Roosevelt City Update Video 2022 (Minecraft)

Boy oh boy do i have a video for you guys today welcome back to roosevelt city to the 2022 world update video or city update video it’s called the city update video i am standing in front of roosevelt city i know does not look the same and no juicy it’s not christmas

I know you’re probably wondering why does he say christmas well if you look to my side there i was too lazy to take down some certain things last year and so that is still there so we celebrated christmas in july this year we’re gonna say it’s from july because it sounds

Less bad anyways carrying on welcome back to my city hope you guys are all doing good uh we are here another year another year of touring another year of building beautiful buildings and everything so before we start today i would like to thank salted buns and

Draden and chase for all their help with throughout the past few months and i guess years now helping expand the city but salted buns mainly for his work on the highway and if you remember correctly we actually left off here last time at the brand new easy arena well remodeled i

Keep making this mistake the remodeled easy arena and the hotel so that’s right there and if you haven’t seen that video you are a terrible person you’re terrible i’m just joking you you should just watch it you’re not a terrible person i thank you for clicking the video actually uh so we’re gonna

Start over here and get to the world trade center which is yes that is the brand new one world trade center i am still working on it i hope you guys all enjoy how it looks so far i will get to that at a certain point but uh that is

Not the the focus today’s video but for many of you you are glued to that right now i know you are it looks really good so far if i can say so myself uh it’s really good to compliment yourself sometimes i would say yeah so anyways

Let’s go over here and let’s start over here now you’re gonna notice there’s some structure blocks places and that is not my fault you guys can yell at salted buns for that he is a messy person when it comes to moving the world i’m joking i’m joking we needed to actually do this

Because um we needed to be able to move and we he decided to do it away with structure blocks which i don’t know how he did because it’s insane there’s like a few hundred of them i think around like 400 of them that he used to move the map and

To make it higher um actually not higher he didn’t make it higher but he moved it for the mountains and or i don’t know sorry i’m a little confused because i’m looking at and trying to think of everything that’s new as i’m flying around talking so

Uh as you’ll notice yes the highway we have a highway we are a real city now we have a highway and yes the roads they’re not really wonky looking anymore look at them these all these roads were done by salted buns and these ones over here i

Think some of them were done by draydon a few of them but mainly salted buns did them and the city is looking really insane like insanely beautiful now like it looks real i’m so happy the progress of it so far and i’m hoping to make an announcement in november about it or

December we’ll see and uh but we need to keep working on the city there is a lot unfinished yes that building up there is cut off from the top we had to fix that um something happened when we were bringing it over but yes so as you see we have a

Roundabout right here and we’re gonna get to everything i’m not spending a crazy amount in everything amount of time on everything because um there will be separate videos for some of these builds because it’s you can’t just fly through the city like and not give each building it’s it’s proper time

So uh this is an update video it’s an overall tour of the city uh and if you want to see more there are there are videos on my channel of certain buildings but there will be more real soon of what’s new but yes so we are we

Are here in front of city hall and yeah the city hall has not moved this is the same spot it’s always been but new landscaping look at all this with a beautiful roundabout now some of you were like i think i’ve seen this statue before and yes you have the original old

Park used to sit right here but we still have it saved on the side of the world but yes this is the original monument uh with a little bit extra detailing and with the the uh right here inscribed to me uh now i uh am looking at where we go next and as

You see here’s the arena click go watch that video if you haven’t as i said but we are going to enter true north square which is a major work in progress all the time for any of you who know me personally or know like anybody who builds in the city you guys

Know of true north square and this is draydon’s baby so it’s always under construction he’s always redoing something he’s never satisfied i’m not bashing him right now i’m just saying this is what he’s always he’s always working on this but i will say it is probably one of the most

Detailed buildings in the city one of the most beautiful interior-wise and it is really well laid out and thought out everything is just like just thought out and we’ll be doing a special tour of this because he’s still redoing it and yes there is a new curve

