Redstone Active – how to make an overpowered bee farm (minecraft, java)

Hello guys and welcome to another tutorial video where today I’m gonna show you guys how to make a bee farm now I’m gonna show you guys three different designs one will be the simplest and least efficient I’ve made some changes here because I wanted it to be a honey

There’s no not 36 I believe 108 observers this farm is very powerful and pretty broken it and the farm is so broken that it spawns bees this farm will literally spawn bees still has tiny bees see it the bees they multiply inside the farm and every and it makes a

Crudload of honeycomb and I have made this slight modification where there are hoppers here where you can just add a way to put bottles into the farm they just make honey in this farm it’s it’s somewhat entertaining cuz this was my design and I didn’t fully think it would

Work so first things first you’re going to build an 11 by 11 square okay then I just built in the floor here now I have no intention of fully finishing this farm but I’m gonna show you the main design and later in the video I’m gonna show you guys what oh

Powerful so you’re going to need 48 beehives hey and this is where the observers will come in okay back to building it now you have those four water in the corner and you have 48 beehives no 8 no 36 beehives 36 beehives and get my phone calculator

Oh shoot my phone plugged it’s like 10 outs at 42 now phone why you lied to me yeah that’d be 36 times 3 yep so you will need 108 and you’ll need 100 Nate observers so I was correct the first time and you will need another well 36 like dispensers now last time

This was one of the last steps that I put in and then later in the video I’ll explain my train of thought when it came to building and designing this farm I’m not going to finish this farm no you go one right one to cross me for

Observers for everyone so it’s not 108 its 138 144 you’ll need 144 observers I’m not very used to the creative flight in Minecraft I play on a I used to play on xbox360 all the time and it’s not as flowy you know you’re it’s not like

You’re on ice all the time and this creative I seriously hate it’s just because I’m not at all used to it now I’m doing this because I really love putting observers and farms that don’t need observers like this farm does not at all require any amount of observers

It would require it does require at least 36 observers but by this way it’s just more compact and I love how I’m calling it a compact farm when this farm is basically as physically large as I can make it now I’m not going to finish this farm

For one specific reason it spawns beans this farm will literally start spawning bees due to having this many hives in one area none of these I spawned a hundred and eight in here they all escaped and before I was finished even I didn’t even get to start putting them in there but I

Do see a slight problem there but it spawns bees so it doesn’t matter the bees hurt themselves and they going to that water but it’s fine now this is the main design right here and this is just a single one you put one right here at

The back then go up one two over in death no I said down I said down and this is just one module right here this thing beep beep Frick you the beasts don’t want to go inside of it this is just what one module looks like

And whenever it the block is updated the pulse will go through here and activate this and you’ll need to put either shears or put away to refill bottles into this shears if you want honeycomb like this farm see I started the video it was 36 over here this farm never

Stops you can’t turn it off it doesn’t just turn off you can might see the bees keep dying because they’re dumb but it doesn’t matter because the farm freakin spawns bees well these farms right here you have to put light you have to put at least six bees into this farm

Now this farm due to the lag caused it by the other farms it’s this farm has been having trouble by bit because of this laggy machine right here this farm just doesn’t keep up with it and this farm doesn’t even have the ability to keep up with either of these and I

Shoved an extra be in there but farms like this are fairly easy it’s easy to point build and creative but not really then hilariously on top of all of these observers you’ll put grass blocks or dirt blocks but I think grass looks better you’ll put it all the way around

And then cover them in flowers you need to do that because the bees have to make bonnie somehow not there and then I put a glass box around it so they have two rows of flowers so they always have some room to be in I didn’t understand why

Bees are hurt by water fully but like it’s okay these are just really freaking dumb now you could probably put more flowers in the center but I don’t think I would help the efficiency of the farm at all but I’m no master of bees so like

Stan the FaceCam see that this farm just becomes more and more efficient the longer I let it run as the pharmacist hilarious also that rotating motion is pretty cool as well the bees work getting hurt in the water yesterday but I guess I just got lucky that farms made fifteen since I refilled

This is the combination of the two farms they’ve made this much in the four hours that I’ve had these this one has run for maybe 30 minutes at this point and has made this much it’s maybe run an hour but I’m not really sure it’s redstone testing world’s getting pretty cluttered
