And i’m sure i missed a whole bunch because it was so much and so fast and i’ll do follow-up videos on all of it but i can’t wait to show you guys what they just told us so first up we have the cave and cliffs update now there’s some good news and

Bad news here i’ll go with the bad news first we’re not going to get it until the summer of 2021 because this update is massive they’re actually going to give us something that everyone has been asking for forever and ibx toycat if you’re watching this video well first i need to

Tell my boss that i need a raise and second you were right the update you’ve been asking for forever we’re gonna get we get the cave update finally and it’s gonna be absolutely awesome and the other half of the update is cliffs it’s mountains it’s the thing that we

Voted on back in 2019 it’s gonna be awesome epic and fantastic and i can’t wait to show you guys what they showed us here so let’s go ahead and we’re going to dive right into it so first up we have caves cave generation is improving in the game the first thing

I want to show you guys is we now have or we will have not now have we will have lush caves and these are awesome they’re very green they’re much brighter than typical caves and they have light emitting blocks like glowberries that looks awesome and the really really really

Really really cool thing is that we’re gonna be able to build stuff with stuff that we’re gonna find down here now they didn’t tell us a whole lot about it but look at this ladies and gentlemen that is really cool i look forward to building stuff like

That i just think it’s gonna be cool i like what they showed us down there in the caves and i really really really am excited to see what we’re gonna be able to build with all the stuff that we find down there and we’re also gonna see really really cool stuff

Like look at this these are drip stone caves and inside of those you know what you see stalactites and stalagmites ladies and gentlemen those are spiky blocks with different mechanics and if you’re falling and you land on one of those it’s going gonna hurt you more than just hitting

The ground and then some of these stalactites drip water and they can be used to fill cauldrons so i think that is really cool look at that cave caves have always been boring that well they’ve been dangerous because of mobs and you can find you know different

Kinds of ores and stuff but they’ve always been boring to look at you get the occasional water the occasional lava but look at that and look at this now i gotta go back one more i mean that is really really really cool and i can’t wait to see those in person i’m really

Looking forward to it next up ladies and gentlemen crystal geodes look at that that’s crazy we’re gonna have crystals in the game in vanilla minecraft and that is gonna be absolutely epic now the cool thing with the crystals is you can use them to craft something called

A telescope and telescope is going to give us in vanilla minecraft the ability to zoom in everybody talks about optifine over on java and how great it is and some people are trying to do the same thing here on bedrock you can go from this to this

Using a telescope in the game that is going to be absolutely epic i’m going to use that all the time so that i can uh yep see what my fellow server members are up to now the other cool thing is they’re introducing an archaeology system in minecraft

You’re going to be able to find artifacts that are buried and you’re going to be able to mine them out brush them off really carefully and dig out rare and fragile artifacts i think that’s awesome it gives us another reason to go out and explore and i’m really happy that they’re

Putting stuff like this in the game gives us another reason to go digging which is uh it’s minecraft so it gives us another reason to do the mighty part which is awesome now they did finally finally why am i saying finally because we got some of this in the nether update

Just on the nether side but in the overworld we finally have new awards ladies and gentlemen you know what that is that’s copper look brand new ore in the overworld i love it and you can of course use this to craft coppery stuff which is gonna be absolutely awesome so it can be

Crafted into slabs and stairs which is absolutely crazy and there’s one more even crazier part there are four different growth stages of this stuff it changes color as time goes on which is epic now they have said that there’s going to be a way to keep it from changing colors

So you can can like keep it in the same state but dudes look at that look at that that’s copper on a roof i love it now the other cool thing is you can use the copper to create lightning rods so i’m pretty sure you can start building your houses out

Of wood and we’ll not have to worry about it burning down if you craft a lightning rod but we will see how this whole thing plays out i’m really looking forward to it that one really really really excites me now they did give us some new mobby

Goodness in the game now this is the warden he’s a hostile mob well adapted to the dark caves it lives in thanks to its ability to react on movement instead of what it sees so think of the tyrannosaurus rex in jurassic park they still can’t see you start moving it can see you

I think that’s what they’re getting at here because he has to live in deep dark caves and i can’t wait to fight that bad guy now uh gonna be some pronunciation issues with the next one i really think so the axolotl i don’t know i’m still working on the english

Language oh this is cave dwelling water creature that can aid in battle be found in lush caves and can be picked up in a bucket just like other fish but look they gave us some great screenies of him of those things helping you fight an elder guardian which i think is just cool

It’s nice to have companions in the game and i just i’m happy that they’re thinking outside of the box and giving us new things to mess with now next up ladies and gentlemen that should look pretty familiar that is the goat that is the thing that we voted on last year and

It is up there in the mountains they are going to be in this update as well and you know they’re charming and mischievous and i can’t wait to see what they end up doing now also up there in the mountains they’re going to be traps snow traps

I can’t wait to see it and i can’t wait to see the mountain generation and what they’re doing there i just this is a very exciting update and i really can’t wait to see it now we’re gonna move right on so this is skulk i don’t know a lot about skulk

I went to the bathroom miss part of the skulk stuff so i’m gonna do some follow-up videos on this but one thing i will tell you is the skulk stuff you can use this to create a skulk sensor and it will react to vibrations and movement by emitting a redstone signal

Now you can use this to create wireless redstone those are trapdoors and here’s something with a piston i can’t wait for the betas to come out so that i can mess with this stuff this is gonna be awesome and i can’t wait all right next up we’ve got the bundle so the

Bundle item feature lets you store a wider range of items of this in the same amount of space so it doesn’t give you more space but let’s say you have stone blocks right and you have one each of the different types of stone blocks you can put them all in one stack

So it doesn’t take up all the multiple items of inventory i can’t wait to see this it’s a backpack but not quite a backpack and i’m really really curious to see what this actually looks like in game we’re all dying okay i i i’ll admit it i’m terrible at managing my inventory

And i can’t wait to see what the bundle does because it might help me [Laughter] oh man all right next up some dungeons updates so cross path platform play so pc xbox ps4 nintendo switch we’re gonna get cross platform play in november everybody’s been dying for this since

The update or since dungeons came out and personally i can’t wait but we can all play together i love dungeons it is an absolutely epic and awesome game and it is going to be a free update when we get cross platform which is going to be fantastic now they are introducing

Something called apocalypse plus it’s a set of 20 new difficulties in the game it’s gonna be crazy i can’t imagine because i haven’t even finished it on apocalypse yet which is going to be absolutely awesome they’ve added a whole bunch of new gear they’ve added a whole bunch of new weapons

And they’ve got brand new dlcs that are coming out soon i may end up doing a separate video on this you know we’ll see how it goes but dungeons is a great game and i think it needs to be covered by itself so guys that is all the stuff that we saw that