There we got him and i actually worked one day we worked on the curvature of this building and we finally got it perfect and it looks so cool in renders and everything but uh yes look at that view though the new world trade center i’m so proud of

How it’s coming out so far and it i think i think you all um will like it in the end and i just finished actually the spire a few days ago so that’s the the new spire the only spiral that you’ll see on there so let’s fly around the side of here

For those of you who have been watching for a while um this i yeah jordan built this a while ago but we haven’t toured it quite yet this is the new you know apple park i think he’s calling it um with the new apple store right here and so we’re not

Going to go inside there quite yet this is all under construction but this is the edge of the city and there are new buildings right here that are being constructed he just he didn’t destroy the enbridge center that was right there he actually moved it and i’ll show you

Where that’s moved to in a bit but as we’re flying through here you’ll see just like you know some shells of stuff it’s some thought like some thoughts and ideas and then we have the the underground uh new tunnel being made over here uh because i i was talking with salted buns

And i decided that yes we should have a tunnel still because tunnels are so cool and before we fly over there let me fly down here and look at the new map so this is the city map so far it’s not fully loaded in like right here this whole

Area hasn’t been done yet but that that is the the city part that we’ve loaded in so far but look up look at this look at the roundabout looks so cool in there in the new world trade center i i hate that it has to be that color on the map

And then there’s easy arena okay so let’s keep flying around and follow this road a little bit look how smooth this is i just love how smooth it is all the roads in the city now are smooth and have nice curvature and just looks so realistic i would say

So i don’t think i really need to speak as much in certain areas um and i but i also don’t know from before i should have watched the last video before this what’s new i i assume that almost nothing that you see over here was in

The last video that was last year and so i haven’t watched it since but uh if you want to compare both 2021 and 2022 tours and you can see the difference between them now there are some buildings people made for me that i actually had to remove or

Copy and i copied them and will probably replace some or i might move them or whatever the city is always changing so you’re gonna you’re gonna see the most sloppy format of it today because this is the you know work in progress this is what’s going on in the city

And right here here’s another building i didn’t want to show yet but here we are this is the bank from gta 5 so a little easter egg right there for you guys and the ferris wheel made by mango craft this hasn’t moved yet i don’t think

We’re going to be moving this but over here now you can see oh wow what happened to the apartment buildings that mango made well we have it saved but salted buns wanted to make a hotel here because we need more hotels we’re going to stay when you’re in the city so now

We have more hotel space and he’s working on this this beautiful building it’s really cool on the inside and i’m really i’m excited to show this one to you guys i have so many like creative there’s so much creativity in my city i’m not i’m not talking about myself talking about

People who build in here it’s just really great to see other build styles and what other people you know design and here’s another beautiful work in progress by salted buns this is pretty much his part of the world uh i would say now um right here is a new building that he

He made well not so new anymore but i don’t believe you guys have seen this one i’ll do special tours on all these at a certain point and we’re going to go in some of them but i just want to fly over here and up

To you guys so this is where the soccer stadium is now and this was originally in the front where easy arena is but it is not there anymore because they were evicted no they weren’t evicted uh we just wanted to have the easy arena in the front of

The city and we thought that’d be better to have all the stadiums and arenas over here now so now we have the new uh performing arts arena concert place if you want to call it it’s inspired off of budakan budokan in in japan so that’s it it’s only on the inside that’s

Inspired the outside is inspired by another another venue but here is the parking lot under construction everything is under construction over here and there’s a sonic right over there made by colton who is one uh one of the builders in here he hangs in here sometimes builds so over here i

Think we may have been in this building in a video don’t quite know it’s there’s just so much new that as i said there’s so many so many new buildings that it’s hard to say um but this is another building made by salted buns and let’s go inside actually it’s tired

Of just looking outside let’s go inside so the first thing you see is nice open-air interior and yes there are new new materials so many new materials you’ll see that in some of the other buildings that i’m working on and i’m so happy how the textures are coming out finally getting them perfect

