Hey guys what’s up Ellie shadow lady here and welcome to my Minecraft world well previously I built this trapped jungle temple and a sunflower Druid Grove but this world is still missing something that every video game World should include and that is a secret mystery hidden behind a waterfall so I Scoured the world map looking for a waterfall and I couldn’t find one turns out Minecraft doesn’t really do waterfalls I did however find this really ugly patch of terrain It’s upsetting to look at so let’s give this a makeover and turn this into a waterfall instead first let’s fill this In like so and then add water to turn this into a giant Lake now all we need is a waterfall spilling down the side of this Cliff did you know in real life the formation of a waterfall can take thousands or even millions of years but In Minecraft yeah this still took a long time but what a difference this has made from ugly terrain to beautiful waterfall complete with secret hidden area behind the water and the caves below are still intact ready to be filled with secrets and we will start here behind the waterfall where the Players will enter there will be a cave back here so this is what players will find when they look behind the water waterfall and it looks a little bit boring right now this is not much of a Cool Secret to discover so we need to add some mystery right here I’m going to Remove this wall and replace it with some suspicious Cobblestone to indicate that there is more than meets the eye going on in this little cave yes that looks suspicious maybe a little too suspicious I think we need to add some extra Decor in here to add some Ambiance So let’s take some barrels and candles and place these around as if somebody has been here recently and we can also add some invisible item frames on the ground and put some tools in them like this fishing rod or a spy glass very suspicious now for the main event this Door will have a secret opening mechanism so right here I’m going to build a little Podium and in order to open this door the player will have to collect one of these this is a little Stone Cod head and after some command block Magic I have created this this is A clue to help the players figure out how to open the door if they click it it will tell them the alter requires a specific offering and if they can identify this correctly as a Cod head they will go and collect one of these and place it on the altar to open the Door which I haven’t finished yet that’s next we need to create a door door opening animation so let’s make a copy of this doorway and then I’ll Take It Outside to do some building TDA you may recognize this as my suspicious doorway but I have also built several copies of This and each one is a stage of the animation of the door opening and now we can use them to animate The Cave opening and I’ve set up all the command boock down here so now what we have to do is test it and it should give the effect of The door crumbling open so let’s test it out yes perfect and I added the grindstone sound effect for extra drama so now the door is open but what lays Beyond it well nothing yet but if I go into spectator mode you can see just on the other side is this huge Cavern which Is just below the lake that I added to the surface so let’s build a Passage through to here from the entrance there now the secret entrance is connected to the big cavern I have the perfect idea for this space once upon a time I was invited to try out Tango’s Decked Out 2 Game on hermitcraft and that is where the inspiration for this build comes from one level of the deck out 2 dungeon featured a shipwreck in a Subterranean Lagoon and it was so fun to explore now I want to build my own shipwreck in a Subterranean Lagoon so let’s flood this Cabin with water and let’s get decorating close to the water line here I’m going to add lot of mossy cobblestone because of all the algae and the water and then the higher up the wall you go there’s less Moss more Stone oh and why don’t we get rid of this Boring Blue Water and instead turn this biome into a r ocean like so that looks really realistic and with these Vines I just added this is looking like a real natural subterran Ian Lagoon I think it is ready for some building so we will start with a boat now just don’t Ask questions about how this big boat got into this tiny cave there’s there’s law secret Law AR mey the ship is complete and as an Ode to the infuence for this build I thought we could name this ship the Tango thank you for the inspiration Tango I hope you enjoy the ship I’ve named after you here it is in all its Glory the Tango features four cannons a Bell for emergencies like icebergs or Pirates all of which is useless now that we’re stuck in this cave but perhaps you’ll enjoy the Captain’s Quarters a cozy slightly wonky chamber of your very own to relax in while you’re bobbing around in the subran Ian Lagoon and of Course below deck we have the cruise quarters where they sleep in bunk beds of course how else would Pirates enjoy a good night’s sleep and there’s a little cooking area and what’s this over here oh no it looks like somebody forgot to let Barry out of the brig again now There is one final finishing touch I want to add and that is a few cannonballs yes obviously they don’t make those in Minecraft so we get command block and I used Minecraft heads to find this player head that looks like a cannonball now we can just plop these Around as if they’re ready to be loaded into the Cannons and the Tango is ready to set sail or at least it would be if it wasn’t cursed to spend eternity inside this Lagoon now we can decorate the rest of the cavern with some things to explore and at this point in the Build I got really carried away every time I added a new platform or Bridge it just made the Cav come to life and feel more realistic and then I did something really crazy this is my latest invention powered entirely by command blocks this is a functional elevator yes people all I have to do is flip this lever and we are in motion and this will take the player to the upper level of the cavern where they can explore parkour and if they aren’t the superstitious type loot all of the Forbidden treasures and speaking of treasures that has given me An idea that I think would fit perfectly into the cabin treasure maps so I did some testing in my test world and I figured out how to add those red X markers to any Minecraft map which means I can make my own buried treasure maps so I can hide treasure in random places Anywhere in the world and then create a map that leads directly to it and somewhere like this would be the perfect location all I have to do is dig up a little sand and place a barrel down there and fill it with treasure but instead of just putting random items in There like the vanilla berried treasure I have created these so here we have a cach of exotic eggs with everything from sniffer eggs to iron golems and the turtles in between next we have a crate of amethyst very useful but perhaps you’re more interested in the netherite stockpile or maybe the smithing stash Full of smithing templates for your armor or maybe the map will lead you to this Alchemist booty lots of potions and bottles of enchanting then there’s the barrel of books or maybe this explosive stockpile now all I need to do is grab each of these and I can hide them around my World where nobody will find them unless they have the map of course speaking of maps maybe we should make one first we need to create an empty map like so and use the command to add the cross and after burying all of my treasure around Around the world we now have a bunch of these treasure maps and all that’s left to do is return to my secret Cavern and hide them around and the build is Complete I hope this video gave you some ideas to add to your own Minecraft world let me know in the comments if you want more videos like this and I will see you next time Video Information
