Hey what’s up everybody welcome back to another video today I’m gonna be ranking all of the melee enchantments in minecraft dungeons from worst to best I have tested each of these enchantments in game and I will also have gameplay showing of each of them in the background also I want to say that Whatever inch and I ranked at number one it does not mean that if you have the option to use it three times on your weapon you should you still have to have a good variety of enchants that work well together without further ado let’s get into ranking all 24,000,000 Champions in minecraft dungeons at number zero I’m putting the prospector enchant which I’m not really putting as any number on this list because it does not improve your damage but rather makes you collect more emeralds so I’m definitely not saying that this is the worst enchant in the game I’m saying That if you want to look for emeralds this is your best bet the enchant add tier one gives you a 100 percent increased chance to find emeralds a 200% increase chance to find emeralds at tier two and at tier three a 300% increased chance to find emeralds now in the background gameplay I Actually got two prospector enchants on these same weapon so I’m getting a pretty decent amount of emeralds however if you are going to use this enchant you want to make sure that the base weapon that you have is pretty strong the best weapon that you can get this enchant on Is probably a double axe just because that weapon is so good on its own even if it’s not unique so that is gonna let you farm very fast and also very efficiently again this does not fall under any number on this list and it is The best in chin if you want to find emeralds next up is the chains enchant which has a 30% chance to chain a cluster of mobs together and keep them bound for a short time this has a 1 second duration at tier 1 a 2 second Duration at tier 2 and a 3 second duration at tier 3 through my testing I found that this inch in is not very effective and really I’d rather have any other ancient in the game in fact I’d even rather have prospector on it because this really does not affect your Game much I mean it’ll keep them bound for a short period of time but either way you’re coming up to the mobs to kill them and this is on melee weapon in chance so I mean maybe understand if you want to put this on a Bow so that you can stay from a distance and just keep shooting mobs but with a melee weapon you want to be up close with the mobs and there’s not really much point to this enchant next up is freezing which slows mobs after a hit for three seconds and at Tier one it Will give mobs 20% reduced speed at tier two it will give them 30% reduced speed and add tier 3 they will get 40% reduced speed I think this is very slightly better than Jaynes you have a bit more utilization as you can keep hiding the mobs and hitting them and then running And hitting them and running as opposed to you can’t do that with chains but again this is something that I really would not say is worth getting on your weapon and if this is your only choice in one of your enchants Lots then that weapon might just not be good at all Next up is thundering which has a 30% chance to summon a lightning strike that damages nearby enemies and the damage on this will arrange with what power level you are for me it does the values that you saw but either way it’s not that much damage if the 30% chance to proc is Pretty nice and this would probably be a bit better with some faster hitting weapons but even with that it’s really not enough damage to make this worth using it is definitely an enchant that you don’t want to use on weapons that have a slow attack speed and even on Weapons that have a high attack speed I’d much rather have a lot of other enchants next up is fire aspect which sets mobs on fire for 3 seconds and it deals damage to them over time that depends on your power level you can kite mobs with this while they still take Damage but to be honest the damage that this does just isn’t enough to make it a good enchantment I mean it looks cool so if that’s what you’re going for go for it but other than that I just really wouldn’t recommend using this next up is Poisoning cloud that has a 30% chance to summon a poison cloud that deals damage to enemies in an area for 3 seconds and the amount of damage depends on the power level and tier of the weapon and the amount of damage that this enchant deals depends on the tier of the Inchon And also the power level of the weapon steal some more damage than thundering and it also lasts in the area for three seconds so it is definitely better than thundering but even with that it’s not that useful it doesn’t do enough damage to make it worthwhile and it definitely Looks cool but it’s not something that I would suggest using next up is weakening which makes your attacks to decrease the attack damage of all nearby enemies for five seconds yes this can make you more tanky it’s not that bad it’s just really not that great and the enchant also does Not stack so you can’t make yourself invincible it’s definitely something that could be useful I mean especially against bosses since you’ll be reducing their base damage by 40% but in overall use