You know getting them to to really just look realistic and yes we have a wawa in the city now wawa uh made by salted buns and it looks like that’s a brick wall uh it looks like any other wawa you know you would go to in real life which is pretty cool

Now we’re not going to be touring that yet but i will show you guys the landscape over here it’s so like realistic this was made by salted buns as well um i’m not going to say anything more about him doing the roads he pretty much did everything so

If you see any crazy roads he pretty much did it and like all the roads are being updated in the city because for years you all attacked me you called my roads like really pathetic and it really hurt my feelings no it didn’t hurt my feelings but anyways we have new roads and

Yes there is a school being built now some of you are probably saying i know that school looks familiar it’s because it’s a big it’s actually not big but it’s in a lot of hollywood movies and it’s been in a lot of uh then probably commercials as well i

Can’t really confirm that though but it’s called john marshall high school that’ll be another video but that’s just in the beginning of it as you all remember this was the one building by the park that was really tall i had to move it because i just wasn’t feeling it but we’re going to

Keep the building because the interior is really amazing and who are you going to call ghostbusters almost that time of the year and that was built by will william r c a year ago i think a year ago yeah and so there’s some stuff missing from when we move the world over

And uh there’s things cloned like the church was cloned and it’s moved over there but we are working to bring everything back into the world that’s missing it’s a really a big work in progress and i’m trying to show like right here as you can see another work in progress we have

The the uh ppl arena ppl center arena that my version of it in the city we’re cutting this side off we’re gonna remodel the whole front i’m trying to salvage the building we’re gonna see how far we get with salvaging it but uh that is the the arena as you all remember

That was toured by big b stats a few years ago um one of the people who toured my city and he has his own channel as well but he toured the city and that was one of the buildings he stopped at so we have another map right here okay

Yeah this is this is the same app um i think more is loaded in up here unless i missed it over there but this is the highway system as you can see it wraps around the whole city now and honestly this is the best way to

Show the new the progress in the city is this right here as you can see all these roads nice layout this was a engineering nightmare because like i didn’t make it but these roads none of them lined up you know when things were moved so he had to

Make it look like that and actually looks really cool okay so yes the bridge is gone i remember i remembered to bring up the bridge and then forget the bridge the bridge is gone and now enbridge center replaces right where it used to go through now this wasn’t originally in

True north square and now we moved it over to here and i think it’s a nice new home for the building it is really big it’s really nice nice detail great interior and it is towards the center of the city now as you guys can see

And uh we are making now a a nice little alleyway no more scary alleyway we’re going to make this nice little um area for people who who want to just you know take a stroll and then go shopping maybe stop for dinner at a a a smoke-filled restaurant or diner bar

It smells like cigarettes in there you can just tell by the sign not me dissing my own work at all not me at all anyways so let’s go over here and go to enbridge center and as you can see we have another another structure block just sitting

Right there now that’s for the road so we can move the roads over copy roads based roads all that stuff and the sky bridge right here that maybe it will connect to something maybe that is left like this because it’s a maybe but we might make it connect in the

Future but um this is now where enbridge center is home and just look at that if you look right here yes you can see the one world trade center now and i’m so i just love the views guys you guys don’t understand how much i love the views of one world trade

Center now you can see it from almost anywhere and one the iconic views and by the way this is one of the first buildings in the city one of the first uh one of the iconic views is right here which has been in many pictures over the years and

Now it’s even more bigger just ginormous and i’m just filling in little areas in the city so here’s a new building i’ll show you guys uh let’s go inside of this one we’ll go in this one it’s a cute little uh filler building but i want to make it nice and detailed

I need a nice little bar with the new new new textures near the empire state building gives that new york city kind of vibe in here this little bar uh yes there is interior up here i do care about interior gotta do interior you know it really gives the city

Personality and i go into the one room that has no interior that is my luck uh let’s get out of this area because i was just embarrassed by that one um let’s go up here and wait hellman architecture i don’t know where i got that name from

