a while so if we die now we’re gonna end up going back to our spawn point back in town which isn’t such a terrible thing because we have to learn to farm from a farmer villager so we’re gonna have to go back to town anyway and

Learn the basics of farming so we will do that eventually but the priority for right now is to empty our inventory and to make that chest so let’s do that forget how to make that again chest is a bunch of wood planks and a regular old

Rock in the center do we have a regular old Rock yeah we got plenty of those I think we can make those with cobblestone too by the way oh yeah look at that I can make tons of them easy peasy all right well let’s do that on our a

Little workbench here we got eight wood planks and it was all the way around right and then a rock in the middle and this is a caveman chest now he beat it through the blue the rock pick it up there we go place to put my stuff look

At that chest it looks more like a barrel to me let’s put over here in the corner actually you know we’re gonna do pick that back up again and we’re gonna have it face the wall this way because we might have a series of these it’s a little tight in here but

Just gonna have to do for now all right so what do we do we open it up and interesting let’s put a death compass in there oh oh wait a second what oh that’s so cool it’s got very limited spots though is that like nine spot there’s nine spots

Available but that is really cool you can see it in the world I like that that kind of reminds me of the Biblio craft shelves and stuff which I really really liked wolf pelt you put a wolf pelt in here for now just put it in the back feathers

Now what about stacks of things can we put the whole stack in oh yes you can and then if I want one back okay you can take the whole stack or maybe ah I just picked up the whole chess with a shift-click no way is this stuff still

In there oh that’s excellent how amazing is that it’s a portable chest that is fantastic we can carry this with us I think you can only oh you can close it to right close it pick it up they can only carry one at a time though I can’t

Switch anything in my hands so you have to just put it back down again oh man I really really like that that’s super creative I don’t think we need the bone do we I don’t think so we have a spear for weapon and we can make I think we

Can make a regular Stone sword Oh wild berry bushes oh look at that we have wild berry bushes I didn’t know we picked these up completely intact let’s go put them out cuz they will grow it will grow berries and we’ll do that right here we’re gonna need a digging

Stick of some kind so we don’t use my hand here digging but I think um there’s some bushes right here I want to close to the lava though they might burn oh oh you can’t put him now though I don’t think the berry is gonna

Grow if to put him that close there we go we put them right next to each other although a little bit offset by default I suppose alright cool so we have three little berry bushes here and they’re gonna give us these wild berries so we have a renewable source of food here at

The Google Booga cave so let’s get back up into the cave and finish making this full set of tools so let’s bring up our advancement window again we need this kind of work stick blade thing work blade stone pick and the the tomahawk so let’s start with the work blade work

Blade and that is twine flaked Flint and a couple of sticks how much Flint do we have left yeah we’re running a little low on the flaked Flint aren’t we a regular Flint so we’re gonna have to go and make some they should just bang on the wall there we go

So that was I already forgot all right for Flint on sides on two three four a couple of sticks in the center up the middle rather and then some twine up on top and we need to make some more twine and we’ll plop that in there then whack it with the Google Earth

I love that I love that working for the weekend woohoo all right we have a work blade I guess we’ll check out the stats of this thing mining speed for durability to 60 blocks broken 0 I looked at it shows you how many blocks that tool has broken 65

Blocks so far from our flint pickaxe pretty cool alright so now we have a work blade and we’re gonna need a we’re gonna need a stone pickaxe I’m assuming it’s the same recipe as a normal stone pickaxe right yeah sticks and cobble just don’t pick

Ass yeah well let’s just do that we have the flint one but I think the Flint ones already obsolete seems that way I think this one’s gonna be better there we go go go go go grab it there we go Stone Age welcome to the Stone Age whoo-hoo and

That means we can put our Flint axe away flint pickaxe and I’ll put it right in here I like to hang that up on the wall at some point since it’s our first caveman Flint tool ever although oh no wait we made the hatchet