it’s really just not that great next up is stunning which has a chance to temporarily stun enemies which lasts For about a second and a quarter or so and at Tier one this has a 5% chance to trigger at tier two this has a 10% chance to trigger and a tier 3 this has a 15% chance to trigger this is something that can’t really help you Survive much there are times where this will be kind of useful for you where it’s done some really high damage mobs but it’s just not very consistent and the stun isn’t that long if you’re looking for a stun the lightfeather artifact would be much better for this so because if it’s overall low Effectiveness I had to rank it low on this list next up is the eluding enchant which will increase the chance for mobs to drop consumables with a 100% increase at tier 1 a 200% increase at tier 2 and a 300% increase at tier 3 the loot drop table from this enchant is strength Potions swiftness potions shadows breath potions and also TNT and the consumables will drop more often but not that often even at tier 3 because the base value for the chance of mobster drop consumables is very low I think this enchant is underrated ok I don’t see this being used and I mean of Course if you get better enchants than this you shouldn’t use it I love getting strength potions and swiftness potions strength doubles your overall damage for 30 seconds and swiftness potions just increase your speed for 30 seconds in areas where there are a lot of mobs all close together like the cow level this Can be really useful because it will almost guarantee that you get a strength potion very often but because for the rest of the time like in boss fights and in a majority of levels you won’t really be getting that many drops I had to rank it pretty low Next is smiting which increases the damage you deal against the undead mobs in Minecraft dungeons at Tier one you will gain a 20% increase of damage at tier two you will gain a 30% increase of damage and at tier three you will gain a 40% increase of damage undead mobs Include skeletons and zombies and then the variations of them as well so this can be effective in some dungeons especially places like desert temple where you’re gonna see a lot of skeletons and zombies but then in other places like creepy crypt where you’re gonna see a lot of creepers and spiders This will literally do no extra damage against those mobs so if this enchant has some inconsistency why does it rank higher than some of the other engines that we’ve seen so far well we actually see a lot of skeleton and zombie based mobs in Minecraft dungeons and also this is a percentage Damage increase percentage damage increases can be very strong because they can stack with other percentage damage increases and this will make you do a lot of damage we definitely do see a decent amount of undead mobs and I mean this isn’t gonna be too effective against just the base zombies and base Skeletons since those are one-hit about anyways but against the upgraded versions this is pretty useful next up is soul siphon which makes it so that when you hit an enemy you gain a ten percent chance to grant you a bunch of extra souls at Tier one you will gain Three souls at tier two you will gain six souls and at tier three you will gain nine souls this is a soul ancient so it is only available on Soul weapons 1 this procs it’s great and it can really be a life saver it saved me a few Times when I was testing it but it is really inconsistent and another problem with souls themselves is that you need to be standing right on top of them to gather them sometimes even when you are they won’t really magnetized to you very well if you are using a lot of soul artifacts That need these souls this can be pretty effective I think this is mid tier because it can give you really high bursts of damage or healing depending on what exact bill you’re using but at the same time it is inconsistent shockwave is next which is labeled as a powerful Enchant by minecraft dungeons this makes it so that the last attack in a combo launches a shock wave which damages enemies in a frontal cone the damage in the tiers will vary based on your power level but the damage is pretty mediocre if you have a weapon that combos a lot This can be pretty useful but I find since this doesn’t do damage all around you and only in a frontal cone this isn’t that great since enemies can still sneak up behind you and you won’t have the AoE to kill them so I think this is A decent engine it does decent AoE and decent damage I just think that there’s better rampaging is next and it makes it so that after you defeat a mob there will be a 10% chance that your attack speed will be increased by 50% the duration of the enchant depends on which Tier you have of it so at tier 1 it’s a 5 second duration at tier 2 it’s a 10 second duration and at tier 3 it’s a 15 second duration the attack speed boost is pretty significant and it’s definitely even noticeable when you’re using the Death Cap mushrooms artifact Which says a lot because that artifact makes your attack speed very fast as is this is especially good for the weapons that are really slow and you want to make them faster and this is a pretty well-rounded enchant except for the