But yes as you guys can tell i had to make an architecture firm nice little cute cozy one and let’s get out of this building because i’m already bored and yes there is interior upstairs as well nothing to write home about or whatever that’s saying is juicy made a cringe quote

Just joking anyways so let’s continue the tour and this air part of the city hasn’t changed this is like the most sacred part of the city for me because this was where it all started this is roosevelt city the original roosevelt city none of these buildings have really been

Altered in the past like few years uh this is the original building though in the city all of you were wondering um maybe what was your first one this is the first roosevelt city building and let me tell you it still looks great to this day it’s undergone one remodel but

Guess what that was in like 2016 or 2013 so uh that’s already old and sadly we got rid of another building we can’t help ourselves we we we save a lot of buildings and then we’re gonna we’re gonna replace ones or ones that are already built are saved in structure

Blocks and we might use them in the future but this is gone we’re gonna put maybe a mall here we don’t know yet but uh this is a beautiful piece of land that uh something big and exciting can go right here in the future so

We’ve come to the part of the tour where we have arrived at one world trade center and as i stand here let me look up and yes it’s beautiful i i really i just can’t help myself guys this is actually i’m so proud of how this turned out so far it’s not done

What am i who am i teleporting gosh i’m trying to make it nighttime midnight like that and it lights up at night in the bottom base like the real deal like the real thing in real life so i have some secrets about this building

So as you guys know and i’m not going to say so anymore because we’re not sewing nothing so right here i just said it didn’t i this is the new spawn building and new in quotations is made it was made in like 2019 but i haven’t finished it

Because i wanted to see with the new height limit how much taller i can make it and i made it about 20 blocks 30 blocks taller and now it is the second tallest building in the city as of now but it is connected to an underground subway station that is being constructed

Right now as we speak and i will do the honors i will i have to give you guys something in this building so let’s go inside and i haven’t talked much about my new one world trade center but now you’re seeing it it’s under construction you can see it under construction i normally

Wouldn’t show it under construction but i thought it’s an important building to my city it’s really what made my my city known to a degree and so i want to show you guys what we have done so far when i say we i mean me i made this whole thing

I don’t like saying me though because the city is like you know it feels like it’s community now but anyway so here’s the subway station it’s the future subway station it’s going to connect to there and this goes to the observatory which the elevators have been made i made the core of the

Building finally i had inspiration lately to make it so there that’s one world trade center so far and there will be a full tour of that but right now that is what you have and i can’t get too close to it because i don’t want anybody stealing my design

No that’s not the truth i just want to keep like leave the surprise factor but yes it’s very accurate very accurate i wish i could do full scale but i can’t because of you know just things uh well because the height limit is not tall enough for full scale

Ah i really need to work on getting rid of my christmas decorations earlier it’s definitely from july that’s definitely from christmas in july wink wink anyways so that’s what we have that’s new over here and as you can see here now we have the area that will be open for the subway

Station and not subway but like the the subway carts will run through here like they do in real life and i don’t believe i show this new building yet this was inspired off a building somebody sent me f from i think was melbourne i think it’s melbourne uh

One of my subscribers sent this to me to build and uh i fell in love with the building right when i saw it in the picture i just loved it right away so i wanted to build it the interior’s still being worked on but this is my my first

Kind of building of this style and i just think it’s really beautiful for the front of the city and i hope you guys like it too but there’s so much more to build over here and this highway right here just it’s just insane i just love the

Infrastructure in the city now i hope you guys do too it’s everything just it’s really coming together and i hope that it’s it’s not too different like i hope you guys recognize it as a result city but this is you know the future of the city and

It’s just we’ve come so far in nine years it’ll be 10 years next year 10 years is a very important year for the city not only is it the 10-year celebration but some big things will go on with this city and i cannot wait to to reveal more

It’s one of the largest bedrock ones so i i feel a responsibility to finish this and that we complete this and that you guys still have access to seeing it after all these years so um more news will be made on the city in the coming