First right but even so I want to put it up on the wall in a in a frame eventually I’m assuming we can still make frames in this modpack I guess we’ll find out next we want to make a tomahawk and that is made with

The Flint Tom ah there it is two flaked Flint’s or a flake Flint point so that one there is a point regular flake Flint stick we can make that right in our hands there we go oh we can make that on the go and that is a throwable weapon

Free-range Hawks complete I wonder how much damage that does let’s have a peek whoops have a peek here two and a half attack speed and three attack damage so I guess it’s three if you whack and three if you throw yeah slightly less damage than the

Spear so it’s not gonna be our primary weapon but we needed to make it anyway I guess we didn’t have to make it cuz it’s not really a prerequisite but I don’t want to leave any of these undone before we move on and I’m not gonna follow this

Thing for Batum at least right now I have to because a lot of these technologies are prerequisites to move on but we can we can kind of jump around and skip when we can and where we can it doesn’t seem like we can do a lot of

Skipping now or we can just do all the things you don’t have to do we don’t have to just focus on what the what the advancement tech tree is telling us for example I’m thinking and we could use a regular shovel instead of the Flint work

Blade and maybe even a sword can we make a sword I don’t see that on our advancement chart here but why not make an actual actual weapon with stone actually let’s make an axe gonna make an axe booga-booga that Okubo got stone axe it works fantastic and that is how

That compared to the the Flint next night attack damage while mining level iron mining speed for durability is 2 to 5 9 attack damage actually is a pretty good weapon so I think it might be better it’s more durable anyway than the Flint hatchet so let’s put the Flint

Hatchet away so apparently we are upgrading to stone tools from flint tools and these are better so let’s make a sword can’t we make a stone sword yep you sure did get over here you now we are so a stone sword and that is five attack damage 1.6 attack speed it’s

Better than the spear but it actually does less damage than the than the stone axe stone ax s 9 attack damage I mean it’s a slower attack speed but if you get a nice solid crit then might be able to one hit some of these little baddies

All right cool making progress let’s put our little booboo gerak here and we actually have an extra Hyuga Booga which i don’t think we really want somebody out there that sounds like a creeper Wow Oh God ah yeah it’s a creeper alright let’s try our stone axe out of wham that

Does a good damage does very good damage how about a tomahawk you didn’t like that did you well hold on I’m gonna make another tomahawk cuz that was really fun let’s make two tomahawks I wonder if the tomahawks stack stand still buddy smaller much gonna raise it up a little

Bit yeah that’s what I’m talking about get my ex back I get my ass back there axe and you get your tomahawks back that is amazing uh wait a second though no I only got one oh there’s the other one oh did a break come up here you how do I

Get that out of there stuck I don’t want it to hit me stuck in the rock no kidding okay well maybe it’ll dislodge in a little while I don’t know I’m curious if we can make stairs apparently not all right we’ll get that back I wanted to

More light than the torches do so let’s try out a totemic totem torch we’ll put it in the corner here oh it’s already lit it comes completely lit how nice fantastic so now look how bright that thing is holy cow I love it all right I’m gonna put one torch up above the

Work area though yeah see how dim that is it’s crazy let’s go ahead and cook this oh that fish is done so yeah I’ve got 12 fish here to cook and this process is super super slow and inefficient but we can upgrade to a cooking grill here a hot grill and my

Guess is we’re gonna be able to cook more fish at once but we got to make that thing first so in the meantime this is the way we do it and as far as I can tell the more wood you put on your fire pit the longer that

Fire burns which seems to make sense so it does it does stack at least that’s the way it appears to me let’s put a little goo goo boo Gaston down there and I’m gonna grab a little bit more wood and I think we’re gonna call it quits

Let’s make one more of those those torches though we’ll put we’ll put it out front couple of sticks and the torch and I need my hookah blue gerak yeah I’ll put that right out front by the door and then we’re gonna call it quits how about