fact that it can be inconsistent at times Because it’s only a 10% chance on a kill that it will pop next up is echo which will make it so that some of your attacks can be followed by another attack in rapid succession at Tier one there will be a 5 second cooldown on This ability at tier two there will be a four second cooldown and at tier three there will be a three second cooldown when I was using this in Chennai felt like it wasn’t too noticeable it will work with AoE attacks so if your weapon has great do it damage you will have a Double up on that as well so I think with a weapon like a hammer that has a slow attack speed but high damage in higher Yui this is the most effective but again when I was you this I just didn’t feel like it was too effective and the cooldown timer on it Definitely makes this inch in a lot worse if this had a percentage chance or a combo based activation this could have been a lot better up next is leaching which gives you a small portion of a mom’s health after you kill it at tier 1 you will gain 4 Percent of a mom’s max health after killing it at tier 2 you will gain 6 percent and at tier 3 you will gain 8 percent I think this is pretty good and can sustain you but you can’t just run in without paying attention and just swing your sword and kill everything you Are still going to die if you are reckless but the consistent form of healing is pretty nice to have this works especially well with weapons like the Claymore or the hammer because those weapons are not fast enough to utilize the radiance enchant but they do enough Damage to prompt this enchant a lot next up is anima conduit which will make it so that each soul you absorb and grants a small amount of help at tier 1 you will gain 1 percent of your total health at tier 2 you will gain 2 percent of Your total health and at tier 3 you will gain 3 percent of your total health this is a soul weapon only enchant just like soul siphon and it is actually pretty effective in healing you if you have good soul gathering you will be gaining a lot of health when you are able to Access your souls the problem again with Souls is that it can sometimes be hard to get them because they don’t magnetize very well in some situations if you have a soul bill then you have a lot of soil gathering this can be pretty useful and it will give you a consistent way to Self-sustain the next 8 enchants are a tier they can all significantly boost the damage that you deal and they are great so sharpness is next and this will flat-out just make your weapon do more damage on a percentage basis I tier one you will gain a 10% damage increase at Tier 2 you will gain a 21% damage increase and at tier 3 you will gain a 33% damage increase on a high damage weapon this can be extremely useful since that base damage will be amplified by a lot and even on fast attacking weapons this still is pretty useful Since the base damage is very consistent and it can be used in all situations it’s not quite the best in chin as it would be in normal minecraft but it’s still up there next is gravity which is labeled as powerful and this will just pull mobs in closer to you it’s weird How the upgrade tubes are labeled because at Tier one you will gain a one-second duration at tier two you will gain a 1 point 5 second duration and at tier 3 you will gain a two-second duration so basically the more seconds that this is pulling in the closer you Will bring enemies to you from farther away because if it’s only one second you may not be able to fully pull enemies in and if it’s two seconds you will be able to pull them in right up to your face this is especially great for weapons That don’t have great a we like the daggers the sickles the gauntlets and some more I found that this gravity effect is very effective it will pull in mom’s right to your face where you can hit them all at the same time even if they are to your sides so in the case Where I was using a pickaxe this actually helped me a lot with DPS and I think this is something that can improve the damage of your fast attack speed weapons by a lot since they are usually daggers or sickles and if you’re able to pull in your enemies you’ll be getting a Lot more hits I found that when I was using fast melee weapons a problem that I was having was just not hitting enemies in little bursts of time and that’s when I was dying like for example on the cow level I would be fighting a Lot of cows and I just would not be able to target all of them but this helps you can literally just hold your cursor on pretty much one spot and you’ll be dealing damage the whole time so you won’t be having problems with sustaining yourself with whatever healing you have Next up is exploding which is also labeled that’s powerful and this will make mobs explode after they die and they will do a percentage of their health to enemies nearby idear 1 they will deal 20% of their health is damaged at tier 2 they will deal 40% of their Health is damaged and it’s here 3 they will deal 60% of their health as damage now on paper this sounds like it would be really strong the mobs are doing 60% of their total health to nearby moms when you kill them and that happens a hundred percent of the time but here’s The