Two sessions of ASL Yeah I my main concern is mental health over lack of sleep and like the damages that it can do to your brain that freaks me out a lot which is why I try to get eight hours of sleep but yeah the school starts in different times over here because each district

Has their own rules But in general I think college starts in August allowing for jobs that require me to be up in a normal time because I’ve been I I applied to be a teacher’s native but I’ve yet to hear from the district which makes you sad do I really want to be a teacher aide

But then again that’s also scary due to the fact that I’d be doing College then I’d be doing work and then finding about is this a big tree and then finding a balance to continue YouTube speaking of YouTube that’s what I was going to originally talk about which I

Somehow got distracted on a tangent I wanna try to do at least I want to upload one form of content a week at least but at most the what I was originally thinking is like streaming on Wednesdays um uploading on Fridays and then shirt on Saturday I think that’d be kind of fun

Like not going to sleep just to like fix it but then I like I got too into like uh uh like Health factors of it and whether it was a good choice so they’ll end up like doing research it’s not the good choice whoever like uh doing staying up

All night to fix your sleep schedules the worst choice you can make I think it’s like after staying up like 24 hours you’re like the equivalent of like a drunk driver or like a drunk person I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow Yeah I know it’s just I mean staying up all night and then eventually going to sleep it’s cool but like if you stay up like you know full 24 hours your brain takes a toll or like there’s just a toll on your brain and I’d rather get like the two hours of

Sleep than not sleep at all But fun fact I also did more research music um listening to music effects helped me stay up until I remember that there’s um there’s also been studies of music and the effects of Music on the brain which is pretty cool and uh how music activates

All of your brain like all parts of your brain when you’re listening to music you you’ll use both your left and right side of your brain which is one of the few things that actually causes it or like one of the few things is or music’s one

Of the few things that allows your brain to function with both sides also improves memory and stuff it like rejuvenates your brain it’s like exercise for your brain especially when you listen to music you don’t usually listen to I think I might be getting close to good on wood this music is different to what you listen to this music’s kind I’d say it’s around what I’d listen to um at least the lyrical music it’s more it kind of reminds me of like you know