thing a lot of the time when your mobs they are going to be flying all over the place and that makes it kind of inconsistent at times when you can make this work and you have a good angle on mobs this will chunk everything down doing over half of their damage before You even get to them this could have been in the top three if moms didn’t fly around when they got killed but even with that factor the damage is still really really strong and again when you make this work on a good angle this is insane Swirling is next up and again this is also labeled as powerful and this makes it so that the last attack in a combo will perform a swirling attack that damages nearby enemies and that is all around you the amount of damage that swirling does in different tiers depends on the power Level of your weapon different weapons have different combos so for example on a pickaxe you will combo every other hit as opposed to a Glade for example where you will combo every third hit this is an amazing enchant and just makes your weapon do great AoE damage and the AoE Is actually very high if you are having trouble with a OEE do not look any further this is what you need for sure this is hands-down the best AoE ancient in Minecraft dungeons next up is radiance which is also labeled as powerful and it has a 20% chance to Spawn a circular area that heals all allies within it the values for the amounts healed between the tiers all vary based on the power level of your weapon if you have a high attack speed based build you will be able to just stay in the fight permanently this will Just keep on and healing you since you’ll be activating the 20% chance a lot with fast melee weapons however with slower weapons such as a claymore this can be literally useless and barely proc and other enchants such as leeching could be way better with a claymore for Example the engine is very useful it gives you a constant source of healing which i think is very much needed at the highest difficulty apocalypse 6 since the problem usually isn’t damaged at that point it’s just health next up is committed which deals increased damage against already wounded enemies the Upgrade tears go as follows at Tier one you will do zero to 50% bonus damage at tier two you will do zero to 75 percent bonus damage and at tier three you will do zero to 100% bonus damage basically as the enemy’s health decreases you also begin To do more and more damage to them this is a boss Slayer enchant I mean if you want to kill a boss fast this will increase the rate at which you do so by a lot on low health mobs this ancient makes no difference you would still kill Them in one hit with or without this or even sometimes in two hits with or without this but on medium health and high health moms this is very effective enigma resonator is next which works like critical hit it gives you a chance to deal triple damage based on the Number of souls you out at Tier one you will have a zero to 15% chance to trigger a critical hit at tier two it will be a 0 through 20% chance and at tier 3 it will be a zero to 25% chance this is the third and final soul ancient For melee weapons and it’s actually really good and just to explain how it works if you have maxed out Souls you will 100% of the time have a 25% chance to trigger it doesn’t vary from 0 to 25% randomly it’s just as you gather more Souls your overall chance to critical Strike will go from 0 up to 25% this actually has a 5% higher chance to trigger than critical strike but this is slightly worse since you do need to have a soul weapon in a soul build to use this but if you do this is gonna be Incredible it gives you a 1 in 4 chance to deal triple the damage that you normally would and quitting will just make you clear mobs very quickly and at number one the most powerful enchant in minecraft dungeons critical hit this will give you a chance to inflict triple Damage to enemies and the upgrade tiers are at tier one you will gain a 10% chance to trigger this at tier two you will gain a 15% chance to trigger this and at tier three you will gain a 20% chance to trigger this this is usable with every single weapon type in the Game and that’s why it’s just such a great overall enchant and even if you’re not even talking about all the weapons and specific ones it’s really useful it just makes you hit so much harder the triple damage is such a good multiplier that will effectively increase your damage more than any They’re ancient I think this is better than the Enigma resonator that I just previously mentioned because this doesn’t require you to have any soul gathering perks which means you have the freedom to do whatever you want with this enchant you’re not locked into one single build and I mean if you’ve ever Used a weapon without this and then put this on you would definitely notice such a huge difference in how fast you kill mobs even though it seems like there would be a very low chance of you triggering this it’s actually pretty high and will trigger pretty consistently and it definitely adds a Huge damage boost to every single melee weapon in Minecraft dungeons yes everybody that is it those are all of the melee enchants in Minecraft dungeons are ranked from worst to best anyways